Great place, you just have to be there as soon as they open cause they get plenty of costumers, you want be the first one in and the first one out be there at 8am

Went to get my vehicle alignment early in the morning. I was second in line but they did not take long, I waited maybe any hour . FYI they prefer cash but do take cards. The young man was informative. Will definitely use these guys again.

Don't bring you're vehicle here unless you're whole family has life insuranceThey changed a wheel bearing and didn't install the strut back properly it was very loose and the whole wheel was about to slip out in the middle of the highway and caused more damage to the speed/abs/traction control sensor that costed me more money to repair in a different shop the mother of my kids tried taking it back while I was working and they told her those are electrical problems they don't fix and to take it somewhere else but it was messed up because of the poor installation that they did and they didn't want to take responsibilityThey can probably do an alignment but anything bigger than that I wouldn't risk my life in taking them another vehicle to work onThe picture shows the strut in the air when it should of been sitting on the blue line I highlighted in the bottom I had to drive all the way to McAllen to tighten it up so the car can be somewhat a little more saferServices: Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment

Stopped by and I wasn't acknowledged. I arrived at the same time as a gentleman. A man greeted him and asked him what he could help him with. He completely ignored me and did not acknowledge me or ask what I needed help with. I stood there for a while then left. Maybe it's because I am a female...not sure.

I called them to know what time they closed I was told at 3 pm. I show up at 2:15 and the owner said he was closed and I told him I m the person who just called. I just needed an alignment. I understand some shops get packed but His response was Yo soy el jefe aqu� y por mis huevos no te voy atender asi que te vas. I don t understand why he was so angry and disrespectful and he proceeded to tell me No necesito tu negocio gracias a dios me va bien. I m glad he gets clients but this is no way to treat a new client. I reminded him he had to be humble and there are ways to talk to people. Hopefully he changes his ways and appreciates new business/clients. This was the shop on Paredes and the Owners name was Gerardo M.

They work fast and honestly.They pointed out an underlying problem and gave me the option to fix it or get the alignment done or both. Most places won't perform an alignment without having you fix the related problem first.

Have been going to this business for a long time very good mechanics went for front alignment on my truck to tipton ford they wanted to charge me 900 hundred dollars for parts my truck didn't need went to automotriz and the walked me under my truck to show me that my truck didn't need what the dealership told me saved alot of money thanks to automotriz

Great service and the guys are super knowledgeable. Had front end alignment done for only $20+ tax. Get there early though, they are very popular.

At $20 it's a Great price for computerized alignment. Other shops charge $35 for manual alignment. The price only includes toe in and out. Does not include caster nor camber

Horrible service. 3 hours and they couldnt give me an answer they made me spend 300 dollars and problem didnt go away. We trust this people to provide what they in service for and they just guessed on my car it was the shock. Guess what, it wasnt the shocks well sorry for your loss ma'am. Please dont take your car to this place!

I waited an hour and a half. It was worth it. It is a very busy place. Inspected my car told me exactly what was wrong with it. And I will return for them to complete the job.

I brought my 2007 sienna to get a tune up, I had no check engine on and when I left I had check engine light on. When I confronted the owner of problem he said there nothing he can do. Do not bring your vehicle here
