Needed a replacement transmission for our 2017 Silverado and had to work with our extended warranty company. Cristi kept us informed of the progress. We were pleasantly surprised with the timely repair (our hometown dealership takes forever for repairs). Transmission was replaced and truck was ready in one day! Everything about our experience was great. Would use this service department again. We loved working with them.

I recently had my vehicle brought in for service with Jared Rodriguez. All I can say is Jared should be your go to advisor. He is a phenomenal he truly seems to care about his work and his customers. It feels great to know that there are people out there like Jared in the car industry. Next time you re getting your vehicle serviced, ask for Jared! He will not disappoint

Cristi and the Aggieland technicians are awesome! They quickly diagnosed the issue with my 2021 Chevy 1500 and got me back on the road in no time. Cristi worked with the warranty company and provided the necessary information to get the claim completely covered. I will be requesting her on all my future services.

Mr Hernandez did an excellent job getting my vette serviced. The worked was performed on time and my vehicle was just as clean as when I dropped it off. Aggieland Chevrolet will definitely be getting my business again.

Just got my Tahoe back with a new transmission. Service department here never disappoints. I live in Dfw and come down here for service, turnaround is faster here than anywhere. Highly recommend.

Aggieland got my vehicle in and repaired quickly while I was visiting my daughter for the week. My check engine light had came on right before my visit. They were able to fix the diesel exhaust and replace the electrical switch in the drivers side door that was continuously locking and unlocking while driving.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Had coupon for tire rotation (see photo). Service guy couldn't understand at first that coupon had expiration date since tire rotation was always complimentary. Also had an expired coupon for military discount that I didn't bring in since it was expired. He said it shouldn't have had an expiration date. Long story short, I was treated OK by original guy, but when the bill came due, it was $40 higher than last time I had my vehicle serviced there, and no discount applied for military service. Original service guy had disappeared and other one smarted off that "well you know the prices at the grocery store are up...". I stopped him right there and said I wasn't at the grocery store and $40 more for the same amount of oil wasn't a fair price. I then left and responded to their survey asking them to contact me. No response. Can't recommend the service department even for something as simple as an oil change and tire rotation.

The manager Mr Tucker was very curtious, kind, knowledgeable and helpful.Our truck performs as well as it did when we initially bought it 5yrs ago used as a 2016 model.Thank you

Aggieland was wonderful! Everyone we encountered, from the front receptionist, salesman, sales manager, all the way to the finance advisor was very helpful and attentive to my wants and needs! I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

We pretty much bought this truck over the Internet. The deal was made and paperwork done by Text Messages. Very painless. Jimmy Stewart was a great guy to work with as well as our finance guy Luke Holland, was the best we have ever worked with, and we ve bought many Chevrolets. Love Aggieland Chevrolet and love our new Silverado!!

People were great, seem to know what they were doing, and easy to talk to. I've never used Aggieland Chevrolet before but they were happy to help me with the recall on my GMC. They were very friendly and knowledgeable of the situation. They had the problem fixed with half a day... and even aired up my tires. I was very pleased.

I took my 2018 Chevy Volt in for its 22,500 mile service. I pulled into the service bay and no one came out to greet me so I went inside where the man behind the counter looked up and simply said, "Yeah?". A bit gruff, but maybe they just lacked customer service skills. I could live with that.I told him that I had an appointment to get the service done on my Volt. He couldn't find the appointment so I said I had set it up using the MyChevy app on my phone. "Oh, there's your problem. That doesn't work here." Good to know. I went ahead and asked if there was any way that I could get a 22,500 mile service done. He said that they had no idea what a 22,500 mile service consisted of (at this point I wasn't sure he knew what a Volt was). I waited to see if he was going to try to look it up on his computer or anything, but he just stared at me. So I looked it up on my phone, wondering why they still use the term "service" center. It's basically a tire rotation and general inspection since the car was not due for an oil change. I told them this and was then told that the one guy in the shop who knew about electric cars wasn't in that day but maybe I could come back later. I will not come back later.I ended up getting serviced by the Cadilac dealership down the street who somehow figured out what needed to be done to the car without me having to use Google.Service: General repairs & maintenance
