Overall, the staff wasn t totally rude, however there was one gentleman by the name of Isaiah Flowers who was extremely short and rude. I came in for my annual car inspection. He made the process extremely difficult and lengthy, which I thought was odd because we brought in a NEW CAR (2023). I was also pressured to sign up for offers and coupons by Isaiah Flowers multiple times in which I politely declined.Overall, the staff was kind, except for Mr. Flowers.I want to give a big thanks to all of the other staff as they were very helpful.

Totally rude, if they feel like you're a waste a time they will certainly treat you that way. Take the drive to a friendlier place.

1 hour and 45 minutes for inspection and oil change on small car. There was only one person ahead of me. Unacceptable.

Great service everytime! From oil changes to state inspection to brake replacements I've had A++ service every time. Great customer service and they've been so helpful. Also Monday is Ladies Day and Wednesday is seniors day... You get a little discount (every little bit helps)

I stopped by 10 minutes till closing to get some air on my tires and the managers wife, Ginger offered me excellent service - she even offered me a soft drink - very lovely of her. The manager also rocks! Thank you Brookshire Quick Lube & Detail.

Paul is my #1 "Go To" mechanic. He is extremely knowledgeable and goes over and beyond to keep my 2011 Expedition running like new. We've been coming to Brookshire Quick Lube for a long time now for inspections and oil change on our trucks. Not once have we had any problems with anyone in there and the manager Ernesto is always courteous and nice to us and to everyone in the waiting room.It has always been first come first serve in the order people sign in and I have never seen any of the employees' friends receiving any special treatment. I am not shy, so had I seen anything like that, I would have spoken up.And I appreciate the fact that the manager stands up for his employees if/when people mistreat them. I would like my boss to be protective of me like that too.I would rate this place and the manager more than 5 stars if I could, for all the great work and customer service we received over the years. Went there today ask for a inspection the heavy set guy said he wasn't doing any inspections cause he is going too lunch. I stated can you do my inspection before he said no cause his wife was coming and there was no one but him there he was very sarcastic about it I left and went too Christian Brothers on 1463 Fulshear took me right in and they were very friendly so if anyone reading this don't go there go too Christian Brothers on 1463 Fulshear you get better service

Ok so if you go here, ask for Zach....he is the only one here who is actually a decent person and nice to everyone that walks through the door. The Hispanic guy immediately told me before even walking through the door that only one person per vehicle is allowed in there but he was nowhere near nice about it. Not to mention, what about the masks that are required by everyone in Texas? Yea they aren t following that either. Like I said, ask for Zach because he s the only decent person there who treats his customers with respect.

Very helpful local service. This time just an inspection (which was completed very quickly even as a walk in) but my aged truck is going to be spending more time here very soon!

I've used this quick lube many many times for my 2 vehicles. But I'm done. Pulled in a 4:50 for oil change, guy says they're "locking up" and turned me away. My truck takes about 7 minutes for oil change. I bet owner of the franchise would like to know they're turning away business DURING business hours!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Less than 1 star. I pulled in before 4 pm and the rather large person working(had a power trip) told me they don't take inspections after 4 pm. I told him it was 355. He said so- come back tomorrow. it was 4 pm by his watch. This occurred Tuesday before last. The establishment next door to the east was open had no line and inspected my truck immediately. I told them what happened and they advised that was common. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO Kwik Lube again and advise everyone else to go next door. Professional nice people.

Came to get my oil changed. Arrived at 4:40. Door says they close at 5. Nobody around so I called. The guy said we are closed. I said your door says 5:00. He said yeah I know I decided to close early today. Rude with an attitude!! Will never go back!!!!!

Went for a vehicle inspection during business hours. Was told they were closed. Naturally being disappointed i walked away. Employee seemed to have more to say not realizing the disappointing day it was for me. I was directed to this place. I don't recommend it. Brookshire Car Care is better able to serve.

Stay Away. Very rude people work at this place!!! I drove around to the back to the open bays and there is a sign that says, "Wait here for an attendant". I waited for a minute before a vehicle drove up and the driver said I was in his way. He was an employee doing an inspection in another customers vehicle. I told him I needed an inspection and he said to move it to a parking spot and that it would be an hour before he could get to it. He acted upset that I was sitting in front of the open bay. I told him I was just following the instructions per the sign. He then said, "You know what, I don't like you. You need to go somewhere else." My advice to you is to go to the super friendly place right next door and avoid this angry person.

Just lost an hour and a half at this place. Guy was about to do an inspection and another one named Ernesto told him to stop it just because I made a comment. As soon as you go to this place they tell you to sign in but Ernesto has a line outside with his buddies and meanwhile there's about 7 people inside waiting. His friends don't have to wait for an inspection. When I told Ernesto that next time I'll just wait outside with the rest of his friends he decided to tell the guy who was already started on my inspection to stop it. He must be the owner of the place since he does whatever he wants.

I agree with the other posts. The chubby guy who looks hungover that works here is something else. Not even close to anything related to customer service. I sure hope he's not a manager, i did not even hang around to find out. Spent one minute with this guy and decided to leave.... I went next door and had no problems.

I come here every year to get my state inspection done. The guys here are always so polite and helpful and have fast service. I have never been disappointed with my experiences here and ai highly recommend it if yoh live in the area.

Although busy they were attentive and speedy all I needed was an inspection on my vehicles and it was cheap. Will definitely be returning for prices & services.

Crazy disrespectful and rude. As soon as I walked into the store and asked for an inspection, the employee behind the counter told me to put my keys and insurance down and walked out the door uttering an insult at me.I asked for a customer service or some type of phone number and he the employee refused. He actually followed me out to my car when I left to berate and curse at me further.Would never go back.

This is the best place to go for a quick oil and lube. Ernie does a good job keeping the line moving. The facility is clean and professional looking.
