Amazing service, staff was friendly and ready to assist me with my issue. Firestone in Edinburg put me on a bind by ridiculously over torquing two of my lug bolts on two of my tires. Staff member was determined to remove the lug bolt which was extremely striped. Both lug bolts were removed.

Used to be ok neighborhood shop, with helpful people. I used to recommend them all the time to family and friends. Now service quality has taken a hard hit, VERY money hungry. They used the C19 pandemic as an excuse to sell me a $160 SLICKED out tire set (they had me wait in my car) once I was home I noticed, immediately went back an they gave me a hard time to replace what THEY had given me as damaged, stating it might have been my fault on my 2mile drive back home. Very disappointed.

******BEWARE*****This people are hunger for money.I brought 2 used tires 22" the man said the tires were good.When I got home I saw the tire were cracked on the sides and they only put 25 airso I wouldn't see when the tires open on the sides.I went back and told him. He said they didn't have any warranty.They didn't want to give me my money. So I send $100.00 put the tires on and go home and I take tire back.
