They are a joke my don t take your car there they are just stealing from people and when you get your car back it comes out worst than when you took it

Do not do business with these people ! Three times they had to get my alternator working and failed. Last conversation with them,they said they needed the car to fix. I bought a rebuilt from the parts store and installed. Works fine,so wasn't the car,there mechanic is an insult to the trade.

Only one person speaks eagles. They told me I need a new starter, so I told them OK. When it came in, it was a rebuilt starter. They told me same thing as new. I brought it back 3 time's because it would work one time and break . I told them I wouldn't a new replacement starter. They said that they could not do that. Came back the next day and picked it up. This time the starter would drag, not turn fast. I took it back again. This time they said that this is the last time they would fix it I still had one month left on the 90 day warranty. I told them that I would tell my friends, the news channels and the Chamber. They fixed it one more time and is now working great. You decide what rating thy should get.

Worst place one can go for electrical problems. took my car in because it would not start. after 5 day of working on it they did make the truck start but the A/C, lights, lock and window were not working after they work on it and their explanation was that i had only said it would not start. $250.00 dollars and the rest of the truck did not work. I took it to another place and were able to fix all the problems and said that the job that was made before was not original to the truck and had to be redone to original parts worst electrical place ever.

Took car in to replace computer with they did but they disconnected my alarm , part of it was hanging and wires cut. There mech lied and said it was already like that, they are dishonest don't trust them. I think I was over charged $430 to get car running again.

DO NOT !!! take your vehicle s alternator for repair to this business. I took my vehicle alternator about 6 months ago and I paid the price. My vehicle alternator stopped working during a family vacation and was left stranded on the road. I took the alternator to other shop and was inform no work was done on it.

I am a FRENCH Canadian on a trip and not knowing where to go for an alternator repair I took the BIG RISK to go there ....First they almost not speak english . They dont allowed me to check them during the job but I could realized they are incompetent by there answers and hesitations . They ask me how many amps was producing my alternator before to check it : they are the specialists ?????? It is not needed to test and repair an alternator .They did not have the tool needed to test the regulator : an essential tool .They offered me to replace the REGULATOR for $ 150 vs $25 on Amazon . They were more interested to sell me a new alternator instead to repair it : their price $728 vs $248 on Amazon . Their shop is a junk and a mess .At the end I left them giving them $50 for an open alternator not repaired ! I had the pleasure to met thieves and to speak about they are !

TOTAL SCAM!!.. BEWARE!! I took a starter that was broken and already taken apart in 2 pieces.. I went to check to see if they had or could get me another one and they said I would need to leave it so they could check to see if they had one.. TheyCalled me with a quote for $275.(diesel engine) ...when I said no and went to pick up they said I would have to pay $20 to get my broken one back.. And when I refused they called the police on me.. SERIOUSLY!. when the cops came we settled on $5..was never told up front I had to pay for them to check anything.. IT WAS ALREADY BROKEN AND TAKEN APART!.. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY!

Took my car here and it come out making noises and in worse condition then when it came in. Took it to another place and they sad that mires were in the wrong location, this causing electrical damage to my battery. Trust the low rating of this place.

Horrible customer service, didn t care about what I needed and gave me a ridiculous price too order all the new parts they were going too need for my alternator, Took it too Europeans a couple buildings down instead and they had it read in less than 30 minutes for a quarter of the price

Wrost experience calling to see options i had to get my car's alternator replace had already had my car checked out by my brother in law and personnel mech. already advised me what it was this place is no good have no idea why still in business.
