Phenomenal customer service! Both Kyle and Chris were not only kind but quite knowledgeable in their field of work. I own a 2007 Honda Accord that would stall out on me almost every stop I made over the last 3 months. They were able to diagnose the issue and fix my car within hours. My front AC had stopped working, which is anightmare during a Texas summer. I was able tobring it in, and Kyle looked at it right away. Kylelooked and carried himself so professionally. Hewas easy to talk to, and a good listener. While he ran the diagnostics he also made sure my children were comfortable and had somewhere cool to sit. While getting prepared to start on my vehicle he was also able to assist and communicate effectively with another set of customers. Hewas able figure out the issue quickly. He then alsoexplained to me in detail what the problem was.After that he showed me how to go about checking it on my own, and made sure I was able to do it well. This was my first time at C&L, but I'll never take my vehicle any where else. Chris s facility is well put together and as a single mom I felt very comfortable. I ll also be sending my teenage daughter here.Service: Air conditioning

Was recommended this place by some classmates. Had a great experience here! My car had been shaking, and I requested an appointment online. The online portal had me schedule a few days out, but I was got a call from an employee (don't remember his name but he helped me the whole time and was great!) there pretty quickly. He let me know I could bring my car in the next day, which was great considering the issue.I got an estimate the following day and my car was good to go by the next morning.They also gave me a ride after dropping off my car.I also thought prices for everything I had done were very reasonable.Will definitely be using this place in the future for any car issues

I have a Nissan Xterra that has a lot of codes popping up and it was driving horrible. I brought it in and Kyle ( I think that was his name) was very helpful and was able to fit me in their busy schedule. They gave me updates on the progress and now it has been about a month since the work and all of the check engine lights stayed off and it runs great. Chris and his crew are incredible. Highly recommend. I was in a bad spot, my window got stuck open late on a Friday night due to a prior accident. I pulled in as the were closing shop and he and his guys helped me without hesitation. They were able to get my window closed to get me through the weekend until I can go through insurance to get the repairs needed. Most other places didn't care. It was late and they were closing and 2 places I called said they couldn't look at it until the next week. It was incredible that these guys didn't mind taking the time despite nearly being closed to help me out to get me through the upcoming cold weekend. I can not recommend them enough, and I will definitely be going back to see them for future work I'm needing done.Services: Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

After the clutch on my 11 year old car decided to suddenly go out, I had to find a repair shop, and find it fast! I called around to a few different places after looking at online reviews (one place still hasn't called me back four days later), and another shop recommended Chris at C&L Auto Care. I called and got an estimate over the phone and took my car in the next day. They had all of the parts in stock and I picked up my car two days later (they also worked on my brakes, which I'd been meaning to have fixed for a while) and they did their best to make the repairs as inexpensive as possible. It's always a bit painful to have to pay for major repairs like this, but I feel that I got my money's worth.Chris was courteous and knowledgeable and explained everything to me without making me feel like an idiot for asking questions. I've dealt with other repair shops in the past where mechanics talked down to me, and it was refreshing to see that C&L treats its customers so well. They offer a two year/24,000 mile warranty on their services, and this was one of the factors that led me to take my car there. I definitely made the right choice, and I'll be going back there again for any of my repair/maintenance needs. My car drives like it's brand new, and I'm so happy with the results. I'm also telling as many people as I can, which is why I'm posting this review. If you're looking for an honest auto repair shop, call C&L Auto Care.

Chris was awesome! Before even telling me how much it was he looked to see if there were any recalls on what I needed fixed. Character is something that is hard to find now days, and Chris exemplified great character. I would recommend this place to anyone. I bought a truck from Chris and I have not received the title. I've Been leaving messages and no reply. Dude isn't trustworthy. Also it isn't my fault you didn't know what you were selling us. Never mentioned the shaft when I managed to get you on the phone.

I had an amazing experience at C&L Auto Care. My car overheated and needed to be towed. Chris provided us with a number for an awesome towing company (Precision Towing) and the charge was added to our total. Chris kept us very informed and was completely honest. He told us what was wrong, why it went wrong, and what he was going to do to fix it. Less than 2 hours later, I had my car back and it's running amazingly well.Thank you guys so much!

I had a fan clutch replaced and they drained my AC lines. After a couple weeks I finally open the hood and realized they didn't put the Caps back on now I'm having real hard time finding replacement parts. Other than that everything else at this place is pretty good

C&L just fixed my car. And I can't thank Chris(owner) and his team enough. They are new owners here since February. Reasonably priced, and my car was done in reasonable time. They do great work! Go visit them for any car troubles!

My mom took her car here and every time she would have something new happen to her car. After the 3rd time we new what was going on so we decided to take the car pay for whatever they said needed to be fixed and never came back. But of course we picked it up and in less than 1 week later there was something wrong again. We took it to a trusted mechanic and exactly what we had paid them over $1,000 to fix they never did and we had to have him fix it. Now that we don t take it to Chris, the car runs perfect and nothing happens wrong anymore in over a month. After 6 weeks of my mom going back and forth with Chris.

Usually going to an auto shop is a stressful but Chris and his wonderfully sweet mother make the experience of going an oddly pleasant experience. Just by speaking with him on the phone you can tell in his voice that he s a trustworthy man who does an earnest job.I needed to have my alternator replaced for my 07 Camry and called about a dozen places. Now it runs perfectly and C&L gave me a fair price that was a $100+ cheaper than big name auto shops like Firestone/Meineke.That s not to say he was the cheapest in town, I did find other auto shops willing to do the job for cheaper, but you get what you pay for and I think the quality of job done at C&L is well worth paying slightly more and he still gave me the 2nd to lowest price I could find in town so you get the best of both worlds, quality and savings!In short, take your car here and let your worry s melt away, 100% recommend!

Guys here are super nice although the $2500 repair didn't fix my problem. Unfortunately I travel for work and am no longer in the area for them to try and make things right.

Chris was wonderful over the phone and in-person. He was very quick to help me out with a problem with my brake lights. He saved me a lot of $$ that I would have had to pay elsewhere. Thank you, Chris!

Had to get some electrical work done on my truck, not only did they do a great job, they were very fast and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Chris and staff and will definitely use again. FYI, beware of the couch, you just might fall asleep while waiting. ..lol

Courteous, honest, helpful. A simple diagnostic found the problem on my 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander and the repair was very reasonable. Will recommend to all other family, friends and coworkers.

These guys are nothing but honest, hard working and very knowledge guys who charge well under value for their incredible skills. They are very honest and would never even think about touching someone else's belongings unless they were in the way and needed to be moved, how bout you pay better attention to where your things are before you go off and slander good people's names with your assumptions or better yet just take anything of value out of your car if you're that untrusting of someone you don't know.

My son prepaid $1000 to fix a couple of issues, they called twice saying it was gonna cost more due to finding other issues during the initial inspection. It got to the point the repairs were more than the vehicle was worth. They then charged him over $600 just for the estimate.

Work wise, the job was done to a satisfactory level. However, my GPS was taken out of my car along with all of my chargers (phone, ipod, gps). I would never go here again and suggest you don't either.

Didn't do what they said they would do,brought my car home knowing it still had a oil leak.then tried to add other stuff to my bill when it didn't need to be fixed.
