When purchasing my 2023 Tucson, I had a great experience with the Hyundai of Brenham Sales Team!! Unfortunately, I feel that Apple Service Department dropped the ball on repairs for the horn that didn t work. Took it in & Stephanie said they d order the part. After multiple weeks of not hearing from them & almost being hit a few times with no way to use my horn, I called them. Low & behold 1 of the parts had arrived so they had me come right in. While that went great, it was approximately 2- 2 1/2 months later before they called me to say the "2nd" part of the horn arrived. At this point, I'm so unhappy that I have no desire to take it to them for repairs. As I said to Stephanie, I would never have bought from them had I known it would take so long to repair something as simple as a horn.Update: Jake & Stephanie got the horn repair handled. The new Hyundai repair shop is top notch!

Beautiful new showroom.I love the individual attention and small town feel of the Brenham area. Have my salesman was young and energetic. The car buying process was about as efficient as I have experienced.

My experience with Hyundai of Brenham was awesome! My car (which I originally purchased at Hyundai of Brenham) needed some repairs near the 100,000 mile mark and they were able to fit me in quickly and help get them taken care of. Stephanie was amazing, so friendly and communicated updates to me regularly. I originally attempted to take my car in to Northwest Hyundai (Cypress), because it was closer to my home, and even with an appointment, my car sat unseen for 6 days and no one there would even give me a call back when I asked for updates, so I picked it up and I brought it to Hyundai of Brenham. I had diagnostics and next steps within hours of dropping it off. I will never go anywhere else for service on my current car, or purchase my next one. The folks in Brenham have earned my business from this point forward. I highly recommend this dealership!

We met Austin early in our search for the right vehicle. He took the time to explain to our satisfaction the features and packages of the Palisades that we wanted to view. During the test drive, he was thorough explaining everything, never acting rushed. Austin explained their procedures and what to expect from their dealership. He didn't have the exact model and color that we were looking for at the time at the pricing that we wanted. We continued to check around at other dealers who were telling us they had certain deals and pricing only to find that once there, the markups were way more than the "special discounts"...by thousands.One day Austin called to tell us that the car we were looking for had arrived and what the drive out price would be. We agreed but couldn't get there until the next morning with a small window to pick it up and get back in time for our grandchildren's football game.We arrived and the vehicle was sparkling, the perfect model and color inside and out and ready to go. THE DRIVE OUT PRICE WAS EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID IT WOULD BE!!! We signed the papers, Austin answered all of our questions completely and we were out the door quickly.Everything was smooth, honest and relaxed! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hyundai of Brenham and definitely ask for Austin! He has honesty and integrity. Will definitely buy from him again and will be taking our new car in to Hyundai of Brenham for all of it's maintenance too. Perfect top to bottom!PS...we LOVE our new Palisade!

Outstanding experience with Jeremy and Jake at Brenham. I was referred to them by my brother who has purchased 3 Hyundais from them in the last 2 years. Although there are many dealerships closer to where we live, we decided to make our purchase with them. It was worth the 2 hourDrive. They helped get us taken care of when we were in a pinch. They came through big time to get us the Hyundai model we were holding out for (Palisade Night edition). Super friendly, very accommodating, and very thorough with everything. This experience could not have been any better. Probably the best interaction with a car dealership we ve ever had. We will definitely use them again if we need to in the future.

Having my new Santa Fe serviced at Brenham. Tx Hyundai was an excellent experience in truly professional customer service. Stephanie did a great job setting everything up and clearly goes above and beyond how you are typically treated by other dealer service departments. Their new facilities are exceptional and contribute to the smooth operation of their service department. I recommend them for a exceptional customer friendly service experience.

From start to finish, Hyundai of Brenham exceeded my expectations for leasing our new vehicle. Every interaction we had with all of the staff was perfect. No other dealerships I have worked with in the past have been so helpful and informative as what I experienced here. I definitely plan to return the next time I need a new vehicle.

Loved Stephanie's help. She called me on Monday to let me kn they had the Santa Cruz and then once they were able to get the Santa Cruz in for evaluation. She kept us informed on the progress. She even offered me a loaner car, but I live in New Braunfels, but it helped me get a loaner from New Braunfels Hyundai. She also made it easy for us to pickup my truck over the weekend. While the Brenham Hyundai was closed. Unfortunately it took over 2 weeks to find out what was wrong (I had only had the truck 10 days before it broke down. Which means Hyundai had my truck longer than I had had it).But their customer service was great. All the people of Brenham were great.

Nice new facilities!!! Stephanie was great!! Easy to understand, very pleasant and it s nice to see a woman in a predominantly male role. The upsale for filters, breaks, and alignments were explained but not pressured. I ll be back!!

I would like to thank Alejandro Sanchez, Jermey Cochran, and Kevin Tran for a 5 star customer service. This makes my 8th vehicle through a dealership and my first time leaving one satisfied with the entire process. I was upfront and honest with what price range I needed to be in monthly and they made sure to make it happen, with the vehicle I wanted. Without a doubt you will be making a mistake by not choosing this dealership as your first stop.

Great service. Only went there one time almost a year ago and they called me because of a new recall on my car. I was able to get into the service department in a vey short time. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Will continue to go there fir my car needs

The staff was mundane in their check in process and they did not take care to ensure the experience was a pleasant experience. The waiting area is not conducive to long wait times for service. It is very uncomfortable. I spent $500 and they did not wash my vehicle. When I asked, they said I could pay for a car wash. This is the first dealership I have ever been to that does not wash cars after service work. Very disappointed.

I recently had a maintenance issue on my previous vehicle that gave me cause to start looking seriously at a replacement. I looked at the pre-owned inventories of a few local dealerships and went down to Hyndai of Brenham to see a few in person. I was introduced to JD in sales and worked with him to check out a number of different vehicles over the course of a few days. My experience with all of the different folks I met was first class. I'm really enjoying my 2022 Tucson and look forward to our future relationship for service, etc. Thanks, guys!

we took our car again! and they had given us an appointment in two weeks. we decided to drop it off because either way we were going to be able to use it! they took it in and finished it faster than the time given! although they didn t have any rentals for the time that my car was there which was okay! better communication this time around which i really appreciated thank you

I went to Ford Maintenance to show the defect in my rear lights, as always I was greeted by the staff & called by tomy first name. I showed the area that I was concerned with & right away was told it was under warranty & part would be ordered. It was replaced to perfection & I am totally satisfied and happy! Brenham Ford & Hyundai employ honest and efficient personnel that are always eager to give you the best experience at their dealerships & maintenance department.
