Oh, this place is great. There Alot of rollback and 18-wheelers come here. I've been coming here for years! Never fails! I like how they go to you where ever your at to show you that the oil was old and when they show you dipstick that oil is fresh. Clean waiting room with pool table. Has restrooms . Shop very clean. And employees really care about taking care of your vehicle. They show you where they grease everything. Just come here. Why look any further

One of the best service out there . Had my brother pulled in for a oil change and an alignment . End up fixing my trailer lights them folks were very professional , fast , and affordable Now we re able to save fuel from the straight alignments and new oils ..For sure we coming back , and I am referring once again .Chris and Charles was our servicemen , thank you guys !

I used to love coming to this place, until I had an issue w the wrong filter on my 2017 Volvo VNL w Detroit 13 engine. Last time in shop they put the wrong filters on, driver got down the road out of Texas and the filters started leaking. Unfortubately the only place to change them was Freightliner, service Mgr at freightliner stated they were the wrong filters when they cross referenced them with calling volvo. It cost us $600 to fix the issue, once fixed the truck ran better and no more oil leaking out of the filters. Spoke to Mike the manager he was nice originally he stated he would put it through his insurance and they would take care of it and to expect a call in a couples days. Never heard from Their insurance and when I called the Manager mike back he denied the claim and said those were the right filters. Freightliner and volvo says differently and the paperwork has it stated on there.I won't be taking my business back here anymore.I have several pictures of the issue and they still denied the claim.

Two guys. One of them did not even know how to drain fuel filter on a Volvo vnl. They suppose to use fleet guard filters, they did not have them all so they mix use other brand. They did not even told us. Total of $477 for a pm service. We all know how they grease the chassis i will never use lube zone ever again. Lube zone and speedco is a big joke. Get your oil and filters and go to a regular mechanic shop if you can t change it by yourself.

I went in this Sunday and was greeted by AJ and Norma. The best service I ve ever had. The whole crew was fast professional and proficient. Norma helped me out with picking the right products for my truck and I was happy with the fairness of the price. All of my experiences with the Lubezone located in Brookshire, Tx has been nothing short of excellent and professionalism. I must admit that they are a little pricey on the services but I will continue to take my business there . The management and service team are courteous and knowledgeable of the products and services. Thanks for all that you do , THR RAYONE TRANSPORTATION TEAM

Fair pricing, fast service. They also offer mechanic sbrakes wheel seals. Air brake chambers, alignments, AC service, and more. With a very low labor rate.And competitive pricing on parts. They also have a Customer loyalty program with cash instead of points.Also a referral system.

CLEANEST Lube Pit I've seen in my life! Awesome service doesn't stop there! Alex was Awesome, took the time to tell me what was going on with my vehicle while he was servicing it! Very Professional, helpful n curtious! James is extremely knowledgeable and willing to share his Experience! Looking forward to doing my next service with these guys!

Great shop, very clean, but best of all is the "can do" attitude of the people that work here. I brought my diesel pusher RV (Cummins ISL 400) here for a routine lube and fuel filter change, and we ran into some trouble. One fuel filter was easy, but on the second one, whoever previously installed it had way over-tightened it! So the guys at BLine had a very tough job removing it.At multiple points in this process it would have been possible for them to say "ah, forget this, you need to get this RV towed to a mechanic to fix it" - but they did not quit and tried several techniques to remove the old filter until finally they succeeded. I will give all my future business to this shop and recommend them to others.

I m a loyal customer here for the last past ten years,but every time i come here it s getting worse !!!!! I have been here almost two hours and waiting to get my oil change !!! This will be my last time here !!!! No good service!!!

Aj, ozzy, korey, jay, took care of my truck as it was there own. Got me in and out within minutes. Fast clean services. Lady at the front was respectful and had a smile on her face made me cheer up. They deserve a raise for the great job they did and excelente comunicaci�n would definitely be back. Hope to see the same people again :) p.s. only 4 stars just because the inside was boring need cable or wifi access.

