Andrew and Caison are wonderful! They were very helpful without any hesitation. They helped me with tools I needed when I was stranded with no tools. This autozone had the parts I needed in stock which was a big plus! Thanks again Andrew and Caison yall Rock!

My husband I drove to this particular Auto Zone and was fortunate to have Lisa help us. She was kind and very gracious with her time. She could have said I get off in 15 minutes and have someone else help you. Lisa choose to help us and diagnose was was happening to our car. Through her experience, she actually helped us diagnose the problem correctly. May all your employees be like Lisa.

I've been a customer of AutoZone for many years, and of this particular store for the last 3. This past Friday, I had a situation in which the batteries (yes, plural) on my big dually pickup decided that they were done, and wanted nothing more to do with me. Problem was, this was not in front of AutoZone.I called my towing service company, you know, the one with three letters, to get battery service. After an hours wait, they called to tell me they were not going to service me today.I knew AutoZone did not do house calls, but I called them anyway out of desperation, since I was, fortunately, across the street.Amazingly, one of the managers came to my rescue, got the pickup started, and we managed to get it back to AutoZone to replace the worn-out batteries. (And that was another project in itself).I've never had a bad experience at AutoZone, but this experience was one of the best that I could hope for. Bridgeport AutoZone came through for me, when they could have easily and justifiably said no.Thank you, Bridgeport AutoZone!!!!

Dennis j. The night manager HAS GONE ABOVR AND BEYOND TO ASSIST ME WITH MY FLAT TIRE (on. Sunday No tire shop opened) He saved the DAY! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, OUTSTANDING CHARACTER AND HOSPITALITY!!! 100% I THANK GOD FOR THIS MAN/his staff/this store location FOR their SKILLS , KNOWLEDGE -& EFFORTS . I never leave Google reviews, but the service I received from Erick was absolutely phenomenal. I have never received the amount of personal care, intelligence, professionalism and kindness that he provided. I know that Erick has earned a customer for life as long as he is employed by AutoZone. I am referring all my friends to this location because I was so blown away by his customer service. Outstanding job Erick you have truly gone above the bar.

I always receive good service at this store, but tonight it was outstanding. I needed to replace my wiper blades, something I have done myself several times in the past. I was only in the store a few minutes when the sales associate, Angel, offered to help me and suggested a brand of mid-priced blades. Checkout went quickly, then he offered to replace the blades for me. I tried to tell him it wasn't necessary, but he persisted with a smile. He was a pleasure to deal with - knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful.

I needed wiper blades, and I walked in willing to bribe someone to help me put them on. Not only did I receive really good advice on which ones to buy, he also installed them without my even asking. Because he knew I was going to get an inspection, he took a quick look at my tires too. And because I m not from the area, they were able to recommend a place to get the inspection done. I didn t catch the gentleman s name who helped me, but he said he had been there 13 years. It was great service all the way around.

I needed new windshield wipers so I stopped knowing they would installl them for me.Good thing I did. The rear wiper was stuck and had to be pried off.Quick friendly service got me going in no time.

Headlight went out at night, dealership was closed, so as a last resort I stopped by autozone! Eric was great! He helped me pick out the headlight bulb specific to my car (that Google was wrong about) and even helped me change it out! Thanks for preventing Bridgeport PD from catching it first

I was having the engine light come on in my 2001 GMC Yukon Denali and I figured I needed to go to a mechanic and have them do a diagnostic test to fine the codes that explains what's wrong with my engine. The first mechanic I went to said it would cost $120 to just do the diagnostic test. I then happened to stop by at the Autozone to buy something and the manager was helping me at the checkout. I mentioned that I had this engine light problem and how much it would cost to just do a diagnostic test. He said we can do that for free! What? for Free? There were actually large signs in the windows telling people it's a free service. He did do the test right then and there and we narrowed it down to four possible things. Problem with fuel filter, misfire, vacuum hose leak and the oxygen sensor. I started by purchasing a new fuel filter because I knew I had never changed before. After I changed the fuel filter the engine light went off for a while but came back. I noticed a better fuel economy than before so I was on the right track. I went back to the Autozone store and the manager did another test and suggested to test and see if the vacuum hoses were leaking. He probably spent 20-30 minutes doing this and he said it was not any problems with the vacuum hoses which could be very costly to repair. I said maybe I should buy the oxygen sensor and see if the light would go away. He said he did not want me spend money on unnessary parts yet. He cleared the codes with his testing equipment and the engine light went off. He told me to drive the car for a while and see if it would stay off. He also told me to take a look at my sparkplugs and see if they were dirty and let him know what types they were as some sparkplugs he said may not work well with my engine. If the engine light turned on again I could come back again and he would help me for free.The engine light has not turned back on yet. Now that is some good service! Just so you know all the Autozone stores in the country will do these diagnostic tests for free!

I was helping a good friend get his lawn mower fixed and I when and auto zone told him what he needed to get and I got a few parts for myself very well stocked very friendly people
