The people who work here don t know anything. I went in to ask for a part (part in hand) I didn t know the name and kind of hoped they knew. They didn t even want to help look it up. They were also very rude. theres only one good person working there and unfortunately I don t know when he is in but I definitely will not go back to this location. Auto zone was more helpful then these people

Had a 3 some of issues. Car wash destroyed my wiper blades, then the low coolant light came on along with add washer fluidLooked up the local O:Reilly auto partsIt was close by. They had everything I needed

Our battery died when we were driving to Houston. We were stranded in this town called Brenham. When we pulled up our car at O'Reilly, the staff named Richard came out immediately and helped us to check the battery, Richard went above and beyond to solve our problem; he charged our battery, checked our alternator and gave us all the advices he had. We were grateful for him. #lovetexaspeople

The guy behind the counter probably shouldn t be working in customer service. He was irritated and was probably ready to just go home so I left and just went to Autozone. Way better service and friendly employees.

Service with common courtesy and respect! Unheard of in these days and times..Shout out to the gentleman that helped me with a battery test and trying to charge my battery.. Unfortunately the battery couldn't be recharged I had to purchase one to get rolling againThe young man that helped me was AWESOME !

Monday was not my day, but Paul went above and beyond to help me. I needed a new battery and had absolutely no one to help me change it and my car was not getting any charge from being jumped so I couldn't take it anywhere. Whoever was in charge today let him leave work to come change my battery out for me. His kindness and helpfulness made my Monday a little better.

I have always found value with the employees at this location and they have what I am needing. But the store rules for mask are a hassle. I just needed 1 thing and was told by another employee that wasn't waiting on me I needed a mask. If it wasn't for the kind gentleman checking me out, I'd left. How much business are you losing due to "needing" a mask. I understand it is company policy, but it is our personal money you may be losing out on. Just something to think about. There are plenty of business' not requiring this and things are going smoothly. I will not go back until this junk is over. This isn't "our new way of life", which is what the employee said that pointed out I didn't have a mask. My service person didn't care. I wasn't close and I'm not sick for the record. This is giving folks PTSD for sure.

Very knowledgeable staff and also helpful. They perform Outdoor Services like reading codes on your vehicle. I do not know if they still turn rotors and drums anymore, next time I'll ask. What I really like is they're more interesting in selling parts than getting stuff that you stick on car or truck to make it look pretty.

O'Reillys always has the parts I need at current market price. I have been a customer of O'Reillys almost my entire driving life. Only time I wasn't was because of locations being too far away for travel. I prefer O'Reilly over other parts dealers!

Credit was supposed to have been issued on our credit card when the core was returned. The gentleman accidentally entered it as a cash refund. Did not notice at the time. When credit card statement came in, he noticed the credit was not on it. He went to the store and was told everything balanced for the day. It s not the money as it was only $23.82, it s the principal of the matter. Basically, my husband was called a liar. Will not be returning to this store. Perhaps they should check their cameras to see who has their hand in the cash drawer.

Staff was unwilling to help me with. It was as if no one in the store cared enough to help or they no absolutely nothing about cars. I feel as if I was slightly discriminated against

A delivery driver from the Brenham Store hit my parked vehicle. O'Reilly said they would take care of it. Its been 3 weeks and I am still getting the run around from them and their insurance company. They sent an appraiser out and then sent me an offer to fix the vehicle. They are almost 1/2 of every estimate I got to fix it. They told me to to take what they offer or file it under my own insurance.

Friendly staff. They're always helpful in getting you exactly what you need. I needed a part they didn't have and it was there in 48 hours. They even told me how to install it and installation went perfectly.

I needed a part,they had a part,all good.like many other parts stores I've experienced over the years they practice,something that is off-putting and irritating.ill be standing in line, money in hand,then the phone rings and I get the finger,the wait finger,so I'm cut in front of by someone calling on the phone.i don't believe that is good customer service so if o can wait a day or two I go online..

Never thought I'd be tapping a spark plug hole and installing an insert in the parking lot.. O'Reilly's had everything I needed for it in stock thankfully.
