Visited the Brenham shop. Ed, and the other guys working were great. I was able to get my flat patched up quickly and get back on the road!! Highly recommended these guys!! Fast, friendly, and efficient!!

I had the best experience last Friday with Cy-Fair Tire! I am embarrassed to say I don't remember the assistant manager's name, but that guy is a sweet heart! I had picked up a screw and was 3 hours from home. If your car is like mine they don't have spare tires. I was in and out in just a few minutes and they didn't charge me a dime! I highly recommend them. In this day and time to find this type of kindness and customer service is rare. I was very impressed! Good Job!

Deon and staff were very professional and had the best rates in town! I was passing through on a Sunday nonetheless when my tire went flat so had to stay overnight. The next morning I called all of the tire shops in town but no one had my size tire in stock and it would have been another day of waiting before they could get it in. The time was going on about 9am when I finally got to Deon at Cy-Fair Tire shop on my call list. Not only did he provide the best price, he also assured me he could get the tire in right after lunch. Sure enough by 12:15pm he was calling to let me know he had my tires and was ready for me to pull up. The Service was quick and efficient. Thanks a lot Deon and the Cy-Fair Tire shop crew!

I don t remember their names but all the guys there took my car in instantly and patched up everything on 2 tires in about 30 minutes- will definitely go back for replacement or new tires - nice to have good service nearby

I needed a trailer tire after going to hook up my trailer and discovering a hole in one of the tires late one afternoon. While 4:30 PM and being ~1/2 hour drive away with a 5 PM closing time, Deon agreed to wait for me to arrive and get a replacement. AWESOME FAST service too and he gave me a slight break on the tire's cost - I'd give 6 or more stars if I could! Super friendly.

Passing through town on a trip and needed a super fast tire plug for a nail in our tire. Christian was amazing, he took us in right away and the service was really fast! Thanks! You guys were awesome! Really good people.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this tire shop at the Brenham location. We blew an RV tire on our way to Galveston from Austin and didn t want to travel in the heat with 3 babies very far without a spare. These guys not only had the tire in stock, but Christian and Ed literally had us in and out in 15 minutes. They put a new tire on the rim and put the new set-up on our RV, before putting the spare back in the truck bed. They were so kind, polite, and professional. AWESOME experience! We are sending a HUGE thank you to Ed and Christian! You guys saved our beach trip!

Had a blowout outside of town. Big shout out to the Washington County crews, those guys are the best. They called Cy Fair because he knew them well, they sent Zack over to help us since not only did we have a blow out, but the spare that had never been used was flat. Zack got us back on the road and into the shop and I have never had service like that from any shop anywhere.

These guys were awesome! While Zack patched the tire, Christian was putting the spare back in the trunk and checking air pressure on the other tires. We we were in and out in <20 minutes.Their main business looks like truckers, but they were super-friendly to us Ford-driving Californians.So much better than waiting an 60-90 minutes or more at Discount Tire up the street!

Deon, the store manager is amazing. His customer service was top notch. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get back on the road as soon as possible. He was patient and fair. I will definitely buy tires from him again.

Cy-Fair tire in Brenham Texas is a wonderful place with very professional workers that are courteous and concerned about your needs. The general manager Deon Berry was very helpful and knew his business inside and out. They beat most competitors in town when I was calling for rates. I had little to no wait time and I'm very satisfied with the tires I purchased for my CRV. I would highly recommend cyfair tire to anyone looking to purchase new tires.

My daughter was traveling from Round Top to Houston and had a nail in her tire. Another garage sent her away because they were to busy (to even put the spare on) and told her to pull over if it got too low! She made it to CyFair and they saw her immediately, patched her tire and wouldn t let her pay! Thank you to Christian who took our calls for help. This was just good old fashion service and courtesy. We will find a way to give them our continued business.

I highly recommend buying your tires here. I bought four tires that were balanced and put back on in under twenty minutes. Other places in town you will wait hours and still have problems. They offer a road hazard warranty. So far it is my favorite tire store.

Were able to locate a odd size tractor tire. Dion had it shipped, when arrived had it mounted, and I was on the way back to the field. Great job, for a reasonable price.
