This was a good experience definitely lacking in stress, delays and misinformation. The total experience was splendid and Sam and rest of the staff were highly professional and cordial. Their professionalism and kindness made the absolute difference between buying or not buying. Service after the purchase has been extraordinary.

I don t know this guy s position in the establishment, but JONATHAN with blue eyes is the worst car salesman I have ever worked with. I ve been through countless vehicles in different dealerships and this one is even worse than Charlie Clark Nissan. This guy gave me the worst options I have ever heard of. According to him, I could only 1. pass my vehicle to another person, or 2. purchase one of his new vehicles. I was in looking for a 3 row SUV to accommodate my growing family. He obviously didn t want to sell me the vehicle I wanted because it was flat out worth the same as my trade in. Didn t even bother to run numbers or contact banks. Well, came home and made some calls and am now on my way to Houston to make a deal on a vehicle. I d say just don t visit this place if all the employees work like Jonathan.

Brownsville Honda is the best in the RGV!!! Sales Sam Vera the best!!! Jesus from Service super nice young man!! And Hermilo from finance seals the deal with a smile!!!I had decided to never buy a Honda or go to another Honda dealership in the RGV!! I had frustratingly dealt with two other RGV Honda dealerships back to back. This is probably the worst dealership I have worked with. They are willing to tell you what you want to hear to make a sell traded my wife s car weeks ago and they still haven t payed off the trade in vehicle and now it s affecting our credit .. never shopping here again !!!!!!! I won t give them any star ratings

PLEASE BE AWARE!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM HERE!!! I bought my first car ever from here two months ago it is a used Chevy Malibu 2021 with only 63,000-64,000 miles, but about two weeks ago it turned off on me out of nowhere, finally I was able to take it to the Chevy dealership where they diagnosed and fixed it, it turns out that it was just the fuel pump control module that shorted out. I really hope that was the only problem with it. Anyway, when I bought this vehicle I was NOT told that there were any problems with it, and I m pretty sure they did not even properly inspect it/made sure that it was a good running vehicle!! I m so disappointed because yes i understand it s used but as a first time buyer I wouldn t expect my first vehicle to break down after only two months smh!! So no I don t recommend buying from here unless you know what questions to ask and are knowledgeable on vehicles otherwise they ll probably screw you over like me.

Review Edit: We had to take the car for service because the check engine light came on. Turns out the Catalytic converter had been replaced and Honda service is not required to notate. 25k miles (at purchase) and all manufacturers warranty has been voided because its not the original part. Less than 5k miles that we've added since April and Honda feels that it was not in their scope of duty to advise me or notate in service records. The welding on the aftermarket catalytic converter is so bad, it had to be noticeable during a used car inspection. PSA - Do not purchase used vehicles here.Previous Review: Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle for my Mom. Adrian and Brian were able to bring the car to her and worked quickly with our bank to get her setup. Adrian went above and beyond to make sure my Mom was taken care of.

Autozone in Kyle, Texas told me I needed an alternator. Brownsville Honda told me I just needed a battery. They could have very easily sold me an alternator too. I appreciate their honesty

Online price says 42k and when got to dealership it was priced at 52k. Asked why and said it's an error. 2 weeks later no change on online price. I asked to speak with manager and he never came to speak with me. Click bait here. False advertising here. Don't waste your time here
