Bad experience with this place definitely not a high end restoration shop. The owner and manager come across as nice guys but once they get paid different story. I m gonna start out by the poor workmanship I got. Took my truck in to get the frame painted which just came back ok. Too much to list but I ll mention a couple of things they left the bolts off my motor mounts and cross treaded four bolts in a high end radiator and lost my headliner trim piece and have yet to pay for it contacted many times. 2 star out of five if you have a nice rebuild don t recommend this place. Oh and one more major thing when I picked up my truck the brake pedal was almost touching the bench seat and of course it was nothing they did well wasn t like that when I delivered it.

We left a truck for a full mechanical restoration, but frequently told they cant start the process until I gave them the payment information which I did. I understand that there was a waiting list of cars to be fixed however mine was there for quiet some only to do nothing to the truck. The only day I randomly checked they told me it was ready but couldn t contact me , which was odd since i left a phone number. And i called frequently. The staff and everyone was nice however I just waisted time. My trucks batter was even dead when Got it back.

Had to get a couple of rips repaired on our car seat. They did a great job, very quick work and reasonable charges for the work. Also got two vehicles inspected. Definitely got me as a long term customer!

Daniel is extremely helpful and bent over backwards to get us into a vehicle. Not one of the big dealerships just trying to "make a dollar", but actually takes care of his customers to the best of his ability. Office staff were very nice and professional as well!

The staff is so helpful and friendly! I was looking to upgrade from a small car to an suv and they did not disappoint! Over a year later and still till this day enjoy my suv ! I recommend BVAR to all my family and friends who are looking into purchasing a new vehicle ! They are awesome at what they do !

Owners beware! Expect to get overcharged and under delivered on your restoration! A lot of promises and hype laden with excuses for delays and overcharges! Ask for references from those who have pulled there cars out of BVAR! Ask to see real completed projects and speak with the owners! There are none!! If you have made the unfortunate mistake of starting a resto at BVAR, get an attorney. It's the only way you will get you complete car (in parts) out of there!!

BVAR helped my family out SO much! We had a wonderful car buying experience and they treated us like family. We really appreciate the service they provided and LOVE the car we got!!! Thank y'all very much!!

I literally walked in and the hair stood up on my arms and I got goose bumps all over !!!!You talk about some AWESOME AND UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOM CREATIONS!!!! I can't wait to come back by next week to see where the current builds are at in the next stage .I mean just look at the pictures... Look real close.... You will see things that are not supposed to be there and yet somehow theses guys made it work !??!! Come on.. tell me what you see..
