This was my first time buying a brand new vehicle without my parents. Octavio was our sales consultant and he helped my fiance and I through the entire process and was very patient with us! He was great and so kind. I am definitely willing to send anyone who is looking for a new car his way no questions asked!

Months later, I still feel that Aggieland Chevrolet got the best of me. They use a lot of quick talking and misdirection, something I'd heard of but never seen in a dealership. I should have known when we ordered our vehicle but got nearly zero updates over the months we waited. Examples: we told the finance guy that we had a 5% loan from our bank. He said he'd try to beat it. When he came back, he said, "it was tough, but I got your payment where you wanted it." He tried to lead us back to the financing office, "let's go get this done." I never said anything about a payment, just the rate. So I asked, "what rate did you get?" He acted like he didn't hear me. I asked again. "Oh, 7.2 (or thereabouts)." I reminded him of our 5%. He looked caught. He went back to crunch the numbers. Then, at signing, he said he had to buy down the rate so we should at least purchase the extended warranty to offset what he was out. The salesman similarly tried to get us to hustle through the numbers, never fully explaining anything, sort of the Obi Wan, "there's nothing to see here." He told us we couldn't rely on our published credit scores, as though those were invalid and what the dealership had was somehow more authoritative. Another way to invalidate our negotiating position. He relentless pushed the add on package (dent removal, car finder, ceramic coating, etc). Finally, the salesman indicated that our trade-in had a particular issue that would make it difficult for them to sell it. The car had several issues, but the one mentioned was definitely not one. I should have walked away. There's a way to do business where it's fair for both parties, and neither side feels dirty or lied to when it's over. This wasn't that. I was looking for a life-long, trusted dealer, and I told Aggieland that. If they took care of me, I'd refer friends and family. That won't be happening.

My experience with Aggieland Chevrolet, starting with Matthew my sales guy, Clint delivery guy The finance guys, sales, managers, and Mr.Gunn This was an absolutely amazing experience! I m very in love with my new truck and I m thankful to the Aggieland Chevrolet family for treating me with respect and professionalism. Can t wait to buy my next Chevy from you guys.

Henry was great to work with on purchasing a new truck. He worked with me to find a truck that had the features I wanted at a price that fit my budget. TJ in finance was the easiest finance person I have ever dealt with in buying cars. I was treated with respect and felt like was I was a valued customer through out the process of buying the truck. I will make the drive from central Texas to purchase our next Chevrolet from Aggieland Chevrolet.

Aggieland Chevy was probably one of the better experiences so far when it comes to car dealerships. I didn t feel forced into a vehicle as soon as I stepped onto the lot and was given the opportunity to weigh out options look at different vehicles and felt like I was actually able to make the right decision instead of feeling bombarded into making a bad decision just so they can make a sale. Phillip our salesman was very informed and with the hard financial times was able to get us all the information needed. With the help of him we where able to make the vehicle purchase that was right for us! We will definitely be going back when it is time and I highly recommend asking for Phillip when you stop in!

Had oil change and tires rotated. Making an appointment online was so easy and convenient. I was greeted before I got out of my truck. The service department had me in and out in about 30-40 minutes. Everyone was veryfriendly and professional. Will be back.

My boyfriend and I went in and spoke to Robert. He was very understanding and listened to what we had to say and our preferences on a car. They even drove the car to our house for us. Super sweet people and not only cared about selling a car but made sure it is exactly what we wanted and more. Highly recommend this dealership!

She worked diligently with my warranty company and stayed in timely communication with me so I knew what was going on at all times. I dont usually write poor reviews but I felt compelled. My son and his mother went to the store today to purchase a used vehicle from them at the advertised online price. The were given. much higher price and when the explained they had came due to online price the store finally took off the adds of over 1k (protection packages). They then proceeded to drive the vehicle. It had a shimmy at 60 miles an hour. I spoke with design manager and the used car salesman and asked if they could fix the issue or discount 1k. based on a couple mechanics I spoke with that gave common issues and prices. The sales manager then stated it is AS IS that's all we can do. My concern is why not fix a problem that is a safety concern for your customers even if you have to sale it at a slightly higher price??? Hard to trust a store that won't work with you nor have a concern with your safety. Especially when we were trying to put our 16yr old in his dream car.

