I give one star because it doesn't allow me to give less, yesterday Saturday 11-25-2023 I went to change the oil, today I realized while washing the car that they broke the engine cover and didn't say anything, I hope the part of the cover that is missing It hasn't fallen into the engine and broken it, I have a little girl that I transport every day, they preferred to remain silent than to show their face, very bad job, tomorrow Monday when I get off work I'm going to see them, I'm attaching photos that verify everything.

I needed some tires to get me home and I was from out of town. I am familiar with Modica Bros. from previous purchases, but we don't have any where I currently live. I reserved two tires and an appointment time. When I got there at the time I picked out, they said they didn't have those tires and they really don't use the website for any purpose. Paul, who is very nice and helpful, told me he could get them from another store in a couple of hours. They called me when they came in and installed them. The ONLY reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because of the website issue. I know it's a minor issue, but if you offer it make sure it works. Otherwise take it down or don't offer it. I plan to use them again when I'm in town for the other two tires. Don't forget to ask for Paul!

Oil change without an appointment. Fairly quickly. Satisfied. Friendly staff. Wait room clean. Entire establishment was clean. Staff well dressed and professional. Now bout a month or so later my truck showed low tire pressure. I stopped by and the guy stopped what he was doing and checked and filled each tire. No charge. Maybe one minute. These guys are freaking awesome. Love em. Highly recommend

Took my business down the road. I went to modica bros today and dropped off my tire with an intertube. All I wanted was for them to put the tube in the tire ( quick and easy job ) I was assured that it would be done shortly. I returned 3 hours later and my tire was in the same place where I left it. The employee on the phone did not seem to care that I was a little bitupset, about that time another employee walked in and i asked him about my tire, all he said was ( oh yeah , we didn't get to it ), now I'm in a hurry to get my tire done , so I got my tire and left, went on mile down the road and had it done in less that 5 minutes. I will not be returning to modica bros in bridge city..

I'm currently driving on a repaired fire that they said was unreparable. Look, I don't have a problem with Modica Brothers. If you go in and you need a tire, they will sell it to you, and it will be installed correctly and you won't have problems, but the price will always be more than anywhere else. This isn't a customer service review; This is an actual review of modica Brothers. But that means that Monica Brothers isn't exceptional; they're expensive, and they're conservative. That's fine, but it's not the best experience you're going to have with a tire shop. That's fine. We need to stop seeing 3 stars as a failure. It's simply not outstanding.

I have been dealing with a tire for months with a slow leak. So scared to have to buy a new tire and you know how expensive that can be. I was recommended by several friends and family members to go to Modica Bros in Bridge City and I am so glad I did. The service was not only amazing but the staff was awesome!!

I LOVE this location. Brittney and her staff are amazing. I travel from Louisiana to have work done to my F-250. I went in last time for a break change and the mechanic noticed an issue with my caliber. Instead of just moving on, I was notified immediately and then given options on how to proceed forward. The prices are affordable and the service is wonderful. If i could add an extra star i would!

Helpful and friendly. Doesn't oversell. Made a little mistake at my last visit and corrected it with absolutely no issues when I returned. Great customer service. I had all tires replaced an needed a faulty sensor replaced. They forgot to replace the sensor and told us up front. When the light came back on. I simply brought my car back, and they took care of it.

The service is great, I've never had a problem with the work completed, and prices are as quoted. As for overall pricing, I think they are beyond fair. While there will always be a guy on the corner who can save you 10 bucks, I've found Modica Bros. to be the lowest or at the very least, competitive with their prices compared reputable/established tire and oil change shops.

I went this morning for alignment, the guy at the counter said to leave the car and that would take 2 hours. I left the keys and went there after 3 hours to pick the car up. My car was still not moved from the parking place , and they forgot about . What a great service!!!!, only apology is not bringing back someone ruin waiting day . Will try not to show there again.

