This company has had my money tie up for weeks. website shows the motor I ordered shipped out. but for three day straight I would message saying .when is motor shipping all they keep doing is wanting my name address phone number. I send my info 3 day in a row still no motor shipped out asked for refund and still waiting. I wouldn't buy anything from this junk yard

I ve done business with this company many times over the but will never use them again. They don t check out the motors and parts they sell, causing the customer to have to pay double sometimes triple labor costs.This is not the first time this has happened to me with this company but it will definitely be the last!

Took in a 2022 Nissan tail gate with a camera. Wanted to give me 25.00 said they don't deal in foreign stuff. There was foreign stuff sitting all over the place. The guy was mad at someone I guess. Really rude. I will never deal here again. What a rip.

Will never deal with this company again. Constant scerw ups and excuses. Do not expect them to call you back. You have better chances dealing with a company off the internet and actually getting what you order.

Have been looking for a dually bedside for some time. Phoned Matt who was very helpful, live in Tucson so had to have part shipped. Part arrived and was in excellent shape, would highly recommend this company and Matt. Glen Cannon

The absolute worst experience with a business. Ordered a complete bumper, only received a bumper cover. Asked to be sent a headlight and turn signal, never even got shipped. The customer service was a disgrace, Matt does not take his job seriously and could not be bothered with correcting the order or correcting the price, you could hear workers giggling in the background. This was for an insurance job and because of the horrible service of this place the job went from an intended 4 days to 10. if there's anything to be said about this business it is that it is completely unprofessional and you shouldn't waste your time or money here.

I purchased an engine for a 2011 Dodge from Jacob S last week and it was shipped within a few days and Jacob kept touch with me the entire time and was wonderful to deal with. I buy a lot of auto parts and if this is an indication of the customer service I can expect I will be returning. Thank you Jacob!!!!!!!

Horrible service. Go elsewhere! I ordered a rear taillight for drivers side of car, even says it on my receipt. They ordered the passenger side, said they would order the right one and call me back. After one day of no call I decided to go to Harolds Auto in Briggs, picked up my light got my inspection. It was worth it to let them steal my money rather than to ever deal with them again! I still have not heard from them. No integrity.

Purchased a transmission, waiting on delivery. Working with Matt to get it as soon as possible. I was concerned about the delay but after talking to him I understand what's going on. Communication really helps during these crazy times. Thank you Matt.

Called yesterday asking about parts for my truck the guy I spoke with was great said they actually just got one in so.today I went in and the gentleman was rude as hell as soon as I started asking about the parts I called on yesterday never once looked in the system to see if they did or.did not have the parts just instantly said no and was rude about it I walked out with a few words said back and forth then he came out the door asking what I was looking for I told him nothing from you for sure. I am going to call back and speak with the gentleman I delta with first and see if that gets me anywhere

Called ahead about a rim and tier set. Was told they had them stock, drove an hour and a half to find out they didn't. This is after sitting for 45min.

their prices beat anybody elses on a rear end for a pickup, and did not require a core exchange on top. ive worked with a few salvage yards in the past that were quite difficult, and these guys over here helped me out a lot. thanks!

Called these guys and spoke with Stacylast week chasing some parts for my GMC Denali so I can ship them back to Australia and he was absolutely brilliant to deal with. I was running late leaving San Antonio heading back to Fort Worth and asked if he could organise for the parts to be left out for me so I could keep on trucking. Not only did he organise everything exactly as he said he would but he went over and above and called me on his personal cell after hours to make sure I had directions to fund them and to see if I needed a hand to load. Big shout out to Stacy. He will look after you. He then called to make sure I knew the best road back to Fort Worth as being an Aussie I had no real clue.I am so glad I tried these guys back again this time as I had called them from Australia a month ago looking for parts and got another chap who was the rudest so and so I had ever spoken with and refused to help me as I was outside of the U.S.A. and I have been shipping parts for 15 years.

Called for about 5 days straight and spoke with a guy named Markus...every time I spoke with him he said I will call you at the end of the day and give you an update on the rack and pinion your wanting and not once Did I ever receive a call back. Guy did not seem very willing to help out nor keep his word!

After 14 days of continuous calling , and speaking to almost everyone in that store about a refund of 106 dollars , Mike , Micheal or Whoever else I talked to they finally admitted to making a mistake , never got a call back they never let me know what was going on and could Not give me cash for some reason even thou all other stores do . I ve worked in places where the same money transaction are made if there s a problem with returning money to their customers they are given cash or store credit yet Hi-Way Auto parts thought it was to complex !! Service is great as long as you re not trying to make things hard for them .

Really awesome place to get parts. I own a mechanic shop 2 hours away and will make the drive to get anything I need. Haven't had a awesome place to get the things I need in a long time

Ordered part for my wife's car paid ahead of time part came in waited an hour to be able to get part then had to go outside to get the part and the gentleman got it for me in 5 minutes need to improve your customer service

Called from San Angelo to find a set of mirrors. That was the rudest customer service I can remember. The guy I was talking too just hung up on me without a word when I commented on the price. You can keep all of your parts. I'll do business elsewhere! Sorry to have bothered your extremely busy day there fella!

The people here are very friendly and the scales are very accurate and I should know since I come out every six months to test them with certified test weights and they always test good.

They want $35.99 for a new aftermarket door handle. 97 GMC Sierra, interior, passenger side. The same exact part at Autozone, Advance, or any other parts store it cost $15.99. Do the math, and as for used parts. They charge the same price for used parts as you can get new anywhere else They must enjoy ripping everyone off. Wake up Brownwood TX!

Paid for my part at 930am and it is now 3pm and im still waiting....worst customer service ever. Do not recommend unless you have all day to wait FOR 1 HEADLIGHT!
