I needed several parts for a bad boy mower, and they had all of them in stock. The service representative was very helpful with his advice, and I found this to be most valuable and pleasant in dealing with this establishment. Highly recommend doing business here!

This is the Husqvarna Trimmer that you have supposedly repaired. First use after the repair and the shaft is back into pieces. What is that plastic piece that your put in my trimmer?Please have a serious conversation with your repair shop about quality control. This is really unprofessional!

Travis with WCT was great! Quoted me a fare price for a Fortress DOT glass windshield for our 2021 Kawasaki Mule FXT Pro. Some issues getting the windshield transferred from another WTC location, so Travis jumped in his truck and picked it up the same day we discovered the problem. Great customer service going the extra mile. Travis also provided me guidance on getting our Washington County Off Highway plate for our Mule.Thanks again Travis!

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. WCT Outdoors kept my golf cart for almost 2 months. They would say it was fixed I would drive 16 miles each direction to pick up and try to drive it and still encounter the same problem I took it in for.. They replaced coil, fuel filters, RPM governor, carburetor, spark plugs etc. I was quoted 450.00 to repair after all was said and done I spent 1200.00 and it still runs terrible. I spoke to the service manager and after the 3rd time I returned the cart he said he would send someone out to pick it up as a good gestor. Guess what? they have still yet to come and pick up nearly 1.5 weeks later, they even had the nerve to suggest that I pay several diagnostic tests. This group of so called technicians and managers are a joke. They guess their way through everything and never repair anything. I would highly suggest taking anything you need repaired into Houston, Austin or San Antonio as in the long haul it will be worth it.JeffStill waiting for someone to reach out to me but that hasn t happened , go figure it is now June 8,2021. More then enough time for someone to do so. As I said go anywhere but WCT all talk but nothing done.

Took a while to fix my mower but all the staff were nice. Trying to get them to deal with another issue that may drop the rating down, but I guess we will see.

I will never buy or take my mowers to this place again, they give u the impression that they don't care if bring them the repair or not

Wish the services offered a year ago had some sort of warranty. Had a robomower installed and was ultimately told to dig up the line and bury a new one myself given the equipment needed would need to be borrowed. When the job was new and being paid for, they found a tool to lay the line. Now the system shorts my home down every time it s plugged up and dig from the onset.

I went into WCT Outdoors to try to locate a fuel tank cap for a machine I have. I've previously tried the tractor places with no luck. WCT said they'll search all of the mower brands to see if jitney find a match. I'm game. They will call me.

A rip off tried to charge my $2500 and some to fix my bad boy zero turn said it need a motor but I took it to Mike Cook in Brenham and it only cost us $500 motor good as gold