I came here in November last year to have a slow leak repaired right at the close of business and they took such great care of me regardless of the inconvenience of the time. so I had to give them a chance at my business when I needed to purchase two new tires. They had what I needed in stock but found some that were cheaper and the same brand as my current ones at a different location the gentleman quoted me a price and I was to come back later on to get them put on. A few hours later the manager Brittany gave a call to inform me that the gentleman was new and had accidentally forget to add balance and labor for the quoted price. I was a little dissatisfied but understood and had them installed anyway. Whenever it was time to pay Brittany only charged me the quoted price and said that a deal was a deal. I will be sure to give them my business from now on as should anyone within the area the best!!! Thanks again for the great service!!Everette Baker

The lightbulb in my headlight needed to be changed. They said that they changed it and it wouldn t work and they charged me for labor and parts, so I took it to another shop for them to check out the electrical but come to find out the bulb just needed to be changed I m not sure what they did at modica bros except take $166 from me. When my fianc� went back up there to talk to them about how the other shop just changed the bulb and it worked, the woman at the front and the manager were both extremely unprofessional and actually accused us of even breaking the bulb. Just save yourself the headache and take your vehicle to Bridge City Auto instead. They were very nice and honest and got our car taken care of.

It would have been much better if I had not been forced into being ugly with the manager. After waiting an hour to have one tire mounted and six guys in the shop doing nothing but ganged up talking I finally got enough and threatened to load my tire back up and go elsewhere. They then hopped right on it and had me out of there in 10 min or less. The oddest thing about the whooe ordeal was that the man who mounted my tire had been doing nothing but walking around the whole time that I was there.

Took 20 min to get tire quote on the phone. I had enough time to call 5 other professional shops and get prices while I waited for thier return call. Once I recived that call I dealt with a very inexperienced young person. When I asked to speak to his manager, who I could hear in the background, the manager told him to say she was busy. I just bought a set of 5 tires and wheels from them and had great service 2 weeks earlier. I will not be returning to this place of business

After the fiasco I experienced with your location in Nederland I sure hope this location is better.... sending one of my guys to have his vehicle serviced. Best advertisement is word of mouth but it can also be the detriment to you as well.

One rotor replaced on a truck runs 600+$ . Wont ever be using modicas . The rate that they pay their techs and what they charge doesnt add up. Someone is getting rich quick.

I wanted to take a minute to rant on Modica Brothers Tire in Bridge City. When I got in my truck on Tuesday morning the tire pressure monitoring system showed I had a low tire, 8psi. With dual wheels it didn't look low. I checked the air pressure and sure nuff it was low, really low. Aired up the tire, drove over to our neighborhood Modica Brothers Tire store and put the truck in line for a flat repair. Took a bit of time due to them being busy.When the young man brought the truck back around to the front of the building, he got out and said I was "good to go". My reply went something like "but I have not paid". He said, "no charge". I made a couple more comments due to my disbelief that there was no charge. Mind you they had patched and not plugged the tire so they had to pull it off the truck and break the tire off the rim. I finally began catching on and snipped, "well I think I should stop asking questions" to which he just grinned.Thank you Modica Brothers Tire in Bridge City. I am sure a lot of folks are experiencing tire problems with all the roof and fence work going on around town. Impressed to see them taking care of our home town.

I had a great experience! Everyone is so friendly there. They fully checked my car and told me about any other maintenance that needed to be done! I was even satisfied with how fast the services was. I recommend them to everyone.

When I was told it was gonna be an hour wait for one tire to be replaced and balanced I was irritated. I spoke quickly to the Assistant Manager and he got me back on the road in 15 minutes. That's great service! Thank you! I will be back!

Absolutely fantastic!! The CSR, Brittany, was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The technicians not only explained what they were going to do, but also gave me the reasons why the repairs were necessary. Best over-all service from anyone in a very long time. Thank you

Very pleased with the friendliness of the staff, the fast turnaround, the quality of the products and the prices. I had tires and front and rear brakes replaced. Definitely recommend Modica Brothers Bridge City and will be a repeat customer.

I sent my 18 yoa son to get a flat repaired on a tire. He had an hour wait & then they said he needed a new tire. He came back home. This tire was taken to Dupius & they said the tire only needed a patch. Be careful they don't try to sell something when you don't need it. It's been a month & the tire is still great!

Stopped by around 3:00 on a saturday to get oil change. Staff was friendly, and helpful. Didnt have to wait very long. Price was comparable to other places locally. Please like my review if this is helpful.

Was impressed with the work staff. Helpfully and friendly. Good new tire store in town. James was a good choice to have as company man representing the"face" of the company.
