I was heading out of town with my motorhome and needed to have scheduled maintenance done on my Onan generator. They fit me into their busy schedule and got me down the road when I needed. Their tech gave me a good recap on what was done. Was treated very well by Peggy Willhite, office manager and co-owner.

You wouldn't believe me if I told you. This is a great place. Installed bed lifts in my car trailer and the service was phenomenal. (And the pup too)...

Was very thorough, quick turnaround on the list of repairs. Work done professionally and at a reasonable cost. The mechanics provided feedback and suggestions. The staff very friendly and kept me current on repairs being done! Like this RV repair shop, not an oversized rv sales site!

We travel full time in our 5th wheel with two small kids. We had an issue with our hydraulic slides and they wouldn't stay in. After cinching our slides down and traveling to our next destination in Columbus TX, we found Get-U-Going, which was about a 40 minute drive from where we were staying. The owners were so accommodating with very short notice. I called them Friday afternoon, and they were able to look at it early the next week.We dropped it off on Monday and decided to spend a couple of nights exploring Austin. We picked it up on Wednesday and went back to our RV park for a few nights while they ordered a new part for us. They called Monday that the part had arrived, we brought it there Tuesday and they had it repaired within a few hours.They also have a couple of full-hookups RV spots on site that they offered to let us stay there for a night or two if needed! Our fridge was full of food and they were great about keeping the RV plugged in while it was there.An RV that needs repair while you're traveling with small children, that is also your full time home, could have been a nightmare! It really was so easy working with and communicating with Peggy and Russel, we would absolutely recommend this RV repair shop and would use them again if we are in the area in the future and we are so grateful for their quick and accommodating service!

Really appreciate the owners, Peggy and Russell. My husband and I wanted to buy a 'used' RV, but worried about making sure we don't inherit any major problems and Peggy recommended a good dealership to check out and sure enough that's exactly where we ended up purchasing our trailer. Then we had Russell perform the inspection to make double sure everything was in good order. Great people, great service! I will definitely call them for any RV service needs that may arise.

Dropped our trailer off last week and told them we want a new wiring from the front to the back. They couldn't guarantee to get the work done in one week so we picked up the trailer to go somewhere else they charge us $284.00 diagnostic fee as an estimate.

We were escaping the polar vortex in Dallas and ended up in the Houston area. Our Cummins Onan 4000 generator decided to stop working. Russell and Get-U-Goin RV Service, LLC was able to get us worked into their schedule at 10 am the next morning. They found the issue with the generator, replaced the carburetor, serviced it and got us back on the road by noon. They bent over backwards to help us knowing we were from out of town and needed to be in another state the following week. I highly recommend using this company for all RV work. I found them on Cummins Onan recommended service providers. We will be back in 500 hours to have the generator serviced properly by Russell and his team.

My husband took our trailer there to get a quote. It took 2 months to get a quote. During this time we had thought our trailer was covered up with plastic in the couple of areas that were open and that wasn t the case. I can not speak for their workmanship. We realized that if it took them 2 months to get a quote that was only supposed to take 2 weeks then when they said the work would take 2 months that it could turn into something much longer.

Currently writing the review as my payment is being processed which gives you an indication of how happy I am.I was originally quoted a day plus of service which ended up being an hour.My problem was quickly diagnosed by Russel and his expertise put me at ease as I was concerned about my brand new power system (agm batteries, solar, charge controller etc) which was all brand new.Cant recommend tammy and Russel enough they do great work and know what they are talking about.Ben Johnson

I happened to call this great business with a question about my Dometech rv ac. I didnt realize this place was miles from Houston. I needed ac service on a 2016 unit that is not cooling well. Mobile service because I have no experience with ac. Peggy asked me my problem and immediately was trying to help me solve it. Within a minute she had a tec, Jonathon call me back and walked me thru all the possible problems. It is very hard to find quality people who care. Offering me help just because they care. I highly recommend this business..thank you Peggy and Jonathan. You are the best.

Neither like nor dislike. The receptionist took down my info, read it back to me to ensure it was correct, and no one ever called me back to schedule a date and time to bring in my RV. I tried calling back a week later but could not speak to a live person. We sought help elsewhere after that.