They have done the maintenance on my truck from day one.My last oil change they forgot to put my oil fill cap back on. I made it all the way back to 290 and 99 and was out on a wreck when the officer saw oil under my truck we popped the hood and saw the oil cap missing. So he would not let me load the vehicle I was loading.I drove back and the shop guys put another cap on my truck and told me to call the manager on Monday.I called him and explained what happened and he told me my next oil change was on them.Well I have had a small oil drip and brought it in to them today for my oil change and found out they put wrong oil cap on and it has been leaking. He had to order the new cap saying it will be in Monday.When oil change was done and I went in I was hit with full price on my oil change. The manager said he didn t tell me he would give me next oil change and that he will give me discount on my next oil change.I will be back to get my new oil cap then I will be taking my truck to another place to get my maintenance done from now on.I have to honor my word in my buisness and I expect others to do the same.So between the accident I was not able to load and the oil change this company cost me $1,000.00Yeah I am not happy with them at all.I guess because you made me have to drop the car I was loading because your guys did not put my oil cap back on and you did not live up to your agreement I was told then when I come back in to get my new oil cap I will give you my tow bill for the 625.00 that you cost me and you can pay me.Service: Oil change

Talk to a couple people here one was the manager Chris this place is very clean. And everybody is super polite they actually act like they liked their job. Chris the manager and his crew seemed very professional. I would recommend it to anybody instead of waiting in line at the TA. Is love's accestra

We have been in business with this B Line location for many years now. They always have great customer service and low reasonable prices. Never had a serious issue with them, they are understanding and reasonable. Our trucks hardly have any issues for its maintenance and they always do an excellent job. Highly recommend to any trucker.

Very expensive service please go to McCarty if you are in Houston this shop will steal your money, Only had and oil change and it cost me 529.00. Wanted to change the air filters but they are 109.00 a piece. I was told by the arrogant manager . We are not a parts shop. Yep you re right you are a price gouging shop. Please save your money and go somewhere else folks not worth it. They are a joke

For big truck P.M., this place does a good job. They treat their customers well, don't drag the work out and have a clean shop.Today is my second time here in about as many months and I see some of the same technicians..a good sign when a biz retains their line workers.

Excellent spot! Unlike Speedco, I was greeted within minutes drove into bay, the woman Taylor came up and asked me what service I wanted. She was very informative and extremely polite. So were all the guys in the shop. This place right here is good old fashion service!!! Very rare to get service like this still. If I had more thumbs I give them more than 2 thumbs up! price was also not bad for full service on a Cat C-15. Thank you for your guys service.

$650 dollar oil and filter change. This lady was a crook. Didn t listen to anything I said. She was rude and over charged me compared to my first visit. I never asked to have the cabin air filter changed either and it was done. Older lady with salt and pepper hair. No smile and rude as ever. Even when I handed her my CC for her over priced service. I ll just drive to Mc Carty next time.

I've been coming here for years but I just can't afford it anymore. I used to get synthetic blend oil with fleet guard filters a gallon of Lucas and air filter for $480. This time I got the cheapest oil with cheap filters (no air filter) for $466. It's crazy. What's funny is that I ask before doing PM and I was told it was going to be around $380 which sounds ok ish for basically the cheapest service. But $480!!! I even show them my old receipts to compare. It's just too expensive and I get it the inflation and stuff but wether there is a good reason or not I just can't afford it.

Great Service and affordable pricing. They are located within walking distance of McDonald's and there is also a laundry room and a sit down restaurant within walking distance. Just be aware that you'll need to have your rig serviced first because it doesn't take long at all. Normal service time is 30min! And that's full service!. They have showers on the premises as well as a place to sit back and kick your feet up.

I just went to B-Line for the first time this week to get an oil change on my diesel RV. I thought they were exceptional. Their customer service was very friendly, and when they were done they thoroughly explained all the work that was completed. It also appears that they keep a log of every detail of work done in their computer, so you will always have a thorough service record with them. I will definitely return.
