Had a small crack on my windshield that quickly progressed to expanding across my windshield. Called and setting up an appointment was incredibly easy and immediate. They work with insurance companies (rare nowadays) and replied immediately to the paperwork the Ins company required them to complete. I was very impressed with communication, ease, and the way that everyone at Mr Windshield was welcoming, respectful, and friendly. Definitely recommend to all my Jeep and non-Jeep friends!

They gave an estimate in agreement of our auto insurance. They were able to replace windshield the next day. They are very friendly and located behind Gatti's Pizza.

Sent them an email on Sunday evening explaining my situation, received 3 follow up calls on Monday morning to verify & confirm the situation, brought my truck to their shop on Thursday morning (scheduled appointment) and received the completed repairs by noon on Thursday. A recent trip to Austin left me with a busted window. My wife setup an appointment here to have it fixed. I took it in and was out in about an hour. This is a great little family owned shop. After getting the run around from a big glass company, I decided to try a local company. Mr. Windshield. I admit surprise when I was told they d have the glass the next day and could schedule me in, as well. The service, price, and friendly treatment received was EXCELLENT. Easy to schedule and got my windshield replaced the next day. The staff and owners are very friendly and helpful. It took 3.5 hours for the replacement because I have heads-up display. That would not have been great if I had to wait, but it worked out because my daughter was in town so we spent the wait time together. The windshield looks great and they transferred my EZ tag and registration tag.

A buzzard flew into my windshield one evening. Mr Windshield replaced the windshield the next day without an appointment and had it done before 2pm. Very reasonably priced.

Traveling on 290 and a rock hit my windshield leaving a pretty big chip. We were lucky enough to find Mr Windshield down the road for a quick fix! They were great- so nice, comfy lobby to wait in, and did a great job fixing the chip. Highly recommend!

Called originally to get a quote but the owner was so nice, informative, and accommodating that I decided to use them for my windshield repair. Avoid them all cost !!Took an older truck in for new windshield. I was told it wouldn t be a problem to replace the glass, rubber seal, stainless steel trim. After multiple inquires and being told I would have it back in couple days I finally got fed up and picked up my truck. This entire experience took 6 weeks and when I finally got it back it had another broke. Windshield and was missing the stainless steel trim. The owner met with me couple times and assured me he would call and get this windshield fix even after I picked it up. The only positive is I didn t get charged however I also didn t get all the trim back so I am now out of pocket additional money as well as have a broken window still. I would highly suggest if your reading this to avoid this business and if your going to use them give them an easy job like replacing your wiper blades.Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

I picked up a rock chip on the highway. It immediately started to spread. I asked Google for directions to windshield repair locations. My windshield was repaired and 15 minutes at an extremely fair price!

Mr. Windshield - Jeep Front passenger side window busted out. Glass was ordered and ready in 2 days. Quick in and out service. 45 minute install time. Front lobby staff very friendly. Hope I won't need to go back for more glass replacement, but this is where I would take it!

Wanted to give a shout out and recommendation to Mr. Windshield Inc in Brenham, Texas. Our vehicle got slammed by a baby boulder on our drive to Austin s tournament (AGAIN). We called the number to Mr. Windshield as the crack was running and we were close to Brenham. The owner answered and turned around to re-open to resolve our issue. The runner stopped. Highly recommend this place! Hopefully won t need to give him business again but if I do he d be our first choice with first class service!Service: Auto windshield repair

Were not as neat as I would have liked, left smudges and debris around windshield and dashboard on interior of vehicle. Rip in the headliner was found later. 2nd rate job. Won't go back.

Was told he can t do anything other than replace it or fix the little chips...... well shouldn t have to replace the whole windshield for a 5 inch crack...... I ve found others that can conceal small cracks so the place is kind of useless I guess
