First off I would like to say Jose is awesome! Really appreciated his patience and understanding. I also got approved for my first line of credit ever through Firestone which I will forever be grateful for! Came in with the weight of the world on my shoulders and walked out filled with hope and faith things were going to be just fine. I highly recommend this store! Oh yeah and my tires and alignment are working out great so far as well

Great customer service. Finished quickly. Easy to get a quote and on point with pricing. (Wasn't a different price after work was done.) Called before work was done with quote. Finished work and updated me on all work done. They also allowed coupon at checkout to be used. Very friendly & professional. Thank you!

I took my car in for an oil change last Friday. I ve taken my car here before many times. I had only driven 65 miles and noticed my engine light was on. I checked the dipstick and saw that the oil level was below minimum. Took it back there yesterday and they told me there was an issue with a gasket and the oil was leaking. I really didn t believe this but had no choice but to. They did what they did, apologized and sent us on our way. I continued the rest of the day with errands and noticed the car was smoking. I figured they must ve spilt oil on the engine, but then it started smoking really bad. We opened the hood saw that they didn t even put the cap back on! I had driven all around college station, with the cap sitting in front of my car! And not just that but there was oil all on my engine! I was pissed and couldn t believe this. Why are there no quality checks? I thought to call and explain what happened but I know they probably just wouldn t offered another sorry apology and I wouldn t have been satisfied anyway. And my oil is still not filled. I will NOT be returning and I wish I could get my money back, this was absolutely unacceptable.

It has been an unprofessional and time consuming experience. I had to reschedule 4 times and return to the store 3 times. Like most, I wanted to benefit from the buy 3 get 1 free deal. My first appointment was rescheduled due the specific tires needing to ordered which wasnt done during the scheduling process. The second appointment, i drove to the store and was informed they were short employees and unable to stay on schedule. The next appointment everything seemed fine. My vehicle went on the lift, they removed the tires, just to be told the tires were not available. My final visit, i was finally able to get the tires installed. I live 20 miles from this located not to mention the time lost, rescheduling mine and my families schedule, and frustration this caused. All of this would have been prevented with a simple phone call informing me of these issues/delays. I am unlikely to return to firestone for any of my vehicles.

Jose and Tyrone were so friendly and helpful. They found little things that could be easily fixed while they had my car. They got my car in promptly at my appointment time and had me out and on my way just as promptly. Fantastic experience

I scheduled to have an wheel alignment done for my vehicle, a wheel alignment. I made an appointment for first thing in the morning so I would have time to work in the afternoon. The nice person at the front met me and told me the wait would be a few hours as they had people from the previous day they did not get to, that's fine I understand that. However, after three hours, I find out that they had not done an alignment but charged me for a complete inspection, which I was never asked about, and is not what I brought my vehicle in for. Additionally, after wasting three hours of my time, they wanted to charge me north of 4k in repairs and services. I am not a trained mechanic, but I work on my motorcycle and am helping my brother fix up an old chevy so I know when a suggestion for parts sounds off. That said, either someone had no idea what they were doing, or they were maliciously adding these charges as a multiple items (claimed no oil and engine filter needed replacing, dipstick and filter check proved otherwise). After hearing all of this and understanding that they were not going to complete an alignment, which is what I brought my vehicle in for in the first place, I feel that it is understandable that I was irritated. Wait another 30 minutes to get my car back without the service I brought it in for, and I grabbed the keys from the person at the front desk. Now I did not use my manners and say thank you and just grabbed the keys, which no matter how upset I was my parents raised me better than to not use my manners and be polite. However, after grabbing the keys and walking out I was followed to my car into the parking lot!?? The guy, who I won't name here, began asking me if I had a problem and felt that I grabbed the keys too quickly out of his hands. I apologized just to get him to leave me alone. I caused no harm except to this guys ego, completely unacceptable behavior. Will never be bringing my vehicle back to this place and others should be aware of the type of people and service they have here.

