This body shop is absolutely fantastic. Kassem is not only incredibly kind, but he has YOUR best interest in mind and will do anything and everything to help you out. My car got some damage added to it but I just picked it up and it looks as good as new. Cannot highly recommend this place enough.

Being completely informed as to how to get your car repaired by someone else's insurance, the folks at Bryan Auto Body took us under their wings and walked us through the complete process. Everything went smoothly especially with their help in dealing with the insurance company. Our vehicle had been struck by another car and it was their insurance company we had to deal with. All went well and we couldn't be happier. I'm certain our repairs will be perfect as well. Need help after a collision, get yourself to Bryan Auto Body!!

I was very pleased with the work done on my car and their services prior to dropping off my vehicle and when I picked it up was excellent. Bryan Auto Body went above and beyond and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Not often you find a body shop that s honest and just all around good dudes (and girls). Especially one this big. Kassem, the owner, handles things personally and is a good person.Great communication and fair pricing. Will handle all the insurance mess as well.The front office staff is kind and helps out a ton.Fixed my bumper on my Tacoma in two days and had me rolling. Great business!

Kessam did a fantastic job fixing our car, down to the mica paint, after an accident that took out the front end. He even fixed two other areas of the car to make everything look perfect without mentioning it. Zach was so kind to pick up and drop off the car for us at our home and very compassionate. Shelby was also so friendly and reassuring on the phone. They handled all the insurance paperwork once they opened up the car and found more damage. It couldn t have been an easier process. I wouldn t go anywhere else in town! Don t go with the big box collision places, you won t get service like this. Kessam and his family are amazing people who work hard to earn your business. If you want great service, a beautiful job done on your vehicle, and to have your dollars go to good folks, go see them. Great customer service along with excellent body work! After the Texas snow apocalypse, my daughter rear-ended a car on the way to school. Bryan Auto Body got us in right away. Some of the other body shops had a two week wait. Bryan Auto handled my claim and went above and beyond in all aspects. This is our family's third time to use them in the pas year. I've used other local body shops over the past 20 years, they are the best. Highly, highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

On Oct 17th, my car was hit pushing me into another vehicle. Finally I was able to bring it to an auto body place after the guy's insurance deemed it their fault. I chose Bryan Auto Body. The whole team did an incredible job! In about 2 weeks, I got my car back better than it was before the accident. They dealt with the insurance so I didn't have to do anything. When i got my car back, they had even detailed it. I am beyond thrilled with their work!!

This is a great place to take your car to get it fixed. Very helpful staff, their advice in handling my repair and the insurance company was above and beyond. The work that they did was outstanding and the car looked better than I expected when finished.

From the estimate through the repair Bryan Auto Body was professional, thorough and they did an awesome job! I hope I never need a body shop again but if I do I know where I will go!After I got the check from the insurance company I called to schedule the repair. Kassem asked about rental arrangements with the insurance company and offered to set it up for us and have the car on premises when we dropped of our vehicle. He further took the time to explain the process for the repair, how long it might take AND how the rental would work with regard to paperwork, deposit etc...We were told 4 or 5 days on the repair but they got it done in 3. The rear door was replaced and painted completely. The paint match is amazing! You can't tell where the factory paint is and the new paint begins! I could not be happier with a body shop repair! Everyone there was professional, helpful and courteous.Who can ask for more? Under time on the repair, the job was amazing and the cost matched the estimate!Thanks!!*EDIT*Well I needed a body shop again as my daughters car was rear ended in Houston :/ Again Bryan Auto Body did a fantastic job and were very professional and thorough. They worked with the insurance directly and handled everything for us. Thanks!

I highly recommend this shop. They welcome you and calm the situation down, relieving stress and worry. I have 3 cars that have been saved here. When I was in a wreck, I called here and they handled the towing of the car. Great place

This place quoted me lower than I thought possible and did a better job than I thought possible after my accident. Repairs took under two weeks. The interior of the car was even cleaned before pickup. The owner also offered to take a complimentary look at a previous issue unrelated to the accident. Incredible customer service the whole way through.Update: I ve (unfortunately) been back a few times now (for separate mechanical issues) and my experience has been the same. I trust this place more than any mechanic to be honest with their diagnosis and costs.

