Great customer service and welcoming atmosphere. Great communication and they do excellent work and guarantee their work. My car looked so good and they had it so clean. I would definitely recommend them.I hope I never need them again but if I do I m coming back.

Absolutely horrendous buisness do NOT go here for any reason!!! Horrible customer service: will never call you to update you despite saying they will. Had my car for OVER A YEAR and car is still damaged! Ordered incorrect parts multiple times despite having the VIN number. Ended up ordering parts myself from the dealership to get it complete and come to find out a few months later the trunk is misaligned and will have to be taken apart or even replaced! Don t waste your time or money on this place.Service: Body & Trim

BC repaired the bumper and headlight on my 2021 vehicle. I was pleased with the work. Their communication (with the exception of Paula) was not great so I was worried the majority of the month that they had it. If you are looking for someone that does a quality job on minor or major vehicle repairs look no further than Brenham Collision Center. The front staff were very helpful and friendly. The shop did an amazing job on my truck. If you have to get a rental from Enterprise, you can drive that vehicle to Brenham Collision and they will take care of getting with Enterprise to come pick the vehicle up. What a great service to offer. I m very pleased with the quality of work and the timely manner in which they completed the job. Beautiful work! I first took my 08'BMW to them a few years ago to have my front bumper fixed when I got smashed at HEB by a hit and run. The work was magnificent and the paint job matched beautifully!This week I needed to take my SUV to them for repairs on the back liftgate. Oh man, what a beautiful job! Took the SUV on Friday, part came in Monday, and it was fixed on Tuesday! What service!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Avoiding all costs took a vantage of my elderly parents by putting a non-OEM non-Blindspot assist mirror on the car and they re not saying anything about it hoping we wouldn t notice. Very dishonest and shady of the owner. On top of that black is literally nothing but orange peel and multiple contaminants in the paint.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

We have used Brenham Collision on 3 different occasions now. Each time they have been very thorough, made sure we were happy with the work, and repairs were done in a timely manner. They really take pride in their work, customer service is bar none the best I ve ever encountered while dealing with body/repair shops, and they go above and beyond with everything they do. We ve had repairs done by them including removing a bunch of hickory nut damage (comparable to a bad hail storm), busted windows repaired from a break in, as well as paint and repairs after having someone hit my truck with their door. Everything looked amazing and you could never tell there was any previous damage.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Replaced my windshield at a cost far less than some of the other places I had looked into. They did a fantastic job, were very nice & even put my registration and toll tag back on the new windshield without ruining them. Highly recommend

The people at Brenham Collision Center have been amazing! My mother and I go to them every time we have had an accident. We know they are going to do a great job and are going to give it to us in an appropriate time. They understand that we are people and take the time to talk to us. They honestly help alleviate some of the stress that comes with having a car accident, because we know it s in good hands. I had my car come in to be repaired and noticed little things that they fixed but didn t say anything about and didn t charge me for.It was like a little bonus surprise that totally made my day.What a great company. I will only go to Brenham collision for my vehicle repairs.They are so polite and exceeded my expectations.My car came back looking like it did when I drove it off the car lot brand new.Forever grateful

My number one choice for the third time, without thinking about it, I went to Brenham Collision. Monday they evaluated the damage compared to the insurance allowance. During that time details like Rent-A-Car and the time that I would receive my car were established. Thursday when I picked up my truck any details or problems were worked out before I got there plus detailed the inside and outside of the truck and made it look brand new. Quality service just the way it was planned by Brenham Collision.