I'm a first time buyer and didn't know what to expect. I went into the dealership uncertain with how my experience would be. I was immediately greeted and shown in, without a hassle of questions or pushy personalities. Once I got settled in working with Bryce Pflughaupt it only got better. Bryce showed me an impressive amount of options from used to knew, really taking my budget and preferences into consideration. He treated me like a friend; with respect, kindness, all while working within my time window. He found me leagues more than I was looking for, and helped me every step of the way through my first car buying experience. It could not have gone smoother! I ended up leaving the same day with my 2024 Trax, and I love it! Excellent crew, Bryce even checked in with me in the following days to make sure everything was working well and I was enjoying all the features that come with my new Trax. 10/5 all the way around, I will be going back for my next purchase and would highly recommend to anyone in the B/CS area to start their car search here. Phillip and Madelyn made the process of buying our 2023 Blazer a treat, I have purchased a number of new vehicles over the years but never experienced the excellent communication from a dealership. Madelyn kept me up to date on inventory both at the dealership and vehicles enroute. Phillip then took over the sales side of the deal and took my concerns to the sales manager and everyone in the process worked together to do their best to meet my wife and my requests. Once we said yes to our new Blazer, Darrin, their Financial Manager sat us down, got us an acceptable interest rate for these times when those rates are the highest I've experienced. He also took the time to explain Gap insurance and extended warranties. The whole process was near perfect with one minor bump in the process with an option that we thought was in our new vehicle, but it wasn't the dealership's fault but Phillip is looking into seeing if they can get that added. The experience we had hopefully will result in many years of future purchases.

I had a great experience at Aggieland Chevrolet with the purchase of my new 2024 Tahoe. They had lots of vehicles in stock to choose from and I felt like I was given 5 star treatment from everyone I came in contact with. Clint listened to my needs and preferences and steered me to the perfect vehicle for me. I would recommend Clint and Aggieland highly.

I had a good experience with Philip and the sales manager. The exact used truck that I had been looking for (for a month) was there. It had only 6240 miles on it...like new. Although they did not find someone to take me in a spin in one of the Vetts on the showroom floor, I still bought from them. Good choice!

The service at the dealership was great. However, I will be having the oil change to my 2023 Suburban elsewhere. Aggieland Chevrolet is too expensive. I can't believe I paid over $100. I got charged for rotating the tires after it was offered, not knowing there was fee. Speaking of fees, I noticed a miscellaneous fee as well. But there was no explanation as to what that money went to.Nope, that was my last oil change there at Aggieland Chevrolet. I did get a beautiful car wash.

The whole buying expensive was so easy! The salesman, Quade, was low key and full of so much helpful information. The finance officer, Blake, was so much fun. He showed us all the options available but never was pushy. We never felt "under the gun" to buy anything extra we didn't want.

Beware before considering this dealership for service. My son took his truck in due to low/no oil pressure. We already diagnosed the problem. Oil sending unit failure. To change a $79 dollar sensor that takes maybe 30 minutes max, they charged him over $500 dollars! Never again will Aggie land Cheverolet get to take advantage of another young man. You should be ashamed of yourself! You continue to earn your reputation! We will label the check to charity if you need money that badly. Shameful!

We had our son take his car there for a check engine light. We bought an extended warranty from the dealership when we purchased the car brand new in our home town. The transmission had to be replaced and since we didn t buy the car and warranty from Aggieland Chevrolet we will have to pay what the warranty company didn t cover and the $250 deductible, but had we bought the car from there we would only have to pay the deductible. I complained and the service rep said he would be able to half the cost with us. While half is better than the full amount it is still frustrating that we have to pay more since our son is there going to school and not home. I will make sure going forward this business will not ever get any business from us.

I came to the dealership to have two tires I put on and an oil change. My service rep said the 6.2 L engines take a lot of oil, so I'll be looking at around $120 for the oil change. After waiting 3.5 hours, I'm not exaggerating; they said they couldn't put the tires on, and the oil change would be $230.

First time buyers beware. Inexperienced and/or young buyers will be taken advantage of. Serious research in the purchasing of a vehicle needs to done before going to this dealership. Double speak and fast talking concerning trade in values, gap insurance and extended warranties. Very vague when explaining these add-ons.

Almost got charged 1000$ for my truck s battery. I said no and took it some work else and they said my battery works completely fine. They also took 2 hours to do an oil change!! This place is a big scam. Take your cars somewhere else.

I worked with Khaden Harris as my sales consultant. Khaden was extremely polite, respectful, and did not pressure me. Sales Manager Tyreek (hope I'm spelling that right) was great as well. He came out and provided information to answer any questions. Finally, Luke was my finance representative I worked with. Luke was very kind and made the finalization of the process easy.
