Would highly recommend as the customer service was top notch. They were very responsive and knew how to operate a tow truck. I have had a few different companies drop a vechile of mine off of the flat bed loading or unloading it but I did not have to worry about that with Gregory's. Would definitely call again in the future for help with a vechile issue.

This company was awful!! Very unprofessional!! They overcharged ! I will be disputing!! They would not give me there credentials ! They could not explain any of the charges!! They did not take care of my loaded trailer!! I will be contacting the state of Texas and FMCSA

Had a blowout & then the spare blew out as well. I called all around for a tow & nobody was available but Gregory's Towing. Randy came within 15 mins. He was so sweet & professional. First off, the lady who cashed us out did not have good customer service. My dad's truck was stolen and found not far from the Brookshire police department. Then it was taken to their lot, not even a mile away. It sat in their lot for less than an hour and charged us $254.03 to get the truck back. I really think that is the most ridiculous pricing and for us to HAVE to pay for what a disrespectful human being did to us.

Gregory and Clayton came to our rescue as our RV needed service and a possible tow. Clayton was so knowledgeable about our diesel RV we were able to get it started again. This Team was responsive and extremely quick to come to our aide and service our RV. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. And thank y all from the bottom of our hearts for saving the day!

I had a tire blow out on Interstate 10 on Memorial Day. While on the shoulder and cars rocketing by, I found Gregory s towing and gave them a call.They were calm, said they would dispatch a truck and help me out. Within a short bit, less than 15 minutes, one of their trucks pulled in front of me. Sent me to the cab of his truck and had my car up on the flatbed in less than 3 minutes.We pulled off I-10, and Clayton changed the tire, put air in the spare, and told me where I could get a new tire today on the holiday.I was on my way in less than 20 minutes, start to finish. Clayton was professional, calm, extremely helpful and just what I needed! And reasonably priced for an emergency on a holiday.Thank you guys so much!Service: Tire change

This is a late post but I absolutely had to make sure that I posted my experience with Gregory s Towing. My husband was involved in a car accident and Gregory s towed our vehicle. David was the tower of our vehicle and another guy from Gregory s towed the other parties vehicle. Both guys were really nice. I hear lots of horror stories about towing companies and their drivers but this experience did not disappoint. David was so kind in such a stressful situation. He was patient and waited for me in a separate parking lot for me to get all my belongings out. He was very professional and just down right kind to me I am most appreciative of his kindness and would refer Gregory s over and over.

I usually don t do this but the service here was that good. Chasity was very nice and inquisitive, which made me feel safe and special, also my vehicle was very well taken care of well while in their possession. Thanks guys.

Robert was fast when my trucks drive shaft broke. He got there just before sheriff came and forced a more expensive tow to move truck! He was very polite and professional. Because all the shops were closed he allowed my truck and trailer to stay at his yard until the morning! He also gave me a ride to the hotel so I didn t have to wait for Uber! Thank you Robert and the Gregory Towing Team

Last Saturday, our truck flipped over, thank God no o e got hurt , Gregory s Towing were called for help . They did an amazing job with everything, I would like to thank this people for helping and understanding about the amount of money that needed to be paid. This people went an extra mile without even knowing me , I thankful that God always takes care of his kids no matter what , God answers prayers and uses who you least expect, that s Gods mercy and miracles. God bless this company and the people that work here !. Might God multiple a million times what y all did for me and will always need y all in my prayers, because what y all did for me , God will pay you in many blessings and your eyes will see it . Believe in the Lord and your will be prospect in every way ! In Jesus name .

My family was involved in an accident the day after Christmas coming home from San Antonio to Houston. We had all of our Christmas gifts in the truck and had no ride home or any way to get our belongings home. Until Robert from Gregories towing showed up and asked if we were okay and needed a ride. I told him we don t know anyone here because we just moved here 6 months ago. Robert then offered to take my wife, daughter and myself all the way home 30 minutes away to get our 2nd car to come get our items. Hands down the most professional, kindest, working Guy I ve ever dealt with. This company hands down cares about people and not just collecting money during situations. Broke down on i10 with all the road construction, was the scariest. Gave them a call they made it there in less then 5 minutes. Was worried they wouldn t find us. But was there superfast. Very good service. We had Robert as our driver. He was very polite. Even physically pushed my car for me. Thanks again guys!! Definitely would recommend!!!Service: Car towing

Simply put, we received service above and beyond expectations. I was towing a 30' camper when the old truck died. TWO trucks came to assist. One came in the flatbed tow truck and one in his personal vehicle to pull my trailer!!! Great guys, both of them. Not only did they tow the truck and trailer, but they helped me change the bad fuel filer!! They refused "extra service charges" beyond the tow. I'm blown away. I highly recommend Gregory's Towing, Randy and Robert responded to my emergency call at 1AM ASAP and were extremely helpful and professional! Robert took the utmost care loading, hauling, and unloading our boat and trailer with his flatbed after we had a tire blowout on the highway. If you want a Towing company that is dependable, knowledgeable, and professional please call them!!! Not only did they rescue my boat and trailer off the side of the road, they assisted me in getting my family settled in for the night at a nearby lodging until we could get our repairs done the next business day by working with me on a place to stay that is near an Automotive service Center. I am beyond impressed with this company, big thank you to Randy and Robert, you guys rock!!!

We use Gregory s for our referrals on the Katy/houston side for our fleet service. The entire staff is professional, kind and understanding to all situations. I always recommend them! Professional, good value and everything in between! Definitely recommend!!

I was sooo sooo scared! My tire popped on the freeway and It was already late in the night(I was alone). My husband called Gregory and he showed up so fast! He helped me with everything and sent me on my way. He truly was an angel sent from God! I m forever thankful! The situation could have been so stressful if it weren t for Gregory! As the towing company that impounded my car I want to grumble and be angry but truth be told they're just fine. My car was properly handled, returned in fine condition and their prices were fair. Well, their prices are right on with other companies.

First off I d like to thank Randy for being so polite during the tow process. I don t think anyone plans to have care troubles (I sure didn t) butin the event you do, give these guys a call right away! I was stranded on the shoulder of I-10 and informed it would be a 15 minute wait before anyone could get to me. Within 10 minutes Randy came to the rescue! He redirected the traffic so I could safely enter the cab and towed me to the nearest truck stop where I could meet my family. I will be recommending Gregory s Towing to all my friends and family.

I recently used Gregory's towing. They responded quickly and the driver was very professional and knowledgeable when it came to the work needing to be done. Overall it was a very good experience all thanks to very good people .... But when the driver shows up with a Bada** beard, I knew it would go great!
