Called them to have a new toilet installed in my 5th wheel. Set and appointment and they called during the appointment time and said the had to reschedule for the next day because they left their tools out of town. The next appointment they showed up for 45 minutes and removed my old toilet, knowingly broke my new one, and left my water hose loose spraying water everywhere. Before they left they made sure I CashApp d immediately for $170 for removing my toilet and assured me the next time they came out when I get this other part they are going to find for me then I will only be charged half the service call fee and the hourly rate. 2 days have passed and they are not answering my messages or calls now. I ve been ghosted by the mobile rv service and repair guys. How do you knowingly break a $260 rv toilet, not tell the customer, and then charge them $170 dollars! I couldn t sleep well at night doing business this way. I just want my money back so I can take a partial loss on this deal and buy another toilet and have it professionally installed. The owner is a smooth talker but watch out for what you get because it s horrible, and dishonest service. I will remove this post once they have made this transaction right.
