Took a long time to do the oil change and was told they would send a text when picking up, I was not notified at all.. car started leaking oil after getting the oil change, plus they don t pick up the phone.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Li was very surprised by the honest service I received. I needed a tire rotation I called first thing and they gave me a same day appt. The maintenance man assessed my tires provided the requested service and afterwards informed me of the upcoming maintenance I would need without pressuring me to make another appt with them or to buy their products. I will be using them again for my tire and oil change needs. Not to mention the prices were very reasonable.

I stopped by to schedule tire rotation for my truck. While here, I changed the oil to my truck also. The wait was not long.

Went in first thing Saturday morning to get a new battery installed. Told the worker that I had to jump start my car to get there and then I was told I had to make an appointment. Their earliest available appointment was at 11am so I took it. I got there on time and then was told that they could not install my battery there because of the battery location and it was "to time consuming"...seriously...."time consuming"... yet 3 other automotive workers were just sitting around in a little group chatting away.

Came in early morning told me wait time around 2 hours... waited the 2 hours just to tell me they didnt had my piece to drain out the oil on my 07 Jetta.. they just said they couldnt find the piece and couldnt check ahead of time or call me because they where busy. Not coming back again.

I don't understand the concept of their tire warranty. Plus I knew my tire had a puncture and they insisted that there was nothing wrong with.... this was the walmart on ruben torres

If you want to wait 2 hours for an oil change, this is the place to go. Three people are in the garage but only one does one thing on a car and walks away. Comes back in 5 minutes, does something to the car again then leaves again. The other two go in and out of the garage every 30-45 minutes. Sometimes they look at a car, like if they are really wanting to do something to it, but change there mind, and walk back out of the garage. If there was a way to give negative stars, this experience would definitley get it. Not the best way to spend your weekend.

I normally get the oil changes here and normally wait about 1.5 hours, but today was really bad, 4 hours. And yes some guys are working and others are standing around. And the cashier gets over loaded with customers inside. I think it's poor management too.

The oil change was quick. Only took about an hour. But they said the would clean the windows and vacuum and they didn't.

3 and a half hour wait for simple oil change and they even got the specific oil I asked for wrong ...SMH should've just done job myself . Live and learn I guess

I get my oil changed here regularly. If you call ahead they'll let you know whether they have a wait or not.

All I wanted was a sun shade for the windshield. However, there was no 1 piece collapsible option. Who wants to deal with two separate folding pieces???

I don't understand why it took two hours to get a oil change here , I could see four guys in the shop but only one working .

These guys are scamming the customer. You pay for your to get oil changed and get inspected and they don't .

Went there with 2 tires that keep losing air they said nothing was wrong with them but suggested that we buy new ones so left and went to a local tire place they found a nail in each one of the tires enough said
