I d give Bryan Muffler and Performance six stars if I could. Lee and crew worked tirelessly to solve my 02 Damon Motorhome exhaust leaks when others would not even entertain looking at it. It s a GM Workhorse chassis and the GM Dealership wouldn t even return my call. I highly recommend Bryan Muffler and Performance. Give em a call you won t be sorry.

This company is wonderful! Fully recommend you trust them for any repairs or custom work.A highway in Austin claimed my mufffler on my old Rust Belt Survivor, and the car was obnoxious when I brought it to Bryan Muffler for a new muffler. Not only did they fix it in an amazing time frame, they also got it quieter than factory. It's so quiet now, you can barely hear it in the car. Which is impressive given the quantity of rust holes in the body. 10/10 recommend these guys. They even got me out the door in enough time to stop and grab lunch before i had to go back to class.

This is the second time we have used this shop for vehicle repairs. The first time they fixed a problem with our exhaust system. The second time they replaced our rear rotors and brake pads. They have our business for sure. We really like the work they do. It is timely and quality. We will definitely continue to drive from Caldwell to bring our vehicles to this shop for repairs.

Friendly and helpful. The small shop you know has been successful for a long time because they work hard. Came in with a rusted out muffler making a lot of noise. They put in a new muffler and replaced some hangers for a fair price in one afternoon and I m happy with it.

Really an amazing shop! Had a Flowmaster installed in no time. Both the husband and wife are super nice and helpful. They do a great job and a fair price! Definitely recommend this shop for exhaust work!

I got my catalytic convertor stolen and I was very stressed about the price for repairing my car. Lee was so helpful and kind. I really appreciate his patience and genuine interest in helping me. He was honest about pricing and my options. His wife was also very helpful and kind. Definitely will be coming here again!

I had my catalytic converters stolen off my truck. Bmp had me up and running in very short time. Family owned and operated, professional, they'll treat you like family. They also installed a protector shield to avoid having them stolen again.

The owner is what is lost with the chain type shops. This man is the real deal. I requested him to remove some secondary mufflers from my 2014 V8 R/T Challenger. This took an adaptor that is not stocked by anyone. He made the part which took bending a new section of exhaust tube up/down, and sideways all within a length of 12 inches or so. Man, what a skilled expert this man is. They even have an extensive local rock collection in the office - waiting room. When you are there, everyone treats you like a lost friend. Such a nice place to open your wallet. I hope they stay in business forever. - Doug C.Service: Exhaust

Had one catalytic converter stolen and the other was partially cut a couple months ago (Mar. 2022).Sevcik's and Brazos Valley Automotive were quoting me roughly $1500 using on-brand converters and didn't give me other options. BMP used a universal catalytic converter and it cost me $700, and it was done in a day, unlike the 3-5 days the others were saying. Lee also repair the other converter for no additional cost and said if I ever had any issues with it he'd fix it on him.Lee and April are two of the friendliest, down-to-Earth people I've met in my 8 years here. Trying to run a good business with reasonable costs and genuinely trying to doing what's best for the customer.Highly recommend them.

Customer service is horrible. Called a few weeks ago to see about diagnostic services and was quoted a great price compared to the shops in the area. When I arrived at 845, I was told the that gentleman that does diagnostic would arrive at 10 am. When I returned at 10 promptly I was standing in the garage for almost 10 mins and both employees looked at me and didn't say a word. When another gentleman drove up the man that worked there addressed him and acted like I wasn't there and told the other customer he had already talked to me when I arrived the second time and and when I called out the employee politely he then began to argue with me that he told me the employee performing the diagnostic would arrive shortly. DO NOT show up here without a man present otherwise you will not receive service or acknowledgement. I came here because of the stellar google reviews, nice to see that those are completely false.

Hands down the best customer service from any automotive shop in bryan College Station area. Great prices, and a quick turnaround. I came in needing to replace my car's catalytic converter and O2 sensors because they had been stolen. The people who work here quickly addressed the problem and made sure I knew up front the price and double checked after the installation that everything was good to go. They were pleasant and helpful, and I would come back to them in the future. I got back my car the same day, and it is now running smoothly. The price was reasonable given the required labor and the expense of the converter.

Welded up some tabs for the heat shields on my Harley s exhaust same day. Huge help and very friendly with fair prices, I ll definitely be coming back!