Man amazing job KC did with my truck. I got t bone back in FEB 15 and this man got my truck up in no time. Very helpful, dedicated professional and the staff really friendly and approachable. I recommend to everyone

Only reason for 2 stars is they are friendly.Waste of time. Terrible communication. Never had calls returned, almost always was asked to call back later when they weren't busy. Took a month and a half for a quote, then to find out it was 4x the price of other places to paint 2 panels. And they scratched and mangled one paint sample of ours and lost another. Take your business to people who want it.

They installed car body parts and some brake components, but none of them are clean. The front bumper now has gaps and shakes, requiring refitting. My brake was ruined because they don't know how to properly install off-market parts. They intentionally install them poorly and then laugh at you. They may seem innocent, but their work is far from expert-level. They can handle basic repairs like fixing a bullock cart, but don't expect precise, high-quality work comparable to a sophisticated factory level. People praise them because they offer a small discount of $10 or $20 when paying in cash. If you're looking for subpar work or OEM parts (which they don't actually install but suggest for their own commission), then you can go there, but be prepared for poor quality with gaps, shaking plastic, and imperfect fit. They are not skilled in that area and may permanently damage your car. They push for OEM parts to make extra money, as they charged me $200 for a job that should have cost $170, and when I brought my own parts, they still increased the price. Instead, I went elsewhere and had the job done for $150 with better quality. They also failed to fix the issue with my car because they had no clue what was wrong. They only made random guesses and estimated an $800 repair, whereas it was fixed for $63 at another place. So, if you value your good car and want to avoid turning it into a bullock cart, don't waste your time here for the small discount they offer. I'm uncertain if they have high-quality machinery for fixing and calibrating cars. Never going back to this place for saving $20 and ruining 10,000$ car. Stay away.

One of the best body shop experiences I have had! Kassem (owner) runs a shop that is very customer service oriented. Impeccable work was done on our vehicle and in a timely manner. Would not hesitate to utilize Bryan Auto Body again.

After waiting over a year on a waitlist for a different shop to get some hail damage repaired I decided to give them a try since I had heard some good things from other people. The work they did was absolutely perfect, the staff were extremely friendly, and they even got my truck back to me earlier than expected. Hopefully I won t need to get anymore work done anytime soon but if I do I will definitely be going back.

Kaseem was absolutely amazing in the repair process. All the employees were kind and honest. They did amazing work on my 2016 Subaru Forester. When I heard a whistling noise from my drivers side door they got me in the next day to fix it up without me needing to leave the shop. Cannot recommend enough!! My car was damaged in an accident. Most of the other shops in town had a 2 month wait for repairs. Bryan Auto Body was recommended to me by a friend who used them. They got me in right away. The owner is one of the nicest people I've ever met. He gave me tips on how to do some body work on my own to save money and even helped me make a minor correction without charge. The owner has the biggest heart and is incredibly kind and honest. There are no pretenses or pushing for extra charges, because he'll simply tell you what the situation with your car is and what options you have. Bryan Auto Body is flexible with scheduling and does high quality work. In addition, the employees are thoughtful and go beyond the job description-- after handling the issue with my car, they added air to the tires when they noticed there was low pressure. I highly recommend this place and would trust them with all my future car needs!

I've been coming to Bryan Auto Body for over 15 years and their work quality is ALWAYS outstanding! This last time, I got my hail damaged car back and my son thought I had bought a new car since it looked so good. This place is truly amazing! The staff is professional and so friendly. My car was damaged pretty badly and they were able to repair it and make it look brand new! The owner of the shop is truly one of a kind. He took the time to explain everything that would be fixed on my car and a timeframe that it would be completed. Not only did they have my car looking brand new, but all the repairs were done before the timeframe originally given. And to top it off the owner is an Old Agggg! I love the shop and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for their vehicle to be fixed properly and at an affordable price!Service: Body & Trim

When my car got hit in the hailstorm I figured it would never be the same. Just picked it up from the shop and it looks brand new! Even the inside looked cleaner. They give excellent customer service, and have friendly staff and great process all around.
