Overall great service from Jarvis. Price was fair service was good and people were very friendly. Only reason I didn t give them a 5 star review is because they forgot to put my TPS sensor back on my tire and I had to go back to get it. 32 mile round trip

I had a lite knocking noise and slight shutter in the steering wheel of my 2015 Ford F-250 Super Duty with 205,000 miles. I replaced the shocks and front dampening shock and noticed a seal that was leaking on one of the control arms. Jarvis Tire Pro checked it out and found a couple other items needed. They replaced worn items and aligned the front end. It drives like new now. Plus, the invoice was a little lower than estimated. Great job!!

My Ford Expedition's a/c's condenser went out. Dropped off on Wednesday and it was fixed and ready for pickup before the end of the day. Plus they changed the oil at my request. We moved to Brenham 2 yrs ago and have gotten several vehicles repaired at both locations, Brenham and Bellville, and are always very satisfied with the customer service and the repair work done. They are definitely our go-to shop for our vehicles' issues.

Thanks again for taking care of me and my truck. Had to get tires , one had a nail in it that couldn't be patched but they aired me up so I could make it to work and come in today to get my tires put on. Can't say to many people will do that for you. Love this shop.

Quick and professional service. They make it easy to schedule a service, or drive in for (usually) prompt service if an immediate, unexpected issue arises, like a low/flat tire. Always polite and helpful.

They are wonderful! Took my car in for tire balancing and rotation and thought they d have to keep it over the weekend because we got there mid-morning on a Saturday. However, as I was gathering my things he came out and said it d be ready in 45 minutes! I said inspection as well and he said yes!! I was so thrilled and pleased and happy, because Discount Tire was not as nice or helpful.Thanks Jarvis for making my day! I really needed that!!

Went to get the front end alignment on a car. Was told that it couldn't be done at the time due to struts needing to be replaced, the CV shaft needed to be replaced and the control arms needed to be replaced, all for the low cost of $1500.00. Struts were replaced last year. Went to another location and was told that just the CV shaft needed to be replaced....

They have great customer service. When I didn t have no other way, they fulfilled it. Other than great customer service they re honest. Great work & very honest & I love that. Whenever I need my truck to be work on, it will be by Jarvis. I m so thankfulThank you guys for everything.Greatly appreciated

NopeY'all couldn't fulfill my need but y'all couldn't even return a call so I doubt I'll ever step inside your doors againVery unprofessional and it was mentioned that the shop was filled up but when I went to pick up my truck there were no vehicles in bays and mechanics were in office on their phones , since we lost David that place has gone down hill, I could never recommend them to anyone

I have taken my mother s vehicle, as well as my grandmother s vehicle to Jarvis, for oil changes and tire needs, and they ve always been amazing! Finally decided to take my own vehicle in, and, as always, they got me taken care of quickly and back in the road! Highly recommend!

BrenhamNo pressured sales pitch to make a purchase unlike another tire place in Brenham.Jarvis Tire services what the customer request.... No I recommend this sales pitch.. Great customer service

Have used Jarvis several times now and every visit has been positive. Put my F150 in for an oil change and general service. Price was great and found out it was Mobil 1 oil they standardize on. Fast and very prompt with updating you on status of your vehicle. Unable to check the air conditioning system as my vehicle uses a newer refrigerant but advised they plan on investing in the equipment to test in the future. Will consider them for my tire needs next time I need new tires too. 10 out of 10 and I will be back !

Lane was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end, I was able to finance my entire purchase through Snap which was fast & easy, I will definitely be bringing my truck here from now on I can t recommend them enough !

I think it s a good company, however I brought my own tires and my truck was on the lift for an hour and a half. Nobody pushed to get things done in a timely manner. A young ladies vehicle did not pass inspection because of a head lamp. She asked if they had one to fix it and they said they did not. They did not offer to put a new one in if she brought a new one to them. I informed the young lady that I would install it for her while I waited if she went and picked one up from the auto parts store. The young lady left and later returned with a light. I went to put the light in for her and needed a screw driver. As my truck was on the lift I could not retrieve my tools. I asked an employee if I could barrow a screwdriver and he said he couldn t loan me one or allow me to my truck because of insurance, which I completely understand. I then went inside and asked the gentleman at the counter if I could barrow a screw and he said no because that was taking money from them. I informed him that I was simply trying to help a young lady so she could get her vehicle inspected properly and that they never offered to fix it for her. I also informed said gentleman that I was in no way attempting to take their money by helping a young lady that they did not offer to help, just failed her inspection. As I was attempting to use a QUARTER to unscrew the three screws in the headlamp to change it, the gentleman from behind the counter brought me a screwdriver and her headlamp got changed promptly and the screwdriver was returned, which I thanked him for. Meanwhile my vehicle was still on the lift. Again I don t think it s a bad company. I just feel things could go a little smoother more time efficient.

Great auto shop. The mechanics are very friendly and honest. They do not pressure you or upsell. They are also honest if they are not comfortable working on a particular issue, and will give you a referral to a shop that can handle it for you.

After restoring my younger brother s Jeep Cherokee we knew we would need tires and to charge the air conditioner. I went to Jarvis and couldn t be happier with their service and quality of work. I got new wheels and tires, an alignment, and an air conditioning charge all in one day. My AC blows, nice and cold. Couldn t be happier.

Jarvis Tire Pros are true professionals and people you can trust. I came in this morning with a bad (nearly flat) tire and had to air it up from home just so I could drive it in. I was loosing air quickly through the tire wall so I left it at Jarvis. They ordered my type and size tire and got it on the same day! I was amazed. Jesus Murillo went over and beyond his normal duties to take care of my issue. They can expect donuts from me in the near future!

Came in to get front tire aired up.Due to unable to air tire myself.Good thing great Tech seen problem and took pic. To show me unsafe so put my spare on till I can afford a new tire. So glad they concern for our safety on roads!

I needed a battery on Saturday morning. The folks at Jarvis, and Jesus specifically tested my alternator, determined it was the battery, had it in stock and installed it in about 20 minutes.Great customer service and work!
