Not a fan of how expensive this place is compared to other Toyota dealerships. But the service writer was a good man. The first contact attendants leave a lot to be desired

stopped in for a oil change and 40,000 mile checkup, during check in an alignment was recommended. I declined it and told them I would wait until I got new tires for the alignment. After about 1 1/2 hours I was told the alignment was complete and they were working on the oil change. I told the advisor that I told them I didn't want the alignment, but it was already complete. They did offer to take care of the alignment, but I paid for it because I wasn't trying to get something for free. Then after 2 hours of waiting when I went to get into my car, my hats were smashed in the front seat. I've brought my car here every 5,000 miles since it was new, but this was probably my last time.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Oil change

I ve got some problems with this service department. Took my 2021 4Runner here for an oil change in January and received it back with my windshield tint bubbling up and peeling off where the oil change sticker goes. They agreed to reimburse me to have it replaced at the tint shop I had put it on in the first place. The tint shop suspects a service tech must ve wiped the area with some solvent or brake cleaner which reacted with tint and caused the issue.Anyways, now 2 months and multiple phone calls later I still haven t received a check from Toyota as was promised. Every time I call I just get jerked around by different service reps and the service manager has never called me back despite the reps telling me that they will.If you like inconveniences and false promises this might be the service department for you.

I went to the Repo Joe event with a friend and observed the process. Sales associate was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. However...I was quite disappointed for my friend. The TV ad verbiage did not fit what transpired in the dealership.

Now this is my go to when I am looking for my new WHIP. My boy Marcus Shaw he had great customer service and he really do his best to help you get into your new WHIP. Thank you for your generous support and respect

Called ahead to make appt. Asked making sure it wouldn t take long to replace a battery under warranty. ( 3hr oil change in the past) 1st off they had to jump my truck off in front of the store because they turned it off knowing what the issue was. Then it took 45 minutes for them to come out and tell me the battery was dead and it was under warranty both things I knew before coming to dealership in the first place. Hence the appointment. 20 minutes later they are finally able to install a battery! Check out make go out to my truck get on the feeder road and my hood is shaking. They didn t even close it after replacing the battery and let me drive off. Circle back pointless conversation with service department about how incapable they are nobody cares all look like deer in the headlights with nothing to say so I just leave. If you buy Toyota don t get a service plan here! Just go to Walmart same level of service plus you can shop.Service: Battery

They diagnosed my issue with my car and worked with me on the repair cost because it was quite substantial. Very friendly and accommodating. Carrie my service advisor was excellent and kept me informed on the progress. I recommend them for your service needs.

As I've come to expect, this service call was flawless. My service advisor, Justin, set up my schedule, told me what he was going to do, and did exactly that-calling me to keep me informed as needed. Even the shuttle drive back home was enjoyable. This is why my last 7 vehicles have been Toyota!

Bought my car from the BCS location and I haven't had any issues with the service. The wait times have been inaccurate and long though. This is why y'all have lost a star. 1 hour has = 1.5 hours on more than one occasion. Went in and needed a new tire. I was there for at least 2 hours but that was unscheduled. Even for scheduled services, the wait time is pretty long.

Won't be going back as a customer to buy a vehicle or for service, period!!The three times I went in for service, it became a bad customer service experience. #1- received a coupon in the mail for half price oil change the day after I had the oil changed. Why don't the service rep. ask if you have your coupon or give you the coupon price?! #2 - paid for new windshield wipers, thought that meant all 3 were changed but nope, only 2 and not the back window one which I noticed was splitting--so I changed it myself. #3 - I was told last week I have a battery with a bad cell and I will need a new one. Yesterday, I discovered that my battery terminals had a bunch of built up corrosion on them....so they checked the battery but did not clean it?!!! They aren't Bryan College Station Toyota, they are a Bunch of CrookS Toyota! Will not be returning or recommending.

What can you say about a Toyota dealership. They all overcharge and it's hard to trust that they're really doing what they say they're doing. However this place is very pleasant for waiting. I found that I can't change the oil myself on my 2017 Prius because it is so low to the ground. So I've been taking it in here and I pay too much but it's really not difficult to sit in their lobby read and drink their coffee while you wait.

Perfect every time I visit the store and I have an issues that needs to be addressed. Great service dept. You owe it to yourself to stop in or call with your auto concerns.

The service is very great here normally i scare to go to a dealer services because of excessive costs and labor. However, toyota looks exceptional from it . Reasonable costs and they might help a little with the cost. Recommend it and appreciate their efforts.

It always seems stressful to get your car maintained. Not knowing if the YAHOO service guy is trying to run up your bill with unnecessary repairs and such. RON at Toyota service is the YEEHAW service guy. He will listen to your concerns, make sure they are addressed and help you understand what is going on with your car. The man knows vehicles and how to get them back on the road. You can leave there knowing that the service was done right.Services: Tires, Battery, Oil change

The service was excellent, but the food didn't have the great taste. I had chicken and my wife has steak and both were flat.
