They did an outstanding job with repairs and maintenance to one of our fleet vehicles. They were even helpful with linking us up with a spectacular body shop to fix additional needs. They went above and beyond and will be our go to for all maintenance needs in the future. Great team they have over there. Check them out you won't regret it!

I've had to utilize their services twice. With out truck several years ago, and this time my jeep. They are great about working with us to fix our issues. Fixed the overheating on our jeep this trip.

I took my car in for a routine oil change. Service was good, and I left the shop happy until later in the day when I heard a loud rumbling sound coming from under the car. I continued to drive the car for the remainder of the day. When I got home and parked the car, I took a look to find that the large flat plastic / felt piece that covers the underside of the engine had dropped down and was dragging the ground. Therefore, I parked the car until I had a chance to take it back to the shop.About a week later I returned the car to the shop and explained what had happened. After examining the car, the mechanics told me that several of the clips / pins that hold the undercarriage protection in place were missing and that the piece was severely damaged. I expressed my concerns that it was likely the fault of the shop that the piece had fallen in the first place. It hadn't fallen in the 9 years and 160,000 miles prior to taking it to Brookshire Care Care, only after. The best they offered was for me to buy a new part "at cost". I declined since I feel that I shouldn't have to pay anything for their mistake. Their fix was to then tie strap the piece back to my car.I get in the car and start driving home only to see my check engine light was freshly lit. So, I immediately return to the shop and explain that my check engine light is now on. The gentlemen at the front desk laughed and said, it has to be a coincidence.... that they didn't even open the hood. So they run a diagnostic check and find out it's an oxygen sensor and send me on my way. No offer to have a look, fix it.... absolutely nothing.I will not return and will do my best to make sure my friends and family do not visit.

Honest and Amazing staff and it s a plus for me as this is a Christian establishment. I am so thankful that these guys always help me out and always answer my questions as I am not too familiar with car stuff. I have found a place where I can always come back and know to trust. Shout out to Anthony and Darren and Luis for being kind always. I am always content when the work gets finished. I will continue to be a customer of theirs.

People of Brookshire Please be Careful when visiting this Automotive Car Care! They are taking Advantage of Us in the community! Price Gouging and Unprofessional Leadership! I thought I was visiting a Professional Family Business..... And I've done business with them for years but Not Anymore! Take your vehicle there and you'll See........ You'll Regret It!

I had a bad experience with Brookshire car care. There mechanic hourly rates was higher then any other shops. I asked them to call me before they spend any money or did any work on my vehicle. That wasn t done. I Think they charge me for everything but the phone call that I had with them. Sorry I want go back. Wasn t happy at all. I Read your reply I think Fred should reach out to me if he is concerned about his business remember I was the customer.Thanks have a nice day

I've been a customer since 2017 since we've moved to Pattison Texas and it has been the best experience with 100% customer service. From walking into their doors with smiling faces and knowing your name and family names when you walk in. Them knowing your vehicles and future problems in your vehicle. Great experience with Brookshire Car Care with the repair of my a/c and wheel bearings. A quick turnaround time on the repair and they saved me from having to replace my whole a/c due to their honesty about the problem. Thank you Nick and team!

LIARS AND THIEVES! My wife too her car for an oil change. They upsold her on an air filter, cabin air filter and coolant flush. None of the hoses were touched, coolant full of debris. See for yourself.

Great service shop. Super friendly, professional help. I've only had my inspections done here, but just listening to other customers come and go shows these guys like to build long-term relationships. The waiting are is clean and comfortable. Keep it local and have your vehicle maintenance and repairs needs done here.

The staff at brookshire car care has been incredibly helpful and accommodating each time I ve used them. They are very professional and will let you know about any other issues or upcoming maintenance on your vehicle without being pushy about it. Took my wife s car to them to have the AC looked at, they ran tests and put dye in it and told me to come back in a month. Guys are really nice, professional and made sure to explain the costs of everything up front so I wouldn t be surprised. Also looked over the car for other issues and weren t pushy about getting them fixed. These are my new mechanics!!!
