Efficient-got vehicle inspection within 20 minutes. It s nice they stay open past 5pm unlike many other inspection stations in Brenham. Like many businesses nowadays, they charge 3% fee if use cc. But you can use your debit card, same as cash; so that s good. Friendly customer service.

Thomas always makes sure that I get the best service when I go there. He had a line waiting before he even pulled up Saturday morning. He stepped out of his vehicle and started getting information on the vehicles waiting so that when the store opened 30 minutes later his techs would already be ready to work.

Outstanding service on Good Friday when every other place was closed or closing. 12 minutes to install a new battery. Great work by the Quick Lane team!!

Came in after work close to closing time and everyone was still very friendly and helpful. Cason took care of getting my car back for an oil change and tire rotation as the last customer of the day. They were busy getting things ready for closing and set for the next day. The employees worked very well together and treated everyone like family even at the end of a long day.

First time at Quick Lane. Everyone was very friendly, price for oil change was explained in advance, they even offered a free tire rotation! Efficient, friendly service. Will definitely be back!

$40 oil change even if you bring your own oil/filter bit pricey typically the dealership charges you an hours worth of labor if you supply your own materials. The quick lane rep doing the oil change did a good job though.

I was hot out of state traveler with my tire sensor. Alerted me to my tire pressure dropping. Fortunately I was near and made my way to the shop. Were very helpful and fix my tire in about 30 minutes at a very price. I would recommend any local customers Or highway customers to do business here.

It was poring down rain and my car broke down on Hwy 290. I was stuck on the side of the road for 2 hours then I was referred to Quick Lane Appel Ford they came within 15 minutes. Eduardo brought a battery, installed it and I was good to go. I greatly appreciate their help. If it wasn t for Quick Lane my daughter and I would ve been stranded away from my home in Austin. Thank you so much for the quick response Quick Lane!

Nikki and her crew took excellent care of me after I was stranded on the side of the road traveling from Austin to Houston. Honestly I would 100% drive to Brenham for future repairs just because of Nikki, alone. Thank you to the Team at Quick lane for saving my a**!

After chasing different places around Brenham I have finally found a dependable vehicle service shop at QuickLane! The team at QuickLane makes it easy and are very trust worthy. I get a breakdown of my vehicle each time I come in with a diagnosis of what may be needing repaired or replaced, like they actually care about the conditions of my vehicle. It s very hard to find a quality vehicle service company but I ve finally found that here. Nikki is very friendly and knowledgeable, she always seems to go above and beyond with her customers. She gives me get breakdown of what was done on my vehicle and what to possibly look forward to on my next visit. My wife is now comfortable taking her car to someone she can trust and not someone who is just telling her she needs something she really doesn t. We have also included all of our company vehicles to be serviced at QuickLane. Thank you Nikki and team at QuickLane for your great service.

I went for a state inspection to register my car in Texas. Staff was pleasant and professional. Waiting room was comfortable They performed the inspection in less than 20 mins. I d go back for routine lube and oil changes.

In Brenham for work and asked the locals where to go for an oil change. They suggested Quick Lane, and after reading reviews about long wait times, I decided to get to get there right at opening. Took about 40 minutes, and everything was simple!

Great tire purchasing experience. Nikki was very professional during our phone conversation and ordered the tires I requested at a fair price. The tires arrived later that same day and I dropped off my wife's car early the next morning to have the tires installed and an alignment done. All work was completed mid-afternoon as promised. Thomas checked me out when I arrived quickly and mentioned that the tires I had purchased had a rebate which they filed on my behalf. I highly recommended the excellent staff at QuickLane/Appel Ford.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Had to get a state inspection for my truck got dealt with fast. They have a wonderful lobby with a vending machine and big comfy chairs. Overall a great experience and would definitely come here again and I highly recommend them for anyone with any automotive troubles/needs.
