I visited between 4 and 5pm, team was very friendly, checked all my fluids, topped them off, and did my oil change in about 5 minutes. It was so fast, my 18 month old didn't even wake up from his nap. And it only cost me $65. (I drive a Nissan Rogue). I loved the service and will be returning.

Very expensive. $ 117 for an oil change. If you re looking for multiple things to get done on your car it may be the place to go. But they will make you pay a lot. There is just a lot of better places to get your moneys worth. But if it is just an oil change I would not recommend it. And those guys are very rude. So be careful

Super nice showed up at 5:15 no wait time. Dang oil pan plug stripped out. They was able to tap it out and got me on my way in less than 15 minutes

Would not recommend at all paid almost 200 for a full service which they put checked or completed and NEVER once was half of the items checked. When I questioned price andinvoice 3 guys got bad attitude lied to me since I was there a few months back and said prices went up in Jan well I've been there since and didn't pay what I did today.. very un professional I will not be back or bring our equipment trucks there ever again. How dare treat a woman like that and lie and be ugly.. save yourself the money and go somewhere will you get the full service you pay for. Go to BBB and contact uour government and stare reps about this shameful buisness.. treat woman with respect not dogs. And when your asked how much maybe you should answer politely instead of ignorant and demanding ugliness because you didn't know answer and get mad.

Love this place. They get you in and out in record time. Prices are much much cheaper than going to a dealership. Being a single female, I love that I can drive through to get all my fluids checked. They showed me where my radiator was. Very helpful.

I asked for a basic oil change. Told them I know last time I got premium, but this time I want the basic. I said it 2 to 3 times. I sat in my car watching. They gave me a basic oil change and charged me for the premium service saying that they provided service that they did not. Then told me price went up from last time ($100). charged me $150. Like seriously. Price gouging. Highly disappointed since I have used them many times in the past.Service: Oil change

Terrible service. Talked to me twice in the whole interaction. Changed my oil without telling me or asking what I needed. Charged 100 dollars for an oil change without asking me a single question. I called before I came and said I just needed an inspection. I changed the oil myself not even 100 miles ago. I figured they were just checking fluids and whatnot. Asking how I would like to pay was the first and almost only words they spoke to me.

Mouthed stupid people when I pulled up. Only I man was nice and he s the one that came in to ask what I was having done after I was told to sit inside they had drivers.

Went and got my oil changed here and they forgot to vacuum the front out . Unless they don't offer that anymore. If so why so high ? I'll probably try that new place out and see how that goes.

I asked for an oil change and the tech yells out full service. They only changed my oil but the paper said they checked wipers and topped off fuid. Lubed doors,vacuumed and a ton more which did not happen. I called to get a quote and the guy said an oil change with full synthetic was over 100. I didn't pay that but still paid way to much . I'd suggest skipping them folks.

I went to go get an oil change and sure it was fast but they spilt oil on my engine bay and they charged $134 for an oil change which is an outrageous price for just an oil change. Safe to say I will never be going there again. This place is a joke when it comes to pricing.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Definitely would not recommend this place! As a young woman I should be able to get my oil changed without being taken advantage of. Charging $100 for an oil change is outrageous! Services and cost were not discussed prior. Next time I ll be going over to AutoXpress for better and more affordable service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

You need a better system for taking care of your customers in the order that they arrived, or at least acknowledge their presence. Three cars were pulled into the bay ahead of me, simply because their lane moved faster. The annoying part, however, was that nobody approached my car even though every other car had been approached and tagged with what they needed. When I finally rolled my window down and voiced my concern, the manager Dwayne?!? was extremely rude and short with me, argued with me on what services I had asked for, threw my paperwork back on the dash and said he didn t have anyone available for inspections now anyway, and then mistakes another lady for me in the waiting room, and briefly argued with her about what services she asked for. When he walked out, she said he was short and rude with her as well in the car line. I know they are busy and everybody has a bad day, but goodness! Don t cause everyone around you to have a bad day as well!

They were quick, friendly, courteous, and professional! They filled my washer fluid, checked all my filters and showed them to me to decide if I wanted to change them or wait, changed my oil, walked me through clearing the alerts on my dash, all in less than 15 minutes!

They tried to make a quick buck off me. I went to get an inspection and they told me my muffler was bad. Went somewhere else for a second opinion, passed the inspection but I couldn't get it officially done since this place originally flagged my vehicle for the muffler. So I have to wait 3 weeks with an expired inspection or go back to them, which I won't be doing. Take your business to a more respectable place.

Very fast and efficient service. The receipt tells you who did what on your Car so if something isn't satisfactory you can let them know. Sometimes they forget to reset the Maintenance light but they're always happy to take care of it when I let them know.

The oil change was good but you do not over torque the filter with the right tools (it needs to be hand tight). When I went to have my oil changed again at another place it took two people and appropriate tools to get the filter off.

Stopped by on a road trip when the plate that a different oil change place didn t tighten properly started dragging on the ground. They were super nice and able to take the plate off right away without charge. Thanks!

Had a misunderstanding a couple weeks ago and the wrong oil was put in my truck, they told me to come back and let them replace the oil with what I want at no charge. Mistakes happen no matter what you do. It's how it's corrected is what matters most!Thanks guysI'll always be a loyal customerDee

Seems to be a very dishonest and unconcerned business. Unfortunately I had to learn about their lack of professionalism and undesirable business practices first hand. I really do wonder how they have a 4.5 rating? More than that I wonder how they are still in business? I've gone to Kwik Kar for a number of years. I always get good work, good service, and a good attitude from everyone I deal with. And it's always quick. Periodically they show me the air filter and maybe the transmission fluid, but never pressure me to buy extra services. We have four different vehicles and they are all serviced by Kwik Kar.

I went in for a oil change only on my receipt it stated that I had gotten an air filter and they check my windshield wipers and a vacuum my car I had gotten a full service check they charge me $50 and I did not get any of that stuff done to my car it was not vacuum they did not check my windshield wipers or anything that was on the list I will not be using Kwik Kar lube any longer I can change the oil myself for a cheaper priceService: Oil change

I have never been here for any business. Today, I was part of a funeral procession that drove by your business: As we drove by, 3 of your employees were standing out front with their hands behind their back showing respect. Took my truck here to get an oil change, after about 20 minutes they come to tell me they can't remove the skid plate because the bolts was too tight. I just bought it, so I can see that. I took it down the street to another shop to see if they could do it, but they tell me 2 of my bolts are rounded out. I call them back and they won't even take a look at it and deny they even did it. Manager said it wasn't his problem. How can they say it was too tight if 2 were rounded? Why wouldn't they have told me that instead?
