A+ grade for Kenneth Frank at Douglass Volkswagen!Ken made my car buying experience an absolute pleasure! I walked into Douglass Volkswagen feeling discouraged after having been to another dealership that didn't have what I wanted yet still tried to push me into a sale. Ken, however, was easy going. He greeted me warmly and put me at ease right away.He had already pulled the car I was interested in because we were from Houston, so there was NO waiting to test drive. He didn't even need my driver's license upfront. He showed us a nice drive that gave me a chance to try out the car on both city streets and the freeway.Ken is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions thoroughly. He also walked me through setting up everything in order to have everything just right for the drive home.There was NEVER any pressure from anyone. In fact, everyone went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. I am so grateful for that.If you're looking for a new car, I highly recommend visiting Douglass Volkswagen and requesting Kenneth Frank. You won't be disappointed!

Easily the best vehicle buying experience we have had. Shout out to Kenneth Frank for making everything so simple. He knows the vehicles from front to back. Told him exactly what we were after and what we wanted to spend, he then showed us a few models that fit the bill. We made our choice. Paperwork took less than 30 minutes and we were out the door. Thanks again for getting us into a new vehicle that s going to make road trips easier with our new baby that s on the way!!!!

I'm from Germany and I know all about my vdubs! I've been a loyal Volkswagen purchaser and driver ever since I had a license 15 years ago. I had some issues after purchasing a car from Douglas Volkswagen and contacted the dealership to help resolved those issues. The dealership went above and beyond to help me resolve those issues. The car I purchased is equipped with all the bells and whistles that make driving exciting and exhilarating!! The customer service was phenomenal. I didn t feel pushed or rushed. It seemed like every car that I wanted was out of my expected price range. This didn t stop Miller or his team from helping me. I ve had many salesmen brush me off after they couldn t get what they wanted. Great service, great people!

This was a good experience, there was not game playing. I said I wanted more for my car and they did. Plus by time I added up that I will probably need tires and batteries. But they through in free Sirius for 3 months, free oil change up to 30,000. Good thing, my car payment only went up $35 and my insurance dropped due to the new safety features. So both of us were happy and Angie was great and explained all the new bells and whistles along with getting my phone paired and loading up Apple play Oh, and Mr Grumpy the finance guy took forever in getting in his office, then mad because I did not want extra warranty to my and then had to ask Angie to tell him to send the paperwork.

I had a great experience purchasing my 2024 VW Atlas! My salesman, Peter went above and beyond to make sure I could see (he pulled each car out) and compare each car options I was interested in. He wasn t a pushy salesman at all and let the car (that I love!) speak for its self. I highly recommend this dealership and Peter for your first or next VW purchase. This was my first VW purchase.

Highly recommend buying a vehicle here. Just purchased a 2024 VW Taos and the salesman Peter Royall was so friendly and helpful and not pushy like most car dealerships. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing and answered all our questions. The GM Dane Goddard was also very friendly and not pushy when he came out to talk to us and helped get us a good deal.

I ve purchased a few vehicles from Douglas Volkswagen/Mazda and every time they did an amazing job that went above and beyond my expectations! Angie will treat you right! No pressure sales!!! She made the experience wonderful! And Travis (sales manager) is very down to earth and will break everything down so you can understand step by step the buying process. They truly are the home of the nice guys ! Would highly recommend giving them a shot to earn your business. They have a great selection of new and pre owned vehicles! Can t go wrong!

So far my experience here has been good. When I need an oil change I have manage to get it serviced within the same week. Since being here, the staff is friendly and responsive to my questions or concerns. Also if you are looking for VW merchandise they do offer shirts, mugs etc for purchase. Their waiting area is always clean and they have coffee and waters for guest in the waiting area.When it comes to parts and repair, do your research before coming so you do not spend too much on labor and repair. It can be pricy but if you have the parts yourself it reduces the overall cost of the repair.

For our first time buying a used vehicle out of state, sight-unseen, we are so happy we bought from the Nice Guys at Douglass. From the straight forward condition report and pricing model to the patience and helpfulness shown by our salesman Joseph, we are very pleased with our purchase. Our experience really centers around Ken Frank. My profession took me from Georgetown, Tx to College Station for a loan closing. What began as a business transaction ended in us just checking out vehicles there in the area. Never was a Volkswagen on our radar. As we were looking at options online during lunch, a kind waitress suggested that we just ride in a Volkswagen. As luck would have it, a dealership was on our way as we began to drive through Bryan. We stopped. Began walking the lot. A few minutes later, Ken came out. After spending about an hour with Ken, we shared our interests- which at this time included a Volkswagen! We test drove the Atlas and man was I in love. Now that 2 of our 3 kids are driving, the need for a big ol Mom suv just isn t needed anymore BUT I am not a car Mom. I prefer bigger vehicles. The Atlas is THE perfect vehicle for transitioning from a large SUV to a midsize SUV. The ride is so smooth and oddly, we all still fit with the same amount of room and space. While the Atlas is beautiful, rides amazingly, is quiet, looks and feels so luxurious and can still accommodate my family of 5 and still allow me to effectively transport my disabled Mother around, our experience really is all because of Ken and his patience but professional determination to keep us top of mind. As vehicles came to the lot, we would receive a warming text/email and video from Ken. Without asking, he would also send figures. What Ken didn t know is that my husband had just found an Atlas that was closer to our budget in Frisco. After much discussion about which vehicle to go with, we decided to close on a deal with Ken simply because of his outstanding service, ability to consistently keep us informed and willingness to go above and beyond! We left last night excited about our new purchase but honestly feeling like we have a new friend! Ken Frank, thank you! We will 100% be sending friends and family your way! I totally think you need to make the whole Wives (heart) Wagens!! When you get one made, send it my way- size large!

