Rick s Auto Service also services tractor trailers and trailers as well. We use Rick s for our maintenance and repairs as needed on our tractor trailers. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They do quality work. I recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any type of work or inspection on any type of vehicle.

Rick and his team are the best dam mechanics ive came across and very knowledgeable and honest.. i had a mysterious wiring problem on my 6.7L ford f250 it had been going on for 7 months or so and let me throw this out there i went to 5 different diesel shops in neveda and temple tx and they couldnt find the problem not even 30 mins ricky found the problem and was solved in 1 hr. im absolutely blown away with ricky and his team

Rick and his techs are awesome!! We came in on a Saturday without an appointment for a brake issue. Because we were traveling (I didn t expect it), but he took us in and repaired the problem within an hour. Best mechanic I ve encountered my whole life. You don t have to worry about getting scammed or ripped off. Very honest and hard working man. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is having car issues. I m glad I ve finally found a good mechanic I can trust.

Rick and his shop is a life saver! We were in SPI for vacation when our truck started the dreaded Service Def System. 5mph in 150 miles countdown. We were 570 miles from home and would ve been left stranded. Rick got us fixed up and back on the road the same day - and at an incredibly reasonable price. I cannot speak highly enough about Rick! If it wasn t for him our vacation would ve been completely shot and we would ve struggled to figure out a way home.

I took my car to get some Freon. And the mechanic told me it needed to be flushed and I agreed and OMG! the a/c is blowing super cold and it only took 20 mins. They were very professional and super nice.

Over charged, stated they needed to remove soooo many parts to get to what they needed to repair, then same part broke about a month later and when they checked it they said it was something else so they could over charge again

I went to 3 other mechanics who couldn't pinpoint the issue my car was having. Rick was able to locate and find a solution to the problem in minutes without the need to replace the expensive part that is only available at the dealer! Thus, helping me save money from expensive dealer parts! He is honest and friendly and so is his crew. He also explains everything in detail so you know exactly what is going on with your vehicle. Hands down the best in the business!

Great place!! Had a fuel pump issue, they tracked down my problem, keeping me informed the whole time. The shop was clean and mechanics were very professional and polite. Rick, the owner, has a great sense of humor and very personable! I highly recommend them! Thanks guys!!!

I only wish I lived in Brownsville to have all of my vehicles serviced here. Superb service!! I can't say enough good things. Great value. It's like having a best friend that's a mechanic.

We have known Rick for decades. He is a reliable and honest mechanic. Located on E. Boca Chica : about 2 miles from the airport turn left on 511. It is about 1/2 mile on left.

Great shop to get repairs done ,quality honest work done with no worries..been here several times and no complaints..Rick ,the owner is very easy to work with and will explain things easy..been happy with his work and keeps me coming back whenever something goes wrong.
