Took sons go cart in 7 months ago, ask for a quote to get it fixed. Needed a motor thats available for $500. I have called 4 times since asking for a quote, each time the owner said he would get it to me. He just called and said i owe him $2380.00! I only paid $1500 for the cart originally. Now i know where all thier vehicles out front are coming from. Avoid this place unless you have a written quote for repairs! My 15 year old son is devastated, thanks alot DA Shop.....

Two week wait before they d even look at a minor issue. Rude customer service - go elsewhere. (Btw - a wait communicated politely wouldn t have been an issue .)

Paid 1400 dollars for repairs and when they delivered it they stated another wire was broken..umm thats what i paid them for. he unloaded told me to buy a jumper wire and left. found starter wire screw stripped out and loose. he stated he fix it however i didnt see it work properly. stripped screw snapped starter connector. had to purchase 150 starter. then drag loader to garage cause he shut it off instead of leaving idle. Done arguing with people. Contacting BBB. Request $600 in returned fees.

I purchased a 1997 hd sportster for $5000 from here. I currently have over $10,000 invested in parts alone. Wrong plug wires and on backwards. Intermediate jet stripped and carb bowl cracked. Tires worn, dry-rotted and mismatched. Brake lever broken. Front brakes worn out of limits. Fork seals leaking. Headlight spotting monkeys. Shift lever ball worn beyond repair. Taillight did not work. Rear shocks blown. Idle cable missing. No mirrors. No turn signals. No highbeam. Frame bent at right-side above rear tire (below seat). That's all I can think of off of the top of my head. I have receipts for proof to any sceptics.Just read response to my original post. Did not realize it was a consignment. Consignments can be a pain, and this one was. The owner, not Da Shop is ultimately responsible. All Da Shop got out of the deal is a percentage of sales. Maybe I'll try a nonconsignment purchase in the future. They do seem to be the only place in town with interesting things for sale. Also, glad they responded to my post. That's rare.

Have a less popular side x side. The only place I found that would work on it. Had it repaired before the estimated delivery date. Could not arrange a trailer to haul it back to the ranch that day, they worked with me in every way that could be imagined to get it back to the ranch. Will be bringing what equipment they can work on here in the future

I ve had numerous small engine repairs done here. They are courteous, competent and have a good turn around time. I will continue to use them.
