I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this business. They initially promised a quick 2-hour installation for a backup camera, but it ended up taking the entire evening. The camera was installed incorrectly, leading to unsafe situations on the road. To make matters worse, my car's screen is now dysfunctional, and the shop couldn't provide a solution. I had to make three separate trips to the shop, and the issues remain unresolved. Avoid this place at all costs.

I can't believe this place only has 2 reviews! I was BEYOND satisfied with my service here at Creative Audio Concepts. If you look at the reviews for "Jack's Mobile Electronics" the most recent review gives the full detail of my bad experience there and how Creative Audio fixed my issue with excellence. Nonetheless, the technicians here went far out of their way to fix my car stereo issues. It did take 2 attempts, but I am so glad that they were willing to do what it took to get the job done. The best part is I only spent $100 for it all! I highly recommend Creative Audio! If you're considering Jack's Mobile, Ag Solar Guard, or any other location stop looking and head over to Creative Audio Concepts and I'm willing to bet you will be happy you did. Their representatives are very down to earth, hospitable, and detailed in making sure you understand what exactly they are doing. Also, help them out and return the favor by posting a review!

I got a sub put in my car and I could not be happier with the time taken to install, quality of the work that was done, and the results. I highly recommend for subwoofer installation.

I was with progressive insurance and was in a bad wreck, although Progressive is absolutely terrible and transferred me to four different reps throughout my experience just to finally tell me my car was totaled over 2 1/2 months later Lance Long specifically and whoever his team is were above and beyond.If you get in a wreck in this area I would strongly suggest that you choose this shop and request Lance to work on your vehicle. I have personally been screwed over many times and I m writing this even though I never write reviews because I want people who are in my same position to be able to get the help that I received.I have been in three wrecks in my life and Lance made this experience as smooth as he possibly could. Above and beyond are truly the only words to explain the kind of service I received from him, he gave me outside information such as what he had done or someone he knew had done giving me many options when I was in a very very bad position on top of that he was always available by text or phone even when he clearly did not have to be such as 7 PM at night. I want people who are in my same position to be able to get the help that I received.

Went here for my subwoofer install. The guys were all super nice and honestly got to work way faster then I was expecting. We agreed on a deal after I went to jacks and he tried to tell me it would be 300$ in labor to install a singular subwoofer and I provided the amp an amp kit. Y all need to go here instead of jacks. That guy is a scam. These guys are legit and down to earth

Great crew. Fit me in last minute n my system sounds fabulous. I would recommend to everybody. I will definitely be going back to get more stuff done! Thanks yall made my night.
