We recently hired ACME Glass to replace two windows in my son s home. Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience with this company. After the technicians left, we discovered pieces of glass all around the guest bedroom on the furniture and comforter, pillows, decorative blankets, etc.We also found large and small pieces of glass outside in the yard, patio, and driveway in multiple locations.Despite voicing my concerns to the owner of the company, Mitch, I never received a call back or resolution to this issue. To make matters worse, ACME Glass charged me for the rest of the job without addressing my concerns. As a result of their negligence, I had to replace all of the bedding in my guest room and spend hours cleaning up glass pieces from my property. The pieces of glass ranged in size from pebble-sized to as big as the palm of my hand. To say the aftermath of their blatant carelessness was stressful is an understatement.While Mitch was professional when I spoke with him, he failed to follow through on his promise to call me back and address the issue. In my opinion, this lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for glass replacement services. The technicians who came to my home were careless and left behind a dangerous mess that could have caused serious injury to myself or anyone else who came into contact with it. I can t imagine if this had been a child s room.Photos do not do justice - the glass in the guest room was literally everywhere as they brought a saw in to cut the old glass out but did zero prep or protect to the room before.Overall, I would strongly advise against using ACME Glass for any glass replacement needs. Their poor service and lack of accountability are unacceptable.

I need a large custom sized glass for picture framing. They did an excellent job. Price is also quite reasonable. Will definitely stop by later for other framing projects.

Excellent service to repair the glass shower door on an older home we recently purchased. I highly recommend them for home & auto glass replacement!

We were looking for brand new glass doors and we could not have found a better company to work with! ACME Glass in Bryan and their owner, Mitchell Morehead, were a blessing every step of the way. In our search for the new doors, we found ACME to have the best customer service. We compared several estimates and the cost was the best that we found by far! The company is reliable and trustworthy from start to finish, which is hard to find these days. The installation of the doors was perfect and everyone is pleased with the work. It's nice to know there are still really awesome folks to work with out there, thank you ACME!

First rate job replacing our (yucky) shower doors. Great prices! Call Terri for all your needs. Seriously. This is the best glass shop we have ever dealt with, and we are 35-40 miles away. I wish we could take them with us when we move! We plan to have a windshield replaced before we leave town. Give them a call, you will not be disappointed! Everyone seems happy to work there too. Friendly, professional, great price.

I had two repairmen come out to fix my broken glass. Both gentlemen, Charles and George, we're excellent! They were not only quick, but also extremely professional. I would recommend this service to others!

Poor customer service when calling for an estimate. Ordering glass is not like ordering a pizza, sometimes customers may need to be educated on what options are offered.I called for a quote for a replacement glass door, for a display case. The customer service rep was condescending and short with me throughout our conversation. A few times I apologized for a lack of knowledge about what I was looking for because the woman I spoke with snapped at me, I repeatedly said this was my first time ordering a pane. She basically expected me to list of all the needs I had for my glass without me knowing what options were available. I finally had enough of being talked down to so I told her I would not be buying specifically because of the way she spoke to me.Go somewhere else, you are worth being treated better!

They take care of all my glass needs. New mirrors and glass shower enclosure at the house. Replaced a broken window at the Lakehouse, and my neighbor's window I broke with a rock from my mower. And fixes cracks and replaces my windshield. Never had a bad experience with the folks at Acme.

Field workers, very nice... Randi, in the office and scheduling: rude, unprofessional, inturrups,abrupt and lacks all customer service skills. Took down wrong address, didn't listen to services needed and was quick to get off the phone.

Acme Glass has served the Bryan-College Station community for many decades. During my time here I've found the owner and staff to be very professional and helpful.

This place cares nothing for the employees that make them money. The owner and commercial management don't care about the customers. All that is important is getting the money from you. Other glass companies can give you a lot better price and service. You might get what you wanted after about the fourth try of getting it right

Rude people ! I think her krisy .I called and they were rude as they can be . I work in customer service and the way that they talk to you it s not it . Wouldn t recommend coming here or calling.

They went out of there way to get my glass cut and it was fast and cut at the right measurement, over all I call that great customer service so for that I recommend them to anyone who has a glass problem, and give them a five star.

If you need any type of glass or mirror they have it.... If not they will get it for you fast.... No matter what the size or type... I love the ladies up front ...
