Fantastic experience! I needed four new tires for my 99 F-150, and I just went on their website, put in my truck type, selected the right tires for my rim size, made an appointment (this is key), and paid. When I arrived there, I was in and back on the road in less than 30 minutes. It actually felt a bit strange to have it done so fast and hassle free lol. All of the staff were very pleasant and respectful. This is now my "go to" tire shop. A++++

Excellent engaged staff! I pulled up at closing and saw a most delightful scene. Everyone was doing something: sweeping, putting away tools, lining up floor jacks, etc. Music was playing and several were singing as they worked. Their fantastic team work and positive attitude is the first thing I always notice.

I had a low tire on Nov. 2. Went to discount tire in Brenham TX. They checked my tire and added air. The associate was great. He told me that if the issue returned they could check for a leak. Today my tire was low again. I went in to have it checked. They took my info and said it would be just a bit. I received a text with a tracker said it would be an hour. An hour went by. I asked the associate how long? He said another hour minimum. I said I had an appointment. His response was YOU WANT YOUR KEYS? I took my keys and left. What a way to treat a customer. I would have had to wait 2 and 1/2 hours maybe longer. There were 2 other customers that were frustrated as well. One said the got there at 9:30 and he was still there. The other made an appointment and was waiting anyway. They need to get their act together and be consistently nice and reliable.

Usually best prices on tires and most convenient with appointments and my work schedule.unfortunately can't take my vehicle in because of it being manual and lowered. But taking just the wheels in works just fine.

I was driving through Brenham on my way back to Austin and I could hear I had a nail in my tire and didn't want to risk a blowout in the middle of nowhere. It was close to closing time, but they told me to come on in. To my surprise, fixing a puncture was a FREE SERVICE! The technicians were class acts on top of that and all getting along really well, probably because it was time to close up and go home! Great job there, team.

I ve visited this Discount location many times over the last few years I ve been in the area. The staff are very friendly and honest! I never feel as if they are trying to upsell or pressure me to upgrade, etc. I have always had an excellent experience. The staff are also great about making you aware of small car problems that might need attention, even though its not really their job to do so. I really appreciate the care and attention they give their jobs!

They were busy but everyone seemed to keep it moving. They got me in quick and fixed the nail I picked up. You would expect younger employees to be less motivated, but they were all polite and busy. No one standing around or playing. Very professional.

Service was excellent. I was able to get a rear set of tires for my truck close to the end of their time of operation. However, they were able to get my truck all up to par just in time for raining weather. Very glad I went here.

I had heard good things about this location, so I made an appointment to get new tires and I ended up waiting 1hr and 45min until they were ready to take my car to the bay. I ended up telling them I needed to leave and that I d come back in the morning. I came back the next morning and I was in and out in minutes. A couple days later I got a call saying that they were refunding one of the tires to try and make up for the time I had wasted there. I really appreciated the professionalism and consideration to repair the mistake. This location is redeemed in my book!

Everything was fine, but one thing i didn't like about no refund for the trade-in car. I bought a new car last year and November i bought a warranty and the tire was new, but I did not even drive more than 1000 miles on it and last week i traded in my car and got new one. So i went to a discount tire, and they said I can't transfer it to my new car nor get refunded. It has been only 7 months and 1000 miles. So my money just gone in the air. Can't do anything.

We paid for tires and was told to come back after the 4 th of July holiday and they would take care of us.Unfortunately, my wife drove back only to be told they never recieved the tires.When my wife came home an hour later and told me they didn't have the tires and was told to come back the following day at 8am and they would take care of her. She was upset she had to drive another hour commute.I contacted the manager Key. He listen carefully and understood our complaint. He then went way above and beyond to correct the situation.We'll always be remain customers with a company that does everything to take care of their customers.Kudos to Key.es

Discount is usually good but I am wary about returning to this location. I have video on dashcam of them harshly dropping my car s wheels on the floor, and now yesterday one of the technicians broke the shifter on my roommate s car. They are covering the repair, but their technicians are being too aggressive with customer s cars.