I guess this is one of the few exhaust shop in Bryan and their price are really high. I got a quote from them for my headers and it s almost three times more expressive than the one I got at another shop. And depends on who you talk to, they would give totally different price. The costumer service is below average. Honesty I would drive to Houston and get the work done over there.

Fast efficient service with a smile. Lee was very professional and honest with the repair work estimate for my customized truck. Best bang for buck in the Brazos Valley. There is a reason why this shop is always busy.

Seemed slow start but they are not. Do excellent work. Very experienced mechanics, like they rebuild entire vehicles for fun. Friendly, accurate, attentive to detail, and fair price! I took a Corvette in and they were very careful, even how they intentionally did not put hands on car exterior to not get it dirty. I am very picky and they did an awesome job.

John Bigley and crew are phenomenal. As a single female who has had several cars with issues (all of which were purchased from con artists-I'm fairly sure), I can attest that the service and prices I receive from Bryan Muffler are fair and honest. Additionally their crew is possibly the nicest group of "rough necks" that ya ever could meet. Truly country gentlemen and good at what they do. I referred my grandparents to their services, this is how much I trust them. Thank you John and crew!

Old school hard workers and very honest. We will always come to these guys any time we need anything done with the exhaust system on any of our vehicles. Thought our catalytic converter was going out, turned out to just be a gasket. 109$ in labour later and we're good to go.

Needed a complete exhaust done on my classic car. Made me wait in the office for 20 mins while they smoked and chatted with one of their buddy s outside. Then when they finally got around to talking with the only customer(me) was told that they could not bend the pipe for my exhaust. Was told to go order the pipe pre bent and bring it to them and then they could install it. Don t waste your time they only want bolt on work.

No frills, gets what you need done. I had issues with my muffler rattling and needing some modifications. I showed up at 11 am and there was no wait. They jumped right on it and I was on my way out 20-30 minutes later. Quick, easy, and a great price. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

Amazing service. Both of the mechanics that looked at my car were really helpful with their recommendations. I had a problem with my exhaust pipe and they came with multiple recommendations on how to fix the problem. They even tried multiple options on my car to see which one I liked more and they didn't charged me more. Go to this place if you have any problem with your exhaust system. Great service and the people here is really welcoming.

Not recommended. Gentleman there wanted to argue with me on what modification I had wanted to do and that it was illegal to cut off my muffler and install one I bought from auto zone. Guy did not listen to what I was trying to explain and with being hard headed I guess did not interpret what I was asking him the right way. I've had muffler changes done to about 4 trucks over the past few years at many shops and different towns with no issue until I reached this shop. You dont get to argue with me on the legality of something that has been done by other shops across different towns when the modification requested is within state requirements and is 100% legal, I would know. Very unfriendly people.

Amazing service! Super friendly, with laid back gentleman running this shop (ie not pushy salesmen). John recommended, and shop installed: MagnaFlow Performance Muffler (11226) on my 2016 JKRU. Nice rumble, not too loud (for a Jeep)... gives my NON aerodynamic beast a lil pep in her step! Thanks again, fellas.

The Owner was very helpful, explained everything to me and also gave me a great deal on price. If I need any more work on my car, I'll check with them first before anyone else! Great place great people don't let the location fool you

Very happy with my experience here. Lee was very helpful in replacing an entire system, doing a great job in a relatively short amount of time. I will definitely be back for any future exhaust needs.

I was told they could weld and patch parts needed fixed, I was given a price $110, afterwards I found out they only fixed 1 of the 2 parts correctly. When I made appointment to go for them to fix the work I already paid for I was told they don't weld and that too fix what I had already paid for would be $1300 to $1400 job.

Exceptional work quality. Not cheap and worth every penny. Place is dirty and dated, but it's a MUFFLER SHOP! I'll be pack next time I need exhaust work.

Do not have any work done here. Half @##ed to say the best. Then when you try to get in touch with the owner to work it out, well you cannot. This is because the old man at the front will run you in circles. Ex: Oh, the owner is busy. May I leave a message?No, it is best to speak with him.When is a good time to catch him?I do't know. He is busy.Well can I leave a message then?He is busy.And on, and on, and on. Just do business elsewhere.
