After replacing my car's steering rack, I needed to get an alignment so I wouldn't ruin my tires. Can't rely on an eyeball!Went to Hugo's after seeing most other shops were packed, and they worked fast! Barely any time had passed and I was already back on the road. Everyone was super friendly and it's clear they do a great job no matter what type of service.

Great shop, they did a full engine swap on my 6.7 Powerstroke Diesel, no problems. I also have them do my oil changes regularly along with any other maintenance. I highly recommend this shop for quality work at affordable prices.

Had the timing belt and alternator "repaired" in September as soon as I pick the car up it was shaking intermittently. If I wasn't driving through and had time to dispute I would have made them correct the problem. During the repair process we were told 2-3 different statuses of the vehicle. It ended up costing us 1400 (roughly) plus two additional days in a hotel almost three just "waiting" on parts. On the third day we had to wait in shop just to ensure the work was being completed. We were told in person we had a national warranty. Fast forward to now almost December the car can barely continue running. We called to get the warranty paperwork on the vehicle 3 times. The first time Hugo stated he would gladly email the paperwork. The second we were told by another office worker that he had pulled our information and we had the year warranty to bring it in. As soon as it was mentioned we couldn't return to that location (being across the country) he suddenly had to talk with his boss before releasing the paperwork. Fed up I called Hugo directly and he claims the system was down for weeks prior and he couldn't send me the paperwork.

Thank you so much to Hugo. I locked my keys in the car. I was desperately trying to find someone to come and help get the car open, I came across Hugo Auto. Hugo personally came out of his way and drove to where I was at to get my vehicle open. He was very kind and so helpful. I m so thankful to have found their auto shop.

I took my car for repair on 01/08/24. To replace power steering pump and other parts that it needed. The service came with a wheel alignment. So when I got my car that day it was running fine, went to work at night, so leaving the job site at 2:00am that night my car lit up on the dashboard, couldn t drive my serpentine belt came apart. They installed wrong I had to call towing company to take me home . Then the wheel alignment went off this Monday 1/22/24 going to the doctor I couldn t control my car, had to stop & google wheel alignment near by to get it fix. So at the end of this I waste money on towing & wheels alignment. He didn t excuse himself for the situation I went through. Not going there anymore.

Excellent service! Hugo always offers the best prices. They are able to get our car repairs done super fast and it s quality work. It s so hard to find an honest shop and he will take pictures and video of what is wrong so you can see it, rather than just hope they are honest. I ve never been to a mechanic that is this professional and their waiting area is comfortable and clean!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I needed a front and rear brake job done and valve cover gaskets replaced on an older SUV. Before bringing it to Hugo, I was told by a different auto franchise that my vehicle needed thousands of dollars of work to repair an oil leak. Hugo diagnosed the vehicle, determined the leak to be coming from the valve covers, replaced the gaskets, threw on a set of pads and rotors, and saved me thousands of dollars. Hugo is a down to earth, honest, and hardworking guy who is willing to work for a reasonable wage - these are very rare traits in mechanics these days. If you want excellent work done in a straightforward, honest, and non-runaround kind of way - take your vehicle to Hugo. Hugo and David were great I was a walk in and they got me out within 2 hours I can t even express the extent of my gratitudeI was in and out in time to pick up my children and that was something I didn t even express to them in the beginning I was able to get in and out definitely recommend I am a lifetime customer

My minivan had the battery light on and the radio was acting up. I called Hugo's Auto and they quoted a competitively price to change the alternator. They were able to work on my car that afternoon and it was ready before they closed. I am very happy with the work, the van is acting normal again, and the price was right. You can tell this shop knows a lot about cars and they care. I will definitely bring my van back should anything else come up - and you should too!

The best service of auto repair!! I came for brakes issue and Hugo's team told me about other issues that were going to affect my vehicle soon. They are so honest and make their job so much better. To start off with, Hugo was able to replace my rear suspension system and replace a CV axle for less than half the price the dealership was asking to replace only my rear suspension system. Hugo saved me a couple hundred. On top of that Hugo was extremely professional and a joy to chat with while waiting on repairs, he was very knowledgeable on his craft and was more than happy to answer my questions and even taught me a couple new things about how my car works. Overall, I would definitely suggest you go to Hugo if you need quality service at a price that won t break the bank. (Thank you so much, Hugo!! I started using Hugo Auto about 1.5 years ago. In that timeframe, he's made close to $11,000 from repairing my family's vehicles, not including many referrals. We have had to take them back to the shop (2-4 times) after high dollar repairs were made on the vehicles. I felt confident in the brake replacements and oil changes, but repairing steering, rack and pinion, power steering and motor replacements proved a challenge for this shop. I had confidence because he works on Brookshire PD vehicles BUT it did not pan out for us! Seeking a reputable and knowledgeable auto repair shop.

Had Hugo s repair my control arm on my passenger side it needed some welding and they said it would be good to go needles to say it wasn t good the part wasn t even close to welded correctly and it broke less than 48 hrs later and I wrecked my vehicle. Jeff was the mechanic and even let me know the welder for the shop was on vacation. Over all not happy with results and I had to pay for their mistake.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My SUV stopped at a gas station. After calling a tow truck to give me a jump, I started looking around for a place to get a new battery. It was already past 6pm, but I knew if I turned it off I would not be able to restart it. After a Google search I came across Hugo Auto. I called and Hugo was the best!! He agreed to replace my battery, and came to me to get it done. Not only did he show up on time, but he was not troubled by my million and one questions. He answered every one with a smile and replaced my battery lickety split. It cost me a fraction of what the dealership wanted to charge me. If you are looking for excellent service at a fair price you can t lose with Hugo Auto!!!!Service: Battery

I highly recommend Hugo. I have used him for multiple repairs, he has done the brakes and rotors on my Mercedes GL350, and replaced a head and lifters on a 3.0 Mercruiser on an older boat. I came here for a simple oil changed on a 2008 honda crv. I called prior for a quote and was told that it was 50 dollars after the oil changed it ended up being 55 plus if you use your card they charge you a fee so my total was close to 60 dollars(which I paid since the work was done) but I'm assuming they used my seat as a place holder to leave the used filter and didn't clean it so when I went to work some of my coworkers told me I had sat on used oil. When I went to check there was used oil on my seat. I have attempted to remove the oil from my pants and now they are ruined. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I'll just drive and go to my usual Mechanic who does my oil for 35 dollars even if it is a longer drive.

It cost 1,200 to fix my expedition cheaper than 1800 from another place so far so good no problems yet. They're good
