Just fantastic, store full of customers, waited, I didn't know what diameter hose I needed, just needed to convert a 3500 to a flatbed fuel filler neck. Without hesitation the clerk simply said, "...let's take what you have to the back and see if we can't find what you need." We did. We walked their line of in-stock hose and within 4 minutes we found the perfect size, with the perfect bends in it. I don't know that I'd of been able to do this any other way. The thing is, the store was busy, you know, lot's of activity. But the thing is, I was not rushed. I saw some clamps I needed, we stopped. I said, "Do you mind, I might need a couple of these?" The clerk said, "No problem, let me just get something to write with." When we got back up front he rang me out like we were friends, and the place was still bustling. I've been to this place of business over the last 3 years and I've not ever once not found what I needed. These folks don't ask you "what's the year, make and model?" These guys ask you what you need, and they make sure they get it for you or have it in less than 72 hours. What a great place to do business. Reminds me of olden times. 100% recommend NAPA of Brownwood.

Had my buddies truck break down in the parking lot 6 minutes before they closed. Was able to getthe part needed to fix the truck and an employee even stayed and helped install it. Best service a person could ask for. Highly recommend.!!!

Clean store but the guys are don't know much about diesel.Usually any napa in Any part of the USA has what I need or they can or get it.I work on heavy lift cranes. So I need grease and diesel fuel system products.The guys seemed to have a poor atitude. As if it was funny to be seeking diesel or NLGI-1 components.perhaps if you just keed a oil filter for a Toyota or chevy that's more in their realm.

The person we were dealing with must have been some type of manager. He scolded one of the new employees while we were standing there. I also heard another employee telling the employee that got scolded, about some terrible experience she had, had on the phone with a customer. This made me uncomfortable not only for myself but for the employees. My dad has also been back and forth to Napa several times trying to get the right sized belt for his mower. Hopefully this time will be a charm.Customer service is great. Employees are kind but do not seem knowledgeable about their jobs or part or how to look them up.

Parts guy wanted to know what size motor my pkup had in order to get me a turn indicator bulb.... It was just like going to auto zone or O'Reillys....

I went in on Saturday to look for a toggle switch for my boat and theses guys also brought me a wiring diagram. Paul was very helpful and that Chris Day was helpful as well.

Well if you don't know you ain't going to know that NAPA is the place to go. Not only for car parts but lawn mower tractor parts.

I went in a few days before the second Saturday of 30% off and talked about apart and they told me it was $80 that day but it was going to be 30% off on Saturday before 9. So I was there at 7:30 when they opened purchase my item plus another item. Went outside looked at my receipt and notice that I did not get 30% off I got a proximately 18% off. Went back in told them the facts told them what he told me a few days before and he said sorry it's the computer they did not offer to make it right. Total scam 30% off does not happen. Offered me a refund but that's all. Chris was his name. Napa needs to wake up scam scam scam

I'm done a lot of dealings with Napa in Brownwood and they're good people good price good parts a good bunch of people to work just work around there so yeah it's a good spot

Great staff, they were able to find the clearance light that I needed for my RV. Fair price and quick turn around on ordering and receiving the part.

Paul will go out of his way to help. Unlike other part stores I usually only have to make one trip to NAPA to get home with the right parts. Thanks guys. And the price is right too.

It's an auto parts store, I needed a couple bolts, the ones they sold me were too short, but I got my money back no problem.

The owner came back to open store after closing time so we could get parts for our trailer. We are from Chicago and couldnt ask for better treatment. Everyone in town was wonderful.

Staff is always very helpful and friendly. If what I need is not in stock they will order it for me if they can get it
