Horrible service. Talked with the manager at the time and had to come back twice because of misleading information. If you don t know what you are talkin about just simply say I m not sure.

The people there were very friendly and helpful. Selection was great for oil and filters, less so for anything else. For some things the prices were as good or better than what I've found online before. The oil though, was 50% more expensive; I thought that was particularly odd. It's where I'll go to recycle my old oil, at least until I find another place with better prices.

The gentleman was very nice on the phone. He went to get a price for parts. When I got there they had reserved some for me per request and were very helpful getting me checked out.

I went in to see if they could test my battery. They got on it right away than tested my whole system. Gave me a print out showing all was okay. I asked how much I owed them for all the work. Nothing they said no cost. I will return there for my next needs

Actually 4.7 Stars. We all know you got to go a little ways extra to get five stars right?! But on with the review,; I was really surprised and I stopped here because it was convenient on my way home. So I think to myself because where I have recently moved to, that fantastic service might be a fluke but let's try it. I have been back to this particular Advance Auto Parts store; 3 different time since then. And folks I got to tell you; it doesn't matter who was in the store working or how many customers were in the store. The entire staff, men and women, and the commercial Department; were super friendly and make you feel like your old time family friend. Service and knowledge of products was also good. Along with verus price options and quality of product for my intended purpose. Kudos to all you guys and girls at this particular Advance Auto Parts located right next C&J Barbeque on the curve in Bryan. Honestly everyone should try it if it's in your area.

The staff were very helpful. They didn't have the part I was looking for, but the manager was very kind and talkative and offered to price match and order the part quickly. She also went above and beyond to make some recommendations for my old truck and help me to troubleshoot a problem.

I walk in with a question after a bad experience with an unrelated car tool purchase. Pete knew what I needed halfway into my explanation AND gave me helpful car tips.Fast easy effective! This is where I'm going in the future. Ty

Very friendly staff, even though I m only 26 years old Pete talked to me like an old friend and helped me find a radiator cap that fit my motorcycle! Great customer service.

I came all the way from Houston I was going to buy but I had to use the bathroom after driving two hours. A white hair older male told me we do not have public bathrooms. That is how stores lose market share! Thanks keep your private bathroom not for customers. T oi day afternoon befor bbn 4 pm.

My favorite parts store in the Bryan/College Station area. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend them to all of my family and friends that need anything from wiper fluid to crate engines.

Great customer service and they pay attention to detail if they don't understand or have the part they actually will tell you or ask questions instead of just saying we can't get it like the competitors down the street

Super fast service when ordering special parts. Kevin is the go to guy. Always has quality oil on sale. Plus the speedprk points are the best compared to other rewards comp.

It's Ok. At times I feel like the employees don't know what they are doing. The store is sometimes unorganized and dirty but you can go in there and get whatever you need and get out.

I went looking for a thermostat for an old school Ford Taurus on the bend on Texas Avenue and Pete was on top of his game !!!He gave me the parts and some very knowledgeable advice !!!

Very helpful with the parts that I needed a bit pricey they use to be a place where you could get what you needed for a lot less.