What's the point of making an appointment if they are going to put your vehicle 2hr 30 min late I understand that they have customers in front of me but personally people arrived after me and they attended them first

I scheduled an appointment a day in advance and arrived 15 min early. They wanted to tell me a job that took 30 min elsewhere was going to cost over 20% more and take 3 hours. Then when I said I would wait for the repairs they made up excuses as to why they couldn't work on it.They asked me if my car had any codes... Just let that one sink in.They asked me if it was overheating. It does not.Without checking any matinence records and, in their own words 'barely popping the hood' they told me it was going to cost over 15 hundred bucks to change the oil and flush the coolant because they assume the radiator has reversed it's flow and is now pulling oil into the coolant tank. It... Uhhh... Didn't..... Or I wouldn't of been able to drive it the 50 miles to get there. The valve gasket cover seals broke a while back and oil was spitting out twords the coolant tank which caused the milky substance found in the coolant tank and was the entire reason I came to Firestone in the first place.When the GM of this branch sees this I want him to know this is the level your mechanics are on. Best of luck to y'all- I already got the same service for 50$ less and 2 1/2 hours less down the road.

Tyrone was a life saver. Came in with a fan that wouldn t stop running and rather than having me wait until Monday he took the time out of his busy day to come trouble shoot my car for a faulty relay switch. Can t say enough great things about this location. Have always had quality work done here, and Tyrone s push to go the extra mile just reaffirms my praise for this place.

I took my vehicle in to get the alignment done ,& have a coolant leak looked at. They had the vehicle for four days , I pick it up and now it still a coolant leak and it s leaking oil of some sort , I took it back & the employee who helped me was not helpful, told me that someone else had already worked on the vehicle , & that it had been leaking for a while. Okay but then why do I have a paper receipt saying , no visible leaks from this store, given to me just yesterday ! Either y all didn t check my vehicle correctly or some work was done incorrectly. I do not recommend this Firestone to anyone.

Absolutely disgusted with service. Truck has an obvious fuel system issue when we brought it in. They didn t bother to do a fuel pressure test, or any test of the fuel system for that matter. $200 just to check for engine codes. Save your money and get an OBD scan at O Reilly for free.

Do not purchase your tires here. Stopped by for an emergency tire leak went from 40 psi to 26 psi in 30 miles. The technician asked me if I had an appointment and then told me they were too busy to fix the tire that was bought from them. Having the emergency fixed elsewhere voids the warranty......Just freaking unbelievable

Guys were really nice, they let me apply for a credit card on spot, because My credit card was expired Did a complete balance, rotate on my tires, and replaced one. Water was avalible in the waiting room. Clean bathrooms. Comfortable waiting room, with TV and magizines

Shoutout to Jose Silva and Tyrone Perez from Firestone Complete Auto Care in Bryan, TX!We drove 4.5 hrs to Bryan when partway there, we had some brake issues. We explained we were from way out of town but needed to be somewhere in 30 minutes. They ordered the parts we needed and Jose drove us to where we had to be. When we returned, Tyrone offered to loan us his personal vehicle or drive us wherever we wanted so we could grab some lunch (we declined). While they were finishing up, they offered their employee break room so we could rest up since we had a long drive back (we declined). They did a lot of work in a short amount of time and then thanked us for being so patient!They went above and beyond on customer service!Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair

Absolutely wonderful service the tire I initially wanted was out of stock but they found a tire that would work :) 10/10 recommend! Tyrone and James I think it was, we re absolutely wonderful :)I will recommend calling for appointments vs the online because the schedules don t sync correctly. The store has to call you to confirm the appt so if you book it during non business hours there s no way for them to confirm.

I needed a tire replaced quickly. They were able to take me within an hour and get it fixed! My truck was too heavy for the lift, so they even got a flood jack out to make sure they got it fixed!

By far worst experience I have ever had,they have had my vehicle for over 3 months and it's still not ready.While also charging me over 900 dollars for labor, because they took 3-4 days to blow out my old hoses that they can't use anyway because they put a almost new motor in and the warranty would be void if the hoses aren't new.i was told,"he has to pay his guys for those days".These ppl are terrible, they don't contact me with updates,I have to call them.I just want my car back at a reasonable price.

We had a tire that kept losing air, so we called Firestone in Bryan, since we had another appointment in the area, they were pretty booked up but said if we could get the car in early they would squeeze us in. Sure enough, they took the car in fairly quickly, found a couple of broken screws that was causing the problem and had us out in no time. Kudos to Firestone for the great customer service!!