Quality Customer Service is alive and well. What a crew at this place. They are straight up legit and not pushy to sell you what you don't need. Dawson assisted me and took the time to explain everything! My tires lasted me over almost 5 years. (I def got my monies worth out of them) Got brand new ones glad I went when did. Thank you!

I'll not visit this location any more.From company vehicles to personal, I've visited several discount tires. Quick, efficient, and thorough is why I choose to go to them. This location is on a route that I frequent, so it tends to be convenient.Three times now, I've been left unimpressed by this location. I also feel their technical services are "good enough" to get by most people. I took a complete wheel in to get a flat repaired. I used to work in the industry so I enjoy watching the technicians perform. When my tire was being re-balanced, the machine indicated more weight was needed to complete balance. 1/2 of an ounce to be exact. He just took the wheel off of the machine and turned in the ticket instead of making the adjustments. Not a big deal, as I was planning on paying to have all 4 wheels re-balanced the next day at the same location. I also noticed that the weights were double stacked (fine if needed), and 2 weights were stuck to a shoulder on the wheel, sure to come off pretty quick.Fast forward to the next day, I drop the truck off for its service. After I picked it up, the truck had a slight vibration, but was far better than before. I choose to roll with it. They are large and heavy aftermarket wheels, anyway. I took the truck home to wash it and realized that the valve stem is leaking. The stem on these wheels are significantly far from the bead, and I've had zero issues previously. I called and there was no concern, especially considering they'd be closed the next day. So, I'm left without the ability to use my truck until I can get the same wheel that was leaking fixed... again. I'd use a spare but there is a difference in size and it's not worth risking differential damage unless it's an emergency. At least they re-balanced the wheel they balanced the previous day, removing the shoulder/floating weights, and replaced them with a "snake" weight that goes from the first row, up to the second, with a weight floating in the middle.Most will likely have a good experience here. I haven't. I'll drive to College Station instead. Probably would've been a 3 or 4 star review if not for lack of concern over leaking tire, and me likely have to spend some more money else where to have pressure sensor replaced/fixed.

Their idea of fixing a tire is to plug it. They can't, or don't, use patches on any tires, even those that are nearly new. We had a carpenters staple in one, so they were unable to plug it. Had to buy a brand new tire and felt scammed because their repair service is so limited. Had I known at the time, I'd have chosen another business to handle our needs. They seemed upset that I asked for the tire to be returned but did offer a small discount if around 10% off. Wound up spending over $90 for what should have been a $20 or less repair. I know this because we had to do a different tire 2 weeks later.

Tried my luck as a walk in service when my tire pressure light came on in the morning. I was greeted before I made it through the front door. Everyone was attentive and they had my tire patched up in no more than 45 minutes. I m very impressed by this location and will be back if I ever need tire service instead of driving out to Cypress like I normally do.

I was two hours from home. I can always count on Discount Tire to help me. I got lucky, I pulled over to search for them and they were less than a minute away. They helped me and were very polite. I have always used them for everything with my tires

They honored their warranty with no questions. They put on a $114.00 tire for $18.00 because they could not repair the leak in the old tire.

Dropped a tire off at 9:45 followed it on the tracking system via text it was alerted at 11:30 it was done drove back to Brenham to pick it up and I get here and it s still not done and so now here I am waiting another 30 minutes for something to be done that I was already told was finished.

These guys are amazing! I had a flat in my Ford Expedition. I found the flat tire at 9pm at George Bush airport after a 3.5 hour flight, changed the tire, and left jack and all tools in the back of my Ford. I was planning on putting the jack and all tools away after I got the tire plugged (for free) at Discount Tire but Sosa and staff did it for me! Awesome customer service!

Made the appointment online and found the tire I wanted as well in stock with a promo deal. Came to appoint 15 minutes early, it was crowded, but all the customers were being served in a efficient and professional manner. Didn't wait in line. Key Curl ( manager) was prompt in checking me and even told me I had a warranty on he tire that was still good. Got my car in the bay, right on time. The follow up person was Peter, he went over all the details for a very smooth and productive transaction. Peter was very informed about what tire I was receiving and the new warranty details for that tire. He was super nice and very personable. Over all great experience, told wait time was 18 minutes on a Friday.
