We stopped by for an oil change without an appointment. Customer service was excellent.They performed a full check up on our vehicle, including washer fluid, tire pressure, and air filter. They were quick and finished in a very short time.

We are full time Rv business consultants. We were in town when a check engine light came up on our Ford F150. We had tried the dealership but they were backed up so we found KT Auto in Brenham Tx. Stopped in and they pulled the truck right in to do a diagnostic. The said they could fix the issue. We left the truck there. We received communication on the issues and it was fixed the next day. It was a true blessing because we had to leave for Arizona die another consulting job. I would recommend KT auto to anyone. I called on Friday around 10am to see about having my heater fixed. I was told to bring it in. I took it to the shop and was given a ride back to my office by a very lovely lady. The team working at Kt are professional, curtious, & very accommodating. They went above & beyond. They even accomodated my very large belgian sheperd, Nyx, (aka, my little pony)..Was traveling at 5am passing thru Brenham & realized gas tank was leaking, badly, I looked up auto repair closest to the park, (knew we'd be stranded awhile), & waited until they opened, the men pulled up before 7am, (they open earlier than the other auto repairs in town). The men listened, put my mustang on the rack, as soon as auto part store opened, they had a repair kit, patched it up, total bill was $45. They genuinely cared, & made sure I was able to make the 2 hr trip back home. Even lent Nyx his dogs water bowl. I highly recommend the experienced team of gentlemen at KT. They'll restore your faith in Texas hospitality.
