I went in for an estimate, Someone looked at the truck for about 30 seconds, said it s gonna be $1200 and didn t explain anything. It seemed they weren t interested in my business as they didn t want to even give me a proper estimate. Every other place I went to took the time to actually look into the parts, labor time, etc, and give a proper quote. Need better customer service

The best body shop in the world. My friend recommended this place to me after I spent a lot of money at Firestone every time. This place is much cheaper than everywhere. Don't hesitate and just go there. The owner is very polite and friendly.

I had somewhat of an emergency with my daughter s car bumper that was loose and flapping and she had to drive to Austin for an appointment. I called and was told to bring the vehicle in and to let them check it out. They secured the bumper and it no longer flapped and my daughter was on her way. Thank you so much Casey Body Shop! Great service and totally recommend!

Charge me $70 for checking my AC and then tell me I need to change my AC compressor Kit. It will take more than $1000. My neighbor tells me that I need Refrigerant and fixed myself.Dishonest shop and ask me to leave when checking.

This guy replaced my dodge charger engine, it was a 5.7 charger R/T with a supercharger, he kept the supercharger that cost $8,000. Please check your stuff, this is bad business. He made alot of money of off me. He scammed me out of a supercharged engine.

I went to this location to replace a broken door handle. I had purchased the required part from Amazon, but unfortunately, I didn't have the necessary tools to carry out the replacement myself. However, to my delight, they took care of everything in less than ten minutes, and to top it off, they didn't charge me a dime. I must say, I was completely satisfied with the level of service they provided.

I have come to Casey's for two separate body issues in my car. They have ALWAYS been quick but most of all have had integrity in their pricing. They do not high-ball you like many other mechanics are prone to. The owner of the shop is a very nice and funny person. Overall 10/10 would recommend, best place in CSTAT!

The owner was so kind and friendly. I am absolutely clueless with anything cars or insurance related and he made sure to explain everything to me and told me not to worry and that he would handle it.I got rear ended in March and reached out asking for an estimate and was told to bring it by. I had been to a couple shops but none of them were as kind or made me actually understand the whole picture of how things were going to go with the process. Which was the reason why I decided to take my car here. The damages ended up being more than the insurance adjusters had quoted me for and they were amazing at reaching out to the insurance company to get the other damages fixed as well as keeping me updated on things.They fixed my car up really nicely and were amazing at addressing any concerns I had after having picked up my vehicle. The process was quite smooth and while I hope to never have to go through this process again. I would seriously recommend bringing your vehicle here!

They failed to fix the issue with my car because they had no clue what was wrong. They only made random guesses and estimated an $800 repair, whereas it was fixed for $63 at another place. I don't think they have any idea about car parts and expertise, they guess and try to fix it and if it works then great else your money gone in wrong guess and now you go to another place.

This place is great! I took my car to Christian Brothers and they were going to charge me over $4,000 for some repairs. Someone told me about this place and it saved me over $2,000. The mechanic is very transparent about the costs, what needs to get done, and the price is great. I would highly recommend!

Nice boss and great work! My BMW steering wheel buttons don t work and the drivers restraint malfunction warning light was on! The boss diagnosed the problem in one minute and gave me pretty good price! The part arrived the next day and everything is pretty good now! Hardly recommend! Will do all maintenance there in the future!

I've got to say, this place did an amazing job! I needed my master cylinder replaced and was nervous about doing it myself. They replaced the master cylinder and bled all my brakes for a great price! It was also done before I even finished work! I highly recommend this place. Great people!My moving pile of junk now has a working set of brakes!

LED Headlight replacement: (Would definitely recommend)1. I bought a wrong one (halogen), he suggested to buy the right one (LED)2. Replaced both headlights with very less charge.3. Time mentioned was exact. Got the car back exactly at the time he committed..4. After getting the car, I checked. And I was surprised to see that he gave 4 more screws for the front cover which I was missing.5. I could not replace my windshield wipers, he replaced that too.6. At the end he only charged 1/4th of what the 1st auto repair shop asked for replacing halogen bulb.I would say, at least go if you want, should not regret, at least I will not waste my time going here and there from now on.

Their labor cost was very competitive for a student and we did quite a few repair there. However our good experience was ended by a "recommended" maintenance. They ruined the engine after fixing some oil leakage from top of engine. Right after the maintenance, our car began to burn engine oil, have loud noise and release dark smoke. They simply told me that they were not responsible for this since the car was too old. Since then, I never went back to this place and recommended this shop to anyone.

Adnan is a great guy. Sometimes his guys aren't the cleanest but they were always nice and affordable. He kept us on the road for many of our young lean years with old cars. Very grateful for him and his team.

Casey's body shop did great replacing my bumper. The work looked good. There were some grease marks on the bumper, but they came off in the car wash. Casey's body shop was kind and professional.

Excellent and friendly mechanic. Fairly inexpensive. He gave me a diagnostic run and found the problem quickly andn gave me the costs then and there as well. He even waived the cheap diagnostic run too. Very helpful guy and is looking out for his customers. Don't let the one stars fool you.

Tranq�ila�o!Adnam and his team always make a fast, cheap and honest job. I've been there 3 times and I highly recommend their work. When my car had a serious problem and we were expecting a expensive job, they fixed it very quickly and it was very cheap.

Fantastic! Our company has used him for quite some time and never been let down. I ended up in an accident and he charged me 60% less than the other quotes. He's been amazing at addressing any issues I ever have. I will never use any one else.

I bought my old civic from these guys and did not have a single problem with the car until it hit 110K miles. I bought the car from TX and then moved to Northeast. The exhaust pipe corroded from due to winter driving / salt on the roads etc. other than that the car kept running fine ... no problems ... nothing ...good autobody shop and good prices! highly recommended!

I always take my car there when I have any problem, and I'm always satisfied with his services. Casey is very honest, and he doesn't try to rip you off. Really worth it to take your car over there.

Came in with a tire-wear issue that a couple other places I went to weren't able to identify the cause of. The mechanic did a free inspection to diagnose the issue, and identified and fixed up the problem in less than 48 hours. Would come here again.

Do not go here because the guy has awful service and extremely rude. I went to get an estimate for my car and he didn't even take the time to write up an estimate. The first time he said he could paint my car for 2200 and then he quoted me 2500. I planned to pay by credit card, but I didnt like his attitude. I also think he is nasty considering he stink and his teeth are YELLOW. DO NOT GO HERE. Im glad I did my research by going to the BBB. This idiot has an F on BBB under Caseys Auto Body. The reason for the F is Failure to have a required competency license. Ill find someone else to paint my car. As a matter of fact, go to J&S Paint and Body and leave this guy alone.
