Don t bother with this place, bought a Stihl Farm Boss chainsaw from them. Started it and 2 minutes after it was started caught on fire. Sales rep told me it was user error (my fault) and to contact corporate Stihl and that they could not help.

Very helpful, if they don't have what you need in stock they will order it if it's available. They are able to help with old machinery that may be obsolete.

I called multiple times nobody pick up the phone and when they do they put you on hold for long periods of time over 20 minutes

Slow service at check out, rude customer service. You all need to train your staff right, to be efficient and polite and a bit quicker to provide fast reliable service. That's how u gain customers that will keep coming back....

Talk about bad customer service. I was heading home when I decided to stop by and ask about a washer and pin for a shredder wheel. I go inside and I asked the employee if they sold them. Guy was very rude and seemed bothered by my question. Started going off on that I needed to know the size and they are all different. No ______ Sherlock. I just wanted to see if they had a section in store or i was going to have to order them online. I said I know they are different but do they have them here and again he goes off about how I need to know the size. Again, I just want to know if you have them here and he just tells me to look for them because he only does parts. What a ______.Well I walked out and headed to a competitor. At least I know I'm going to get it cheaper and I sure as heck am not going to get the attitude.

Getting things fixed here is a rough experience. I'm usually in here allot dude to heavy usage of my equipment and everytine i have gotten my equipment back bolts and screws are missing and when I ask about them they automatically throw it on me. They make small things a difficult process i can go on but i simply cannot for there is to much to say. The store is stocked and the gentleman at the service desk are very helpful and are quick to help. But the service department where they fix the equipment can really be better and better supervised. Over all for small everyday things oil and parts to take home this is a good place but not to get your equipment fixed.

Too bad zero stars isn't available to give. Called to see if they sell 12" auger bit for skid steer auger attachment. They come in hex drive or round drive shaft, and there's an adapter to make either one fit any drive. Other than that they are as interchangable as air in a tire. They had absolutely no clue what I was talking about. They were so hung up on what make and model they couldn't even figure out if they have any. Maybe Tellus needs a training program instead of employees playing around on their phones all say. Learn about what you're selling. I really miss the days when the counter person knew everything from field cultivators to combines.
