Have been waiting on a call back for over a week so I can order a replacement remanufactured transmission. Called again today to speak with my normal salesperson and still haven't received a callback so I can order.

When you call, ask for Austin. These guys work on commission so be careful to get everything right the first time. Steve might do ok, but David is not on premises & won t do more than he has to especially nothing after the sale.!I needed small parts that were missed when I went for my order and David basically told me he won t do it to get them for me. Austin finally sent them on his own. I will buy again but only through Austin.

I just dont know how to rate this place. Of course its unattractive,its a used car parts place. But when you need a part,you're glad they're their and you dont care how it looks as long as you get it. They got my part in record time. I feel price was reasonable But ... buyer beware. Make sure it's what you need and that you need it because they charge a restocking fee that will come to about 65% of the price you paid. On the other hand,the person they get it from for you ain't going to give them back the money and take that near obsolete part back. It's now just going to sit on their shelf. Possible for a billion years as the owners hope and pray someone else breaks their 2006 Cadillac steering wheel and comes in for another.

Would not sell me the part I was looking for. But had a great explanation - used part wouldn't be any better than what I had. Very good point, so they ordered me a new after market part and it will last much longer.

I came in just to ask for a part for my a ford sports trac. The man told me that he does not think that the trucks that they have, still have the part on them but he would take me out to check in a bit. He had to go help a co worker with something. I sat and played games on my phone. He came back in 5 minutes, not long. He then told me that he still doesn't think that they have the part, but I still sat there not knowing if he was still taking me. 20 minutes pass by and he is on his computer. His co worker walked in and got on his computer. 5 more minutes pass and his co worker asked him if he was taking me to go out there and he said he does not think that they have the part. So, I just assumed that I wasn't going to check and I left.

Todd was the most helpful person I have dealt with when using an auto recycler. They pulled the parts and shipped them out of town for me. Great group of people to work with.

They allowed me to unload a vehicle, and they have a selection of vehicles for parts that we with older vehicles May benefit from.
