Gary did an amazing job fixing my vehicle. I brought it in bad condition- steering wheel shaking, a horrible rattling grinding noise from under the hood, horrible fuel economy, 4 lights on the dash (check engine, abs sensor, traction control, and one other) and just generally loud when driving. He fixed it for a better price than the other mechanic i had been using in town, and he explained to my husband the issue and how it could've happened. I asked for an alignment to be added after he already had the vehicle, he accommodated me and still had my car done in 48 hours. He was very professional and i couldn't have asked for an overall better experience. My car has literally never run better in the time i've owned it.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Didn't seem to know much about driveshafts.Also quoted me over $600 for a non-OEM replacement driveshaft. That's not how that works...On a side note, the reception area was an absolute mess.In response: Cool story bro. Don't try and charge me more than stealership prices.

My coworker and I were on a business trip, with 17hrs left to drive... when our rear driveshaft fell out of our 2004 Ford F-250.After having the vehicle towed to the shop, Gary went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Not only did he stay after hours, but he prioritized our vehicle due to the circumstances.Gary was very professional, kind, understanding, and did an incredible job fixing our truck. For a very reasonable price.Although the situation was unfortunate, it truly was a blessing to have Gary at Bryan Drivetrain and Diagnostics available for the repairs.I would highly recommend his services to anyone. You wont regret it.

I brought in my car to have the rear end looked at. He he gave a quote that s on the higher end and ordered parts prior to inspecting it so hopefully he is guessing correctly. It s been sitting out in the shared parking lot for a week, no work started yet. He never answers the phone and he is never there. Maybe he will start working on it soon. I should ve gone with my initial instinct and not gone there.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Best mechanic services I've had. Gary had quick diagnostics of my problem, offered a great price, and did the repair very quickly. I will definitely be back in the future if I need any more work done and would reccomend his services to anyone.

I had a problem with my car, and i googled repair shops near me. I called and spoke to Gary and he gave me the lowest quote to fix plus he stayed after hours to fix my car. Then the quoted price went down due to him fixing the problem without having to charge me the full price. I would highly recommend anyone with car problems go check out Gary, I will be back if any other problems with my car.

TL;DR: I got charged $450 to fix my battery cables.My car wouldn't start, so I had it towed to this place. He insisted it was the starter, even though I told him my starter was pretty new. I trusted his expertise, paid him $450, and two days later, it won't start again.He took another look at it, and found the real problem. The battery cables had some corrosion, so he cut off the bad part and reattached the rest.

Trust is HUGE in any industry and especially in the automobile mechanic world. Gary has my trust! He has proven to be a phenomenal mechanic with our vehicles for over 10 years. Gary's certifications speaks for itself.

The owner took 30 minutes out of his busy day to help me track down a part number on a pin bolt that broke off in my rear differential. Really good guy and I would recommend his services to anyone.

The first time I went to Gary he diagnosed the problem in no time and had a good turn around time. He also made sure I got what I wanted rather than just what I needed.Will update later but can't think of anything negative about choosing Bryan Drive Train.

Bad Estimate price for just Labor told me $575 for a water pump and I had the part and coolant. Will not recommend to any first time customers.

This location is amazing.Mr gary hapman is very reliable and definitely looking out for customers. He help me both time with my white 2012 ford fussion.he pinpointed the problem and resolved my issue..thank you for helping me out..i will continue to mr hapman when i have problems with my car.He definite a problem solver and definitely looking out for his customers.

Gary is the man to see, he did my rear end on my 2000 chevy truck, changed my gears, replaced a bad axle and replaced all of my u-joints and at a very good price and had it done fast.
