Had some very important work done here: the trailing arms and transmission mount, I could instantly feel the driving difference. It didn't cost much at all AND they even delivered my car to me at work for no extra fee!! Wonderful place

I called around the 7th and they put me down for the 24th but he said if he could get to it sooner he would. I appreciated that, I got a call 4/5 days later and it was fixed, however they didn t ask me about anything prior to fixing my car.It was just a battery issue and I ended up paying $240. I would have just paid their minimum diagnostic fee of $60 and fixed it myself. They are great but I don t like that they picked the most expensive battery without telling me what was wrong with my car first.So I took a star off for that. Other than that I enjoyed their service.

Chris and Clint Miller are very nice honest people who run a great place. They were fair and conscientious, made sure we were happy and ready to go. The garage is busy but I highly recommend them.

So thankful for CC automotive! We were passing through Brownwood from New Mexico and our Jeep started having trouble. We called and they didn t have any availability until April 7th...once we told them we didn t have a way of getting back home they squeezed us in. Great work and honest price! Our Jeep is running great now. Thank you, CC!

Outstanding expertise coupled with excellent customer service!! Had a very disappointing and expensive repair quote from the dealership. C&C completed their own assessment, and presented a better quality (in my opinion) repair option at a significantly reduced (and fair) expense. This is my first time using a Brownwood automotive shop other than the dealer since I live out of town, but I have found what I believe to be the best shop, and plan to use them for all future automotive needs when I need automotive care in Brownwood!

After being ripped off by several mechanics in Brownwood/Early, a friend recommended C&C. BMW, Nissan, Chevy, Mazda...I've never owned anything they haven't been able to fix right the first time. An honest reasonable mechanic is NOT easy to find. So, 7 years later....I still bring my vehicles here despite the 2.5 hour trip.

They SCAM you. They told us it would be $65 FLAT RATE to see what was wrong with our truck. We said ok awesome! Get a call this morning and they tell us it was going to be $194?!?!? The lie and cheat you to get business.

These guys remind me of the "Little Train That Thought It Could ". But really could'nt. If it is 106 degrees outside,and you really need your car's A/C fixed.Do Not bring your car here.If you cant fix something,don't say you can and hold someones car for three days before telling you to take it elewhere.
