Definitely NOT worth going here. My truck is still DIRTY. I went back around and was told they didn't offer refunds. Don't waste your time or money.

Employees are very nice. However the car wash itself is not that great. That s why I won t buy a membership. I only go here every now and then because my car is never clean after paying for and going through the car wash. It looks like the tire shine is only working on the passenger side today. It s a bummer since this is the only drive-through car wash around.

When they opened, great customer service and had someone brush on each side .Recently only one.I love the free vacuum cleaners and clean station.Two stars is because of an ongoing issue, which I brought to the manager at location today.Firstly when I ask if there was a manager available, he wouldn t answer.I said You must be the manager .He pointed to another guy and said he is too!My complaint was that the employees take up 4 spaces right next to cleaning stations closest to the office . Making customers have to park at the middle or end of the lot furthest from cleaning stations. My suggestion was that the employees park at the further spaces leaving the closer space a for customers who have to make multiple trips.His reply was I get here at 6 am , do you think I want to walk from the other end of the parking lot? With an attitude!!I stated that myself with handicap sticker and another lady had to back out of handicap space and down 5 space because no large vacuum at handicap space.Again he stated he wasn t walking that far at 6am. I ask his name He stated why does it matter? I stated that I was calling the corporate office. He said they will tell you the same thing I have rarely been treated so rudely and disrespectful .I am waiting on a call back from corporate.This manager needs to be fired!I will likely be canceling my membership.

Great value on the monthly cost they really need to step up their game in order to stay competitive, especially with two other washes in town. I agree with other reviews that some items work, and sometimes they don't They need to check water jets and clean scrubbers better. The nice part is the detail area, which is the only thing saving customers. Some times we just wash it twice back to back.

The Customer Service is amazing! my card was not working correctly and they allowed me to get a free wash. I really appreciate their time and effort in trying to take care of me. Definitely suggest checking them out!! My truck is spotless!!

I want to love it but this place has LOTS of problems. Let's make a list. (And yes I have complained to corporate.)- Kiosk is not working properly. I have the top tier membership, and when I scan my phone, the kiosk asks me if I want a membership. I have to select single wash, as if I'm paying by card, then it shows two screens at once, overlayed--one telling me I have an empty "balance" and the other saying, would you like a receipt? The latter is the only screen that should show when I scan my phone.- Overhead brush has been out of order for MONTHS. So the front, back, top, hood, trunk of your car won't get properly brushed, or brushed at all. The guys with the hand brush aren't scrubbing the front, so you will just have the same bugs on front when you exit that you had when you entered.- They used to spray down the car with a power washer/soaker, but they have not done that the last few times I've been there, maybe they stopped. This is before you enter the automated wash.- In the wash, the lights to tell you what add ons you are getting are gone, so, no idea if I'm getting what is advertized for my membership tier.- Definitely not getting the advertised armor all tire treatment. My tires look untouched after the wash.- When you get to the end, the dryer light does not work. Instead, as soon as you enter the dryer, while your car is still stuck in the conveyor, the exit light comes on telling you to go when you definitely should not.- Employees park in some of the vacuum stalls, right next to the top tier membership stations for rags and cleaners. So you have to park far away and walk if one of the two stations is full.- Of the cleaning bottles, some are broken and most are near empty.- The towels will be wet because of the humidity, but one I picked up was full of debris, that would scratch my paint, like little sticks and grass spurs, and another was soapy--I picked it up from the folded stack and used it to dust my dash, and it left suds behind. I had used no cleaners.Brenham has other car washes. At least two are out of business, the IQ one will damage your car and is overpriced, but they are building a new one on the NE side, so hopefully this will be decent. I wish Take 5 Brenham would just get it together. If they would fix the above issues, esp the function of the wash itself, it would be better. It was better. Also, pick up the trash. I know it isn't your fault we have to share this lovely place with trashy people, but a person pulled up next to me in a janky car and it reeked of weed. And on the ground are coathangers and other trash from people's cars.

the worst car washing Brenham the employees do not want to do their job when supposed to rinse off vehicle before going in and scrub, scratch my whole side of my car and put dent it brand new car it's hard to see in the picture do anyone know the owner or manager there was no manger on duty when I asked to day

Great car wash service I have the $20 monthly annual comes with a wash, vehicle supplies to help you clean the interior of your car as well as window cleaner, interior cleaner, and towels. Customer service is great and if you ask you may receive a free car air freshener also. The vacuums are included but the only issue is sometimes you may get a vacuum that may not work so you might have to switch to another vacuum station.

Love this place!! Not only is there monthly membership ideal for even the tightest budget, but the employees are friendly and efficient. Also, the facility is always can and in order. Don't forget they have a detail area for paying customers, which includes microfiber towels and sprays. Thank you for your contribution to the community with the service you provide.

