Caliber Collision was recommended by my insurance. After an uphill battle with the insurance. I called Caliber Collision and talked to Alicia, she was very sweet and helpful and directed me to my insurance specialist, Amber. She was truly a specialist. She was kind, courteous and very helpful. She sympathized with my problems, listened attentively, and went to work. She went above and beyond on keeping me informed on my progress and worked hard to get it out quickly and done well. When I stopped by the shop, Alicia came out and greeted me with a handshake and a big smile. Making me feel at home and welcome. Not a pest. All my questions were answered and I was escorted to my auto to retrieve a few articles and see it. I do not remember the young man s name, but he was professional and very helpful and kind. He took the time to listen and calm my fears and trepidations. When I went to pick up my auto, Amber came out with a big smile and handshake and made me feel welcome. I did not have my license plates and Alicia and Amber took the time to figure out a solution to my problem. My truck was Beautiful and clean. I noticed a little unwanted items in the bed and Amber rush right out to clean it. She was afraid to do it before in case I wanted some of it. I would highly recommend this shop and especially the people that work there.

Had a great experience! Amber kept me updated through out the entire process, I received multiple text messages each week explaining where the techs were in the repair process and estimated completion dates. Repair looks amazing.

Marco was extremely helpful, providing regular status updates as my car was being repaired. They completed the repairs in a timely fashion and the repairs are great. Everyone I interacted with at Caliber Collision was friendly, helpful and professional.

A year after my wreck I was still dealing with issues with my suburban NOT turning off. Apparently it was a thermostat that was super hard to diagnose because it only did it every month or two. I called to reopen my case with USAA and Brian the manager stepped in and just TOOK care of the issue on his own and said he would try to deal with insurance later but the more important thing was getting me into a car that was working properly. Could not appreciate him more! I appreciate that as soon as he heard about the issue he stepped in and fixed it, even after a year. I will too The business with them forever for the customer service that I got today. A+++++

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Customer service was laughable. Caliber was not ready to receive the truck in the date of the appointment. They failed to order all the parts that were needed to make the repairs. A new appointment had to get made for 2 weeks later while we waited for the parts to come in. Repairs were not completed. Now I have to take the truck back in to finish the repair. Through all of their chaos and disorganization not one person reached out to apologize for their failure to do things as promised and nobody cares about the inconvenience they have caused.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Quality of work is great. The claims adjuster left out a key part needed to finish the job. We waited 3 months for the part to become available.

Progressive choose these guys to repair the damages to my truck. Excellent job done by these guys. Daniel handled my claim and his customer service was excellent. His communication, professionalism, customer service was above and beyond. I d recommend these guys to all my friends and family!

Caliber Collision has been my go to place for repairs on my vehicles. It doesn t take long to bring car in for an estimate and it s really easy to schedule appointment for repairs. The Body works was fine. But they Left the Car as a whole dust white cloud. I am still waiting the Manager or the Person who was on charge to solve the Mess they Leave..This pictures I am posting are after I went back to the Shop and say.. Hey, this is not ok. My car wasn't that bad, in fact I cleaned up before drop off the car at the Caliber Collision of Bryan.. this is so sad!I had to pay for a Interior Detailing and the guys were amazed when I told that The car was like this after a Body Shop Job from Caliber Collision.Service: Painting

They are an amazing company. My vehicle was done before the recommended time, and they left my vehicle better than I had left it. (As far as cleanliness) I can not even tell that it had been damaged before that. It looks so good!

If zero stars was an option that is what this location would get from me. This location does not return phone calls. I ve spoken to and left messages dozens of times over the last few months and still can t get a straight answer about a replacement part. When my car went in to be repaired through an insurance claim the leather on the inside of my door was cut by a technician. They agreed that they damaged the door, yet here we are several months later, and the damage has not been repaired.The few times, I have gotten someone on the phone I have been told that the part is on its way or it will be here soon. Finally, after speaking to and leaving messages for months I m told it could be another year before that part is here.

i usually do not post reviews, but this place is my first.first visit was rude, the front desk girl told me to fill out an authorization form by going to their website. she told me just to scroll down on my phone and that was it. i asked her where because i did not see the form to fill out & then she proceeded to get annoyed then told me to scroll even more down and click on these tiny font to get to the form.second visit was worse. i approached the same front desk girl & i asked her if josh was in. (i ve never met josh in my life) to get a status on my car. she told me he was right there. there were 2 guys next to each other in their cubicle. so i asked who? then she pointed me to the right dude. not even a hello or have a seat. josh went straight to do you have an appointment? third interaction, i called in to talk to josh to see about my car status. he told me that he hasn t heard from insurance yet, so i decided to go ahead and do it myself. i called my insurance & i got everything i needed situated. if i did not call to ask about my car s status, i wouldn t know how long i would ve had to wait until i got my car.overall, customer service was horrible. they re rude. i would go to the caliber collision off hwy 6. they re 1000 times more friendly over there in my opinion.

From start to finish the staff at caliber collision made the process informative and easy. Marco kept me informed every step of the way so I knew what to expect. Someone backed into my truck on the driver side door caliber collision did the work to repair the damage after they were done with the repair my door looks like it is in its original shape cannot even tell where the damage was done they did a fantastic job. This is for the location in Bryan, TX: I'm so happy to be able to write something positive. My original repair was good, but I noticed on my way home that my side mirror, which wasn't even part of the initial repair and had never given me trouble before, was broken. My car's mirrors automatically fold in when you lock the car after it's parked. It was a Friday after 5:30 when I picked up my car (thank you for waiting for me!!) so I wasn't able to call them back until the next week. I let the receptionist and manager know that someone broke my mirror and the manager took full responsibility for the tech's mistake. I was so impressed with the customer service of the receptionist and the leadership of the manager that I couldn't even be mad after that. It took a while to get the part, but once they had it, they replaced the mirror in less than 20 minutes and I haven't had any trouble with it since. I really hope they know how much their integrity and service are valued and appreciated. I hope I never have to go back, but if I do, or if someone I know needs a recommendation, I'm definitely going to tell them to go to Caliber Collision in Bryan.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
