Absolutely the rudest man running what is left of the shop, dropped in to have a tube installed in a dirt bike tire ....my own tube by the way, and was told $35 bucksREALLY and he didn't even offer a a reason for the high cost for a 10 min job.It's no wonder the place is going down.The only shop in Brownwood and they can't make it .....please pass them up

I had a minor malfunction and had to stop in on Saturday. House of Wheels didn't have the part that I needed, but they were very helpful in coming up with a work-around to my problem - and I was on the road again quickly and "free of charge". All of the staff took a genuine interest in getting me back on the road, and I am truly grateful.

Bought my first motorcycle here and all the parts I needed when they broke. They helped me understand what it was and how to avoid it next time. Very helpful and caring people here.

I don't recommend this place at all and I paid $1,100 for tires and tuneup and oils changed and only got tires and brakes on the rear,no oil change and no tuneup and air filter that I was charged for

Ride the bike in and they had new tire on and balanced within 2 hours. All is well.