My truck was not filthy. A few bugs on windshield and a dust layer. Truck bed did not get washed out well.$10.00 paid. It might be worth it if you wash your vehicle weekly and get membership. Back window was cleaner before only marks were that of a squidgy.

I've been using this drive through carwash weekly for almost a year now. Its convenient, fast, does an okay job, reasonably priced and the guys with the brush are efficient if not always perfect. (No biggy guys.)I really like the free vacuum and detail station. (This is why I rated it 3 stars instead of.) It's always stocked up. I've seen it low, but they refill it before it gets any where near empty. The cleaning clothes are always a little damp from being washed, which is sometimes helpful and sometimes not.The only major issue I have is that every time I use it there's always a part that has dirt/soap/water left over somewhere on the sides, front and/or rear of car and windows that I have to get out out and wipe off which defeats the purpose of using a drive through the car wash.A note to the owner/manager:If there's a vehicle that has an excessive amount of dirt or mud on it PLEASE refuse service. The grit left in the spinning brushes will pit windshields and scratch paint. Thanks.

I waited outside for 5 minutes before a worker even came out to help me in the car wash. She was on her phone in the office without even acknowledging I was there. Then when I went in the car wash, half of the wash didn t even work. I came out with soap still on my truck and it didn t even rinse or dry. It was an overall AWFUL experience. I even paid for the better wash and my truck isn t even clean.

BEWARE! I ve had my rear wiper ripped off twice. The first time I noticed it immediately and they paid for the new wiper. Last week it was ripped off and I didn't notice it for a couple of days. I went back today and Tom, the manager, was less than helpful. He refused to take an incident report because I didn't report it at the time. It's more than just the cost of replacing the wiper because it damaged the arm when it ripped it off. Who knows how much this will cost me. Most car washes tape down the rear wiper to avoid this from happening but Take 5 doesn't take the time to protect the wiper.On top of this, several of the vacuums are out or need new attachments and the back of my car never gets cleaned.I'll NEVER go again.

For the first time at this wash the gentleman pre wash all my windows and got all the extra dirt off my vehicle before it went through the automatic wash. It s the best service I ve had yet at this location. Someone should definitely recognize his hard work and effort!! I wish I would ve gotten his name!

Bought the monthly unlimited package on Monday. Wed the system did not recognize my purchase. I then waited 30 minutes for the employees to figure out what the problem was. Severely inept car wash. Car is never really clean after going through it. Waste of time and money.

This is an awesome car wash!! So much value - monthly membership is the same price as just 1 car wash at that place in Cypress, or you can just wash as you go with no membership and the endless do it yourself vacuum is priceless. I have 3 teens in rodeo, and that carpet gets dirty. The other car washes for 75 cents give you just a few minutes, and I never get it all up. Super helpful and friendly staff, you also have courtesy cleaning products.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Made my last trip through this place today. My car is never clean when I leave there. Today was the last straw. Other options in this town and College Station isn t that far away. Not going in to details but the folks who work there need to go to customer service training.

Terrible car wash. I wish I cancelled my membership earlier. Houston/ Brenham has hard water and hard water leaves spots on your car. Please get your car wash a water filter system. It took 2 buffing treatments to get my new car back to looking great again.Then make sure the car wash actually does its job and cleans the car. There hasn't been a time I went through the wash without having to wipe soap off my vehicle and half the car still dirty.Drive your vehicle through Buc-ee s car wash and see how one is supposed to work. Please stop cheating the people out of their hard earned money on the worst wash ever.

Overpriced and did not clean my Durango. I think it would work okay if your vehicle was clean with just a bit of dust. Mine had some road grime and bugs on the windshield which proved too much. Second problem was all of their drying towels were wet.

My my tires were still dirty. My back glass and hatch was dirty. You can still see dirt on spots on the hood. I don t think I ll be going back. This is my second time to go and have my car washed and it didn t help.

DO NOT get a membership with them!!! I signed up for one, but unfortunately moved. I have been calling them for the past three months to cancel with no return calls back. They are scamming folks by doing this! Very disappointed, considering I ve spent over $100 in three months for a service I can t use and this establishment obviously has a very irresponsible business owner. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

This place is terrible. They owe me money. They overcharged my card and were charging it twice a month for months.. And still haven't reimbursed me. I've gone in and talked to employees several times who promise to have a manager call everytime and I still haven't recieved a call after 4 visits. Over 8 months . I told them to cancel my account and they cancelled the wrong person and kept charging me and still haven't reimbursed me for that either. When I still had my membership We added a second car when they ran a special and they were out of stickers and charged me for months on a car we couldn't take through the wash. Not to mention your car hardly comes out clean. But the customer service and broken promises are ridiculous about this place they owe me $150 dollars

Been going for years lately SCRACHES ALL OVER CAR. 4th time. NEVER AGAIN. you all should be ashamed to charge 11.00 to have scraches. Used to go once a week. TELLING EVERYONE.