Service department is outstanding and very accommodating to our schedule. Chris kept me informed throughout the process of the replacement of the water pump in our 2017 VW Jetta including getting the approval on the APEX warranty. Douglass VW will always be our service group of choice for any issues with the Jetta. Thank you to everyone!

Douglass VW tried to lie to me about needing a camshaft replacement along with my timing chain replacement, quoting me $5000 originally. After asking for the necessary proof so I could see whether these jobs were necessary, I was met with inconsistent statements and no further evidence. Even after picking up my car, Douglass VW failed to properly re-install my skid plate after performing an oil change; this error evidenced itself on a drive from College Station to San Antonio, leaving me on the side of the highway and forcing me to use zip-ties to try and temporarily fix the issue. In all, this Douglass VW experience reflects the lack of dedication to customer service and highlights its priority of trying to trick helpless customers.

Angie was my saleswoman, and we worked directly with her and GM Dane Goddard for the purchase of this vehicle. They were both gracious, courteous, and extremely professional. The level of customer service you do not expect from a car dealership these days.

I had to call several times to see if the part came in. Was told I would receive a call back from Chris in service but he didn t call and I had to call back. I scheduled a service appointment with Chris but when I arrived the lady told me she didn t see it on the schedule but that Chis had a habit of telling people when to come in and not put it on the schedule. on the day I dropped my car off for the repair there was a man in the office behind the service counter, he overheard what I was saying to the lady assisting me and hollered out a question. He came out of his office and when I told him a couple issues I was having with the vehicle he talked to me in a very condescending tone. I felt like I was being talked down to and that I had no idea what I was talking about. When the lady called later in the day to tell me my car was ready they asked me if I received a quote and if I could tell them how much it was so they could make sure the numbers matched up . When I arrived to pick up my car one of the issues that I needed them to look at was a loud metallic rattle coming from under the vehicle. I was told they didn t hear anything and that it was probably the brakes and that my model car is known for having loud brakes. When I went to get in my car I checked to see if I heard the noise (can be recreated by shutting the doors). I heard the noise and I went in and got the man that had been rude to me that morning and had him listen to the noise. He tried to tell me it was cabin air pressure . The one good thing was that he did have someone look at it right then and they were able to fix it. It ended up being a piece under the car that had been bent and was rubbing against another piece. So much for cabin air pressure! this was such a bad experience at this dealership that we will never return to them for any type of service and we would definitely never purchase a vehicle from them.

Communication was good at first. Was told the car would be ready on Tues. It wasn't and never heard any updates. Had to ask about it. Then told it would be first thing in the morning on Wed. Never heard anything and had to reach out again midday Wed

Dropped new VW off due to water in front & rear passenger floor board. A couple of hours later received an text indicating I could contact that # for any questions on regards to my VW being in the service dept. After a couple of days I replied to the text asking of an update. No reply! So I called, I was then accused of leaving a cup in the car with something red in it which was false! Yes maybe an empty cup but not to the extent of saturated front and back floor boards. NOT on the top of the floor board. Also that whatever this red cup had in was what caused the water damage which, I argued because I personally tried to soak up this water before taking it in to service. I assured the VW service rep that what false accusations due to the towel I used was not red! Then he also accused us of leaving the windows down causing the water. I again pointed out the obvious that we had currently been in drought for week/months but in addition to, the vehicle is parked under a carport. Also has it been due to rain windows left down etc, it would also be on upholstery. A few days later I am told to come pick up the VW. I was told they could not find the issue. I specifically asked did you guys check the AC drainage??? I was assured yes they did!! I drove it home from service dept 36 miles away. Upon arrival my husband check under the floor mates front/passenger and rear both soaked with water. I called the service dept again & told my husband told them we would be bring the VW back; so 36 miles back to VW service. My husband told the VW service rep, the VW was not fixed and the AC was not producing condensation from an over hour drive. 3 or so days later I get a text car is ready it was AC leaking into the floor board issue from factory!!!! NOT A RED CUP NOT WINDOWS BEING LEFT OPEN!!!! Fortunately the lack of compassion & knowledge from the VW service rep. & being accused of causing this damage to our brand new VW, was made up for the helpful and sympathetic sales rep (Kenneth Frank)!

Kenneth was hands down one of the best salesmen I have dealt with. He didn't try to force me into anything , he didn't talk my ear off about useless information. He just let me test drive the cars , gave me details about features. Deffinatly recommend anyone to give him a chance !

My experience with Douglas Volkswagen has been the best I have experienced when buying a car. Peter, our Sales Manager, has been nothing short of a saint. He listened to my needs, my problematics and came up for a perfect solution. He never gave up and my situation is far from an easy sale but he persevere and I left with my beautiful new car.So don t wait and go see Peter. He gave the same service to my daughter and son in law a few months ago when their car gave up on them. Peter listen and finds you the best solution for your need. Thanks Peter !
