This body shop did a great job with repairing my car after hitting a deer it looks great it was in the shop for a little over a month due to insurance giving them a hard time about a few things so it made the process take longer wasn t their fault but Keith and the body shop manager worked very hard communicating back and fourth with them and me to get things figured out I would highly recommend using their services they re willing to work with you thank you guys so much

Collision department does exceptional quality work; however, failed miserably in communication and customer relations! You have to pull teeth to get in touch with someone and nobody knows anything except for one specific person that s never around. If you leave messages more than likely you ll have to call back because no one returns phone calls. My car was in this shop for 2 months and I had to bring it back to the shop the following Wednesday at 8am per Stewart, I called around 4 that day to see if my car was finish and only then I was informed that my car wasn t even looked at. Service Department is no better I stayed on hold for 20 plus minutes and just hung up. I m an advocate in doing business locally but this is my last time dealing with Dodge.

Although it took a month to get my truck repaired it was done really well as far as I can tell. They had also cleaned it up nicely too. Left a 1 star review a few days ago and im retracting that review!!! I am very happy with the work that was done, Best things come to those who wait!!!! Thank you guys at the Brenham Dodge service center!!!

Got my Armada hood painted in metallic black at a fabulous price. The painters there did a top notch job. It was so dull and oxidized. I ceramic coated it after the job to add even more gloss. That was my third time using them and they never disappoint.

Great I worked there for almost 2 years!! I've made some good friend's there!! And they love my service dog HANSI more then me he's mystical!!!!

We ve used this place for two collisions repairs, and vehicle maintenance. Unfortunately, our experience with these folks has been one of constant lackadaisical, here to get paid and leave, and not care about any genuine customer service / experience.

Hardly ever has what I need... everything is special ordered. Service doesn't always listen to what is asked.
